The first thing that happened one day into my trip was the crotch seams came apart. Made it work, but come on, make a crotch durable. I like these pants. Glad I took the time to research and learn about sizing leather. I wear size 36 pants, got a size 40, thinking that I'd wear these as a stand-alone, or with thermals under them. They work well for that. I don't think I could comfortably fit them over a pair of pants. Also, I have larger thighs, and that's something to consider sizing up for.

These are excellent overpants. I have been looking for good quality overpants for sometime. I have seen multiple brands at the local cycle shop and online, and many that had a great appearance but just didn't measure up. Most of the overpants I had tried at the local cycle shop were very thin leather and made more for the "look" than the protection. I found these pants and decided to order them and try them since i hadn't found anything suitable for protection at the local cycle shop. When these overpants came in I was VERY surprised. The leather was VERY thick and heavy, the side zippers were very heavy duty, as were the snaps. The finish was excellent and they were well tanned and very well oiled. I liked the snaps at the sides so these pants could be taken in some or let out some at the waist based on the clothes worn underneath. The liner was also a very nice touch. These pants are definitely heavy enough to be good for riding in the winter time as well as plenty protection for when i'm on the highways in the summer time. The one thing I did find i wasn't as fond of was the "straight" cut. This is also known as a skinny cut. The problem this causes for a large guy like myself (6'1" 250 pounds) is that the leather wants to ride DOWN when you straddle and sit down on your bike. This necessitates wearing a belt to prevent them from riding down when your in the seated position. All in all these pants are an excellent quality and fit, and i would DEFINITELY buy them again. One fair warning, order at least one size bigger, and if you're tall and lift heavy like I do where you have muscular legs you will want to go 2 sizes bigger.

Have been wearing these for two weeks, temperatures have been as low as 30 deg and high as low 80s, comfortable, definitely kept me warm. I ordered one size up as recommended and fit well. I wear a heavy belt with these as I conceal carry IWB which works well. The pants are cut long, no problem, had a seamstress hem them. This item was as described, I based the purchase mostly on the reviews. No issues with the zippers or snaps, easy on and easy off. Good fit over jeans. These are my first overpants so have no comparisons. I am secure with the protection provided them.

Pro: These feel so great! the wind just does not go through real leather. The leather is smooth and supple. Super nice. I can fit them over my jeans, and my boots.

Con: the waist snap broke the first time I put it on. So far, I'm just living with the broken snap. I plan to take it to a shoe repair place, maybe. The snaps are all kinda loose, they come undone too easily. The bottoms of the pants are really baggy. The wind does wip them around some. I tried a velcro strap and that helped.

They are pretty low cut; kinda weird. my jeans stick out three inches or more.

size: one up from my regular size fit right. Need a belt to hold them tight.

Love the pants, Wanted to be able to ride as long as I can so purchased these to keep the wind chill down and they work great. Can't beat the price. They look and feel great. Had a issue with the stitching in the crotch but took them to a shoe repair shop and they fixed them for 12.00. Great product just make sure you are sure when you cut the length. My next pair I think when I cut the bottom i'll cut it at a angle so longer on the front

The quality of these overpant surprised me at this price point. I've always worn chaps when it's chilly, but they still leave the crotch exposed to the cold. With these overpants that problem goes away. They are easy on and easy off. The leather and zippers are good quality. I took one star off on durability only because I felt the stitching at he bottom of the leg looked like it might come loose over time. I reinforced this area myself and now I'm confident they'll hold up.

I ordered these on a Friday and received them on Wednesday. These leather pants are heavy duty and are a great deal. I am 5'10" and weigh 195 Lbs. I usually wear a 36 inch waist so went up to a 38 with these pants so I can wear them over regular pants. They fit perfectly, and the two snaps on each side make them adjustable. Easy to put on over pants and shoes and they fold up fairly compact so I can stow them in my saddlebag when not riding. They look great and are well constructed. I'm sure I'll get quite a few years out of these leather pants.
