The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I gave the boots to the wife.I have neever seen her happier about a pair of boots.cheaper than Fry's and a better fit. Thanks guys for a good product at a great price.
I LOVE these boots. First day I had them I wore them to work and stood and walked in them ALL DAY!! SOOO comfortable!!! No pinching...no rubbing...like wearing a pair of soft comfey socks! That said... They actually run about a FULL SIZE LARGE. I normally wear an 8 but on everyone's recommendation I bought the 7.5 It was huge! Returning them was super easy and FAST but even the 7 is quite roomy with thick socks on. I wish the website would give a measurement of the sole length and width...that would at least give us a good starting place!
I like my boots but they did need to be broke in. I wish I had got my normal size so I could wear thicker socks becuase the shoe hurt my feet for the first little bit of wearing them each time. I am hopping they will break in even more.
Ordered a 9 (usually a 9.5) perfect fit, very little break-in time, most comfortable boots I've ever owned and the fact that they look cool is a big bonus!
These boots were so comfortable. I just got back from Daytona Bike week and wore these almost everyday! Got a lot of compliments and they did not hurt my feet after all the walking that we did. I did order a 1/2 size smaller and it was perfect. Highly recommend these boots!
I love my new boots. Can't wait till fall to wear them!I took everyones advice and ordered a half size smaller ,they fit beautifully. Super fast delivery. They are exactly like they look in the picture!
Super comfortable right from the start. I wear an 8.5, I bought an 8, good choice. I have kind of wide feet, but the soft leather gives me the room I need comfortably. Fits well around my pretty big calves too. Keeps my feet warm on the bike always.
Ordered these boots, they were comfortable the first wear no breaking in needed. The sizing is like everyone said order 1/2 size smaller I did and they are a perfect fit. Awesome boot for the price. My husband is a long time rider and wears Harley everthing, but did agree that this is a very nice riding boot, he will order the same boot in mens, i'm sure he will not be dissapointed. Thanks leatherup we will be long time customers.
Very happy with my new boots. I wore them the next day and never had any issues. As always Leatherup got them to me super fast and I loved the free shipping. Thanks LU.
Very comfortable! I have a wide foot as well and was pleased how easily these slipped on. I reccommend staying with your true size if you have a wider foot. I think if I went smaller they would not be as comfortable. That's just my opinion though, use your own judgement and how you usually fit into other shoes. Either way these boots are very, very nice and perfect for riding.
Even with all the "these run large" comments, I was skeptical, so I ordered my normal size. So glad I did. Boots are supposed to slip a bit in the heel...at least every time I've bought cowboy boots, that's what I've been told. But they don't slip too much anyway. I'm fairly certain I couldn't have worn a smaller size.
I got these yesterday and felt like a badass walking around in them. About halfway through the day, my feet started getting a little uncomfortable, and I was in WalMart, so I bought a pair of the "2 oz miracle" inserts/insoles and they feel better now. I always wanted the Frye 12Rs, but they are so heavy and uncomfortable and expensive, that I feel like a champion for finding these. I am trying to decide whether to get these same ones in black or to get the engineer ones in black. Hard decision! Leatherup is my new friend.
Love these boots. Comfortable from the first time I put them on my feet. So glad I read the reviews. I took everyone's advice and ordered 1/2 size down and they fit perfectly. Little bit of play room but not too much. I can wear regular socks or heavier socks for colder weather and still have room to be comfortable. Definitely a good purchase.
I got these boots yesterday, and I am wearing them again today. They are a little big, and the leather is soft enough to where they may loosen up some more. I will get some insert soles to tighten them up a bit. I got the smallest size available, so I didn't have the option of going smaller. The price is great, and I'm proud of the scuffs I have so far. My shift toe got marked up easily, so if you are looking to keep these scuff free, you might have a hard time with that.
Got these boots for my wife and she absolutly loves them, Says they are the most comfortable boot/shoe she has ever worn. Fast shipping and excil;ent price and quality.
Fabulous boot! No break in required. Ordered a half size down - perfect fit!
I love these! Not only do they look great, they wear well. I ordered the half size down and they fit well. I have a high arch so the top seam was very tight initially, after some wear the soft leather loosened up and no longer hurt. I get a ton of compliments from them and they keep my feet pretty warm. THey scuff up easily so if you're looking to keep them pristine it might be difficult.
Outstanding boot. I bought these for my wife. She hasn't taken them off since they arrived. Great quality, great fit (true to her normal size). All around great transaction. Thanks Leatherup! You guys ROCK.
Great Boot. Soft and comfortable. Ordered a size down as recommended.
I have to enter my 5 star rating along with almost everybody else. These are a beautifully made boot. I love the compliments I get and let people know where I ordered them. My boots are often mistaken for a well known brand that readily charges $250 to over $300 per pair. I ignored the review comments on ordering a smaller size and, as a consequence, had to exchange mine for 1/2 size smaller. LeatherUp was more than accommodating. How great to deal with a company like this. Many kudos!
these boots and LeatherUp rock!!...Super fast shipping...I ordered these for my partner and I'm almost tempted to save them for a "get outta jail free pass"..(just kidding)..but I know this is gonna be her favorite Christmas present by far!! I can tell by the fit on me that it is accurate to order a 1/2 size smaller...Thank you!!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
