I haven't had a chance to use this jacket much since I went out of town shortly after I received the second one. I had to return the first, the size chart was a bit too small for me I returned and upped the size by 2. But so far the jacket appears to be just fine, I live in Florida so I took the liner out and it is relatively cool when moving and the armour provides the necessary protection should I need it. Yu can not beat the price for this jacket.

The jacket seemed to be of great quality. It didn't look as nice in person as online, but I didn't care; I liked how visible I'd be in a bright colored (yet not obnoxiously colored jacket). I tried putting it on and could barely get my hands through the end of the sleeves. I'm not a big guy: I'm about 5'9" and 170# so I bought an L. I do wear XL gloves, but this was ridiculous: even with the liner removed I struggled to squeeze my hands through the jacket. I returned it and got another Xelement jacket that has two removable liners and love it. In fact, I ordered an L and an XL, knowing I'd have to return this jacket and my son kept the L.

This is a great jacket; has good armor in all the right places and the mesh fabric makes it good when at speed to keep you cool. Comes with 2 liners which I doubt I will use often (Southern California rider here). My only small gripe is that the sleeve straps velcro is not quite long enough if you want to bind it tight. But this has more to do with the fact that I don't have the liners inside to bulk up the sleeves. But this is a great Jacket and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a non-leather jacket with good protection and built in venting.

The price is great . The fit is perfect i order XL . Im 6" and i weight 180 LB .. the arm length its perfect i have long arms and ive been going around my city, store to store looking for a jacket but every jacket i tried my arms where sticking out to much . But this jacket is perfect is a little heavy like 9 pounds . But is comfortable . Lots of pockets and pads for protection . I went out yesterday 9/30/12 at low temp 50s . It kept me warm. U cant notice the wind blowing .

I've been using this jacket for a little over a month now and I could not be happier. I even had the unfortunate opportunity to asphalt test the jacket at about 15mph - no damage to me, and the jacket only suffered a small (hard to see) scuff on one of the exterior pads. Comfort, quality, mobility, value, and style are all 5/5 stars. BTW I am 6 foot 1 inch at 185lbs and the large fits me great. I just bought a second jacket like this one from LeatherUp (CF-462 in black/pink) for my wife.

I just purchased this for next spring, the jacket is well made and fits like a glove. The layers will be great for the cool weather and easy on and off with them is conveniently made. The armor appears to be suited well if a rider goes down. I ordered the 2X and the fit is great. The material/liner are for every riding season. Super purchase as it was on sale. I love leather up shipping and customer service. I also purchased a helmet and no problems with the item.

I ordered a different Exlement jacket and could barely get my hands through the ends of the sleeves, so I returned it and got this jacket instead. I got an XL for myself and a L for my son. We both love them. It's heavy as hell, but the two removable liners are great. Riding in 50 degree weather was very comfortable with both liners in. Looking forward to warmer and dryer weather so I can remove them and just use the outer shell which weights a fraction of the whole jacket. I can't decide if the exterior armor is cheesy or bad $#*! looking... maybe both. That said, I love the jacket and am glad I got one for my son too. The fit was great, the zippers work, etc. Getting the liners back in after taking them out takes a few minutes, but, again, I'm glad to have a three-season (if not 4-season) jacket for such a low price.

The first impression is that it is a very robust jacket since it weighs a lot and its appearance is spectacular. However, it is not a jacket for winter, better for spring and summer as it is very breathable. With the size you have to be careful if you are an athletic person, because if it is so, in your arms you will tighten a lot. My size is 1'70m and my weight is 85kg. The size L is perfect for me long and wide, but remembering that in the arms is too tight.

In short, for the price of the jacket you can not ask for more.The jacket has come with a zipper without sewing.
