I have so many jackets at home. It was hard to justify purchasing another, but none of them had the breathability for the warmer weather while riding. My husband rides in his shirt sleeves, but I'm just not comfortable with that. I don't need the sun directly on my skin, don't really like my shirt blowing all over the place and prefer the containment of a jacket, but it was just so hot! I didn't want anything really expensive, I wasn't looking for armor and I didn't need anything with a zip out lining because I already have a leather for the winter. This jacket is perfect! I've only worn it once (in the evening, 80 degrees and low humidity) and was very impressed. I'll be interested to see how it feels when the humidity is up, as is typical in the south. I thought it would feel bulkier because of the armor, but it felt so light on - not at all bulky. It wasn't confining or stiff; it's soft and moves easily, like wearing a comfortable jersey jacket. I felt the air flow on my arms through the sleeves. It appears to be exactly as advertised. I'm 5'-6" and 160 pounds (yeah, I know, I never thought I would weigh that much either - getting old sucks sometimes). I'm evenly proportioned, and I purchased a large. Fits perfectly! I've only worn it with a short sleeve shirt, but I'm confident a long sleeve, heavier sweatshirt would fit comfortably underneath. As for LeatherUp, it's my first purchase from them. Shipment was quick, and the jacket arrived before expected. I am a happy customer!

Got this jacket recently and I love it. Have wore it about 65 miles now. It shades your skin from the sun and the air flows through it great. I related it to having and evaporative air conditioner in my jacket. I had to get a 3XL because of my chest measured 48" and shoulders 7", and it really fits well. Not too loose and not too tight. The zipper works well and my phone fits in the outside pocket easily. I haven't tried the inside pocket yet. Looking forward to riding many more miles in this jacket.

I have been looking for a jacket to wear in hot weather for a long time and this is IT! It is so breathable, and comes in large women's sizes. I am usually a size 16-18, and I ordered the 3xl and it fits perfectly - I'm 5'11, so I usually need to order up to get a little more length. There is room to wear another layer underneath.. The price was extremely reasonable considering that it came with armor included. The whole thing is super light - if you hold it up to the light you can see through the mesh panels so you know that the air can get through there! I haven't had to test the durability in a crash and I hope I never have to, but knowing the armor is there makes me feel better. It has two pockets (wish it had more) and my Iphone 6plus just barely fits, but I can squeeze it in there.

I haven't worn this riding yet, but I tried it on and was pretty happy with the fit. I'm about 5'7" and normally wear a size 12 top and the size large fit me fine. I like that it has armor in it - at this price that's an excellent value. The back pad seems like a different material than the arms pads, so I don't know how much protection it will offer there, but I think the elbows and shoulders will be well protected. I like that it has reflective piping on it too.

I must admit - I was skeptical about the quality of these boots upon seeing the price. I work in NYC and you can't find anything of real quality - especially a pair of boots like these for less than $120...usually more though. I decided to give these a shot though and I am extremely happy I did. The leather is top-grade. The boot is extremely comfortable. What's more, the customer service on leatherup.com has been top notch. Whether on the phone or through email, leatherup.com has been amazing. When I initially ordered, I didn't see there was a 12EE, and just went with a 12. They were kind, courteous and helpful in me returning the pair and sending me a new one.
