The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Really like this jacket, like I've like all the jackets I've bought from LU. It lets the air flow but offers protection in case of a mishap.
I noramlly wear XL on jackets but this jacket I went 2XL and fits prefectly. The liner is great for those cool mornings going to work and very easy to take off for the afterwork ride home when it warms up. Highly recommended love this jacket!
Great jacket very comfortable even in 90 degree weather
Love the jacket, can not beat it for this price, I would buy again
$70... Really? How could I go wrong? And I didn't. This is the absolute best value for the money compared to what some of the bikes shops charge. On a week long trip from Reno to Las Vegas. Didn't wear it the whole time but was great when I needed it. Was nice to zip liner in and out as needed. Normally wear a Large in shirts and jackets. Wear a 44 or 46 sport coat with trim cut. Bought XXL and had to send back for XL which fit excellent. The XXL would have worked great if I was going to wear a sweat shirt underneath but obviously am not planning to.
Been wearing this all summer, great vents and good fit. I took out the liner and have been extremely comfortable, even at stops. (summer around 80). Very good value
Got side swiped yesterday going about 30mph. There was minimal sliding so no scuffs but the armor protected me from the impact on the car and the pavement. If I had been wearing higher boots and a neck roll I would be almost unhurt. Great jacket!
Have not been able to do allot of riding with this jacket. What riding I have been able to get in, this jacket performed very well. I would recommend it to a friend.
This is my first jacket and I'm hoping I'll never need to test it's protection level. For the cost it does seem a pretty good deal. One is sure was the Velcro stitching on the waist cinch had come loose. I was able to re-stitch the problem area and it seems good now. Hopefully the parts that matter in a crash are better put together. Seeing as fabric jackets are a one crash item; I'm pretty happy with my choice. I may eventually grab a leather jacket as well to supplement this one.
I live in Arizona and temperatures are really high, the combination of the jacket being clear and the amount of air flowing through makes it very comfortable. The finish inside are not the best but it worth what I paid for.
The color of the mesh part of the jacket came a little more brownish gray than I expected. Other than that the jacket is great. It fits well and seems very durable. Great Value.
This is the first jacket I have ever purchased. It seems well made and I really like the overall style of the jacket. I typically wear XL and based on other reviews ordered a double XL and the jacket fits great. Some people complained about the cuffs, but I actually like them. I am very happy with my purchase.
Great jacket for the price. The mesh lets air through, this makes the jacket comfortable to wear in the summer. I have not used the liner yet, but i expect it will be good for early fall riding. I like the fit and stile. I have received many complements on the jacket, and most folks think I paid much more for it than I did. I have given a lower rate for durability, as I have not had the jacket long enough to rate this feature.
first thing i did was try it on, 2x was a good fit, i'm 6'2" 230 lbs. the second thing i did was get the sewing machine out , and remove the wrist cuffs (they would have been better suited in a winter coat). then i cut out 3 of the pockets that only really serve as wind blocking useless items.... now i like it, i kept the pistol pocket intact, planning on riding C-C. could use some reflective piping, none on it that i can find
Great quality for price, filled with usable features, and looks like it will last a while. I ordered the Xl as I'm pretty thick in the middle (38W) and 210 @ 5'11" and it seems like a good fit with some room for the liner should I need it; not likely in Florida, but I can take it in my tank bag for a cool ride home at night. Did not expect the cuffs inside and did not really work with my gloves, since I bought it mostly for hot rides, I carefully trimmed them out and now there is only a small fur fringe inside and my gloves fit fine. Don't own a hand gun at the moment, but if I did I be comfortable carrying it in the provided waterproof pocket @ left chest level. will be my place to stash stuff I need to keep dry. Zipper in Back would not fit my Scorpion mesh pants as it mounts opposite direction, but since it come with a mating piece, I can get it sewn on EZ.
great jacket love that it has a gun pocket.it fit very comfortable
The jacket is great, and fits well. However the zipper on the liner was not stitched completely. i called customer service, someone phoned back that day, with the assurance I would hear from them later that week. That did not happen.
Again, I am very pleased with the jacket, but not with Leatherup.com's customer service. I think if a product is defective, you are on your own.
Fit much better than more expensive jackets, has lots of extras and the inner liner keeps you warm in the winter adn is removable for summer. Great Jacket well worth the money
excellent jacket, warm enough at 35 degrees, and cool enough in the 80s.just had a crash and the amour really protected me from even more damage. really tough material, still in good shape after sliding down the street .sizes run small, buy 1 size larger. Going to buy another one.
I love that it came 2 days after I ordered it and it is VERY comfy to wear. although, I HATE the color. It looks like a creamy offset white color. which I am now in the process of covering up the jacket with patches so that that is the base color. I also did not like that it would cost me more money to exchange it then what I bought it for so the only complaint I really have is the color and how boxy it looks on my frame and that I was not willing to pay $80 to have it exchanged, but it is comfy and warm and safe overall.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
