The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Great quality pants, work perfectly for what I needed.
These are good quality leather, well assembled, with fairly good hardware. I couldn't give it 5 because the side snaps are not top end. If I worked for X-Element, I would tell them to invest in better metal hardware, and charge ten bucks more per pair. The zippers are good, just not the best snaps. I had mine hemmed with double stitching by a Palestinian Israeli tailor in Salt Lake City, who owned the right kind of machines to stitch leather, and I'll be wearing these babies for a decade. I may have to replace snaps, but he can handle that for me. I treated them with Huberd's Shoe Grease, let them sit overnight, wiped off the excess, and now I can ride in light rain without needing rainpaints. They're worth the money and I'd recommend them; you could spend $200 and get less quality. They also warm you up in 24 degrees at 81 mph.
Love these over pants. the fit was dead on. They are very comfortable and easy to move in. My better half has ridden horses before and she told me these we worth a lot more than the price i paid. I've never gotten chaps or over pants before but i'm very pleased with these. Great quality at an amazing price is all i can say. i will be shopping here in the future when i need gear.
exceptional quality, great service. fit was only issue. originally ordered 38 as I wear 36-38 jeans, depends on jeans. 38's would not fit over other pants, and after measuring, returned for 42's. Now 42's seem tight in legs but roomy in waste, so guess I will adjust with belt or suspenders. Overall LeatherUp is a great company to work with.
Nicely made. However, I am a bit disproportionate with some belly fat and a small backside. These have a low rise waist, so they wanted to pull down and give me a classic plumbers exposure when I sit. So I am returning them. Not the fault of the pants. If you are trim and like low rise pants these will be good for you I think. I will still give them 5 stars for quality.
I am very pleased with the pants. Good quality and fast shipping at a great price!
I bought these for my husband and he really likes the pants and the feel of them I have bought several Items from Leather Up and have never been disappointed with any of my purchases.
Picked these up for winter riding. They are comfortable to wear and definetly help while riding in the cold . Great to have around on those chilly days .
A great feel, great look & good quality. I would recommend these to anyone looking for protection for their lower extremities. Thanks!
The quality of these leather over is great. The fit is perfect - except I did have to cut the bottoms off a little. Would highly recommend this product!
the pants were what they described and at a fair price . i would recomend to all who are looking for a good pair of leather pants, this is it. az rider.
I ordered 36, I actually wear a 35 but have to by 36 pants, these leather pants fit except for the length which I am having a taylor take up a couple of inches for me. They are pretty well made from what I can see. And I would recommend them to others. Not to difficult to put on but takes a few times to get the hang of...
I have to say I don't know how they get this quality for this price. Im 6'4", 210 with 38" inseam and the 38waist fits over my jeans perfectly. The inseam is actually too long, Ill have to get a tailor to hem them. They are heavy, have motorcycle quality hardware and the handiwork in them is first rate. I dont dress for a crash, because i don't intend to do that, but i feel a little underdressed now without them on. Youll need a good set of suspenders to keep them on in a slide, but i have every confidence you'd walk away.
Bought these and the loose fit jeans at the same time. I wear 34 in regular pants and bought both leather pants in 36. These overpants are looser than the jeans but that is fine because I intended to use them as overpants. There are some adjustment snaps in the waist so you can tighten them up. When you do so, they are form fitting enough to wear alone. Length is very long and my inseam is 32-34 inches. This is not a detriment as you can shorten them, but you can't lengthen them.
So far I love the pants. Only got to wear them one time then warm weather set in. Not looking forward to cold weather but I am keeping these close by. James C. Hueytown Al.
One of the best leather pants I did own.Excelent cowhide leather.Soft and fonfortable to wear.AAA
And not to mention the Leatherup service. The best in the bussines.Great costumer service.Friendely people.Easy to deal with.
Great shipping, Quality ok. Seam ripped when first put on. Had them repaired with thicker thread. Fit is spot on.
I like the full pant vs chaps for weather protection. These pants are low rise and have a tendency to pull down when walking. I used a Velcro strap on each side to secure the pants to the belt of my jeans. Also these do have belt loops but I would think 2 belts to be very bulky. The pants are heavy and bulky. The lining tore in the crotch due to the fact that they are low rise and not very roomy up top. The side zippers is not protected by a flap, presumably letting rain in. It does let the wind in a little. The price is great, they are strong and durable. I bought them 2 inches bigger than my thigh measurement. They fit well. Any bigger and they would have fallen right off without something to hold them up.
Excellent quality leather and a great fit. Price can't be beat. Only issue I have is the snaps don't snap together tightly, they tend to unsnap easily. I cured the problem by using a belt.
This product, specifically those pants I got defective. Not enough fasteners in one trouser leg. For the rest, all right.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
