The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I purchased these bags for my 2000 vn800a they are almost to long and rub on my rear turn signals but i am 100% OK with that. I can fit every thing i need to carry and loads more. i put my large padded leather jacket in one side my chaps and backpack in the other side. the part that i am not to happy with is that the left bag was crushed during shipping one rivet had broken and the top of the metal frame was bent in. My package was shipped via On trac. since you can not see the damage when the bag is closed i will just install a new rivet when i have time. Over all i love leatherup.com and their products i do not however like the shipping company On trac. I would recommend the saddle bags to anyone as long as they are not shipped via on trac. Did i forget to mention that On trac sucks. That is all. Ride on!!!
Well made product and it mounted nicely. After putting my paperwork (registration, insurance), fuses, wrench & screwdriver and 2 pairs of riding glasses its packed full though. Forget trying to squeeze the gloves in.....
Looks great on our bike. Really good quality. Love it.
The bag fits perfect. Well made and color is just like you see on the web site. Thanks LeatherUP........ FWD Yuma AZ
Fits my Savage great, mounts just above the headlamp. Love the color, stands out in a sea of black bags.
Good quality small tool bag. I use it mounted on my handlebars to put my phone, wallet and other small items. Not big for major tools but for my purposes, it is perfect. Well made and good price. Leatherup has a satisfied customer and I will return for more items.
A beautifully made item with versatile mounting options. It will hold your basic tools and in my opinion adds retro class. Good price and fast delivery.
I was looking for a handlebar bag for my 2012 HD Blackline. This bag mounted perfectly over the headlamp. Nice quality leather. The bike has zero storage and this provided all that I needed.
This bag is perfect for my bobber project. Great looks, quality construction, versatile mounting options and the price make it a great all around value.
Great little bag for the price. It is very small. I keep my paperwork and sunglasses in there and its basically full. Can't beat it for the price though.
Nice bag. A little small, but I knew that going in. Well made.
Very nice bag. Fits perfect on my 2013 Dyna Super Glide Custom. Nice leather good color & best of all the price was good.
This bag is awesome!a bit small, but I knew that before buying from reading other reviews. I bought this bag to hold my phone, wallet, and other small items. Looks great on my bike and serves my purposes perfectly.
Great buy. Looks good on the custom bike. Well made, soft leather, heavy duty. Very pleased with the purchase and shipped very fast.
Can't beat the money on this one. All my girly things fit right nice, along with shop towels for them pumps that spew. Just a tick lighter than my HD Swingarm bag but with a little more mink we're good. Winner!
These are really cool bags, look is classic old school, good quality, great price, quick ship. Best of all they (bought a pair) look awesome on my classic black Brit bike ! They are compact but are large enough for some gloves, a kick stand plate , glasses and a bottle of water. Stan Scottsville New York
Fits perfectly on my '05 Shadow Aero. Matches the brown Xelement saddlebags perfectly. I'd recommend this bag to anybody looking for small item storage (i.e. spare glasses, keys, credentials, etc.). The straps hold it very securely and were easy to install. The leather is soft, but seems very sturdy and the front straps conceal the buckle clips very well.
A friend referred me to Leatherup for a riding jacket. The cost was reasonable and the options extensive. I located a jacket and read the reviews to obtain an idea of the value with my selection; I purchased the jacket based on those reviews. Wow was I impressed when I received it! The look, fit, finish and quality exceeded my expectations. I will be purchasing future products from Leatherup.com.
An excellent value for your dollar. I have seen lesser jackets at twice this price.
The leather is soft, yet the jacket is heavy- with the liner in it would be suitable for winter/cold weather riding.
I'm impressed! I'm 6'2", 230lbs, barrel chested with an average middle. Based on the size chart I originally (and skeptically) ordered the medium. While it technically DID fit it was crazy tight. It gave an awesome tailored look but if I wanted anything thicker than a t-shirt beneath it I'd be out of luck. I returned and exchanged for the large and couldn't be happier. I have long arms and most shirts and jackets come no where close to fitting appropriately. Not so with this jacket! (Even the medium had me covered!) The jacket seems well constructed, the leather is suitably thick and gives confidence that it would do it's job well in the unfortunate event of a crash. While I wish this jacket had armor I can't complain as the price for what you get truly is a great bargain. I love the style and construction. Fits well, feels comfortable and I've no doubt it'll last me for years. The only nit-pick I have is the button snaps. I don't feel that they stay clasped very well. Rubbing against a seat in a vehicle seems to pop them right open. I always seem to be snapping them back together. On the bike it won't be a issue, I just wish they were a little more robust. All in all though I love the jacket and feel like this will be my "iconic" piece of clothing.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
