They're great !! Met my expectations and then some. Sent my exact size and they fit perfectly. My only concern is the zipper (makes getting them on and off super easy) seems kind of flimsy. Hence he 4 stars on durability; might have to return here and change that to 5 stars. And (the zipper) is a bit smaller than I would have thought necessary but time will tell (how they hold up I mean) because although a bit sticky; they do get the job done. Thinking now about getting another pair (back up). They are that good. Not to mention the price (I did some shopping around). Highly recommend....

Liked the jacket. Cool style with kind of a "Mad Max" 1980's look to it. Flaws are this: Don't like the zippers at wrists being inside (arms outstreched zippers face inward). If you wear a full face helmet, the shoulder pads hit on the over the shoulder check. I'm 5'8" and weigh 215 with a belly and had to reorder 3xl, and this fits fine. Without the liners its a perfect warm weather jacket which is what I bought it for. (South Texas) All around nice. Xelement was AWESOME with quick easy return even during the Christmas rush. I recommend them to EVERYONE !

I bought this last year approximately, since my other jacket is just too small.

1st, shipping was great! 2nd, this jacket looks pretty awesome! Made me want to put spikes on my shoulder armor... Road Warrior style!

As for the fit, just right. I wear Large normally, so I got the XLarge. I got to ride this last summer, and it kept me quite cool when it was in the 80's and even the 90's overall (w/o the other 2 liners of course).

I used the waterproof lining once, and it works GREAT for keeping you dry, BUT you will sweat a lot more since it is meant to keep the water out. Kind of like being in a sauna w/o the extra heat.... If its a hot and humid day, may not be worth using the rain liner, but very effective for those cooler, rainy days. It will add to you being warm instead of cold.

Overall, this jacket is a great buy for the money. Lots of armor and the leather on the arms is a nice safety feature and look. The side straps really give you a snug or loose fit, however you like it. Finally, I have gotten a number of compliments on it - particularly because of the exposed shoulder armor - people seem to really dig that look or something? As do I.

I've own this jacket for a few months now and i would like to say something on the durability of this item.

This jacket is an excellent buy for the money with that said you get what you pay for the liners are nice i have ridden in sub 20's with a sweater and my armored leather pants. the attachment system for the liners could be better I've lost one of the buttons that attaches the rain liner in the jacket. The other thing that happened the button that adjust the straps on the left forearm has cause the seam to rip slightly.

I'd owned the Element 'Eagle' square toed biker boots prior and guess I got six years before they were done. Anyway I decided I replace them with a sturdier soled classic styled boot. I'd originally ordered( and returned) the regular engineer boot and bought the three buckle boot biker boot, as I liked the gear lever reinforcement and solid sole. The leather is that re-manufactured type which offers no blemishes and is smooth exhibiting an oddly dull sheen. This I'm sure will be a benefit longer term without creases etc. The size runs accurate so don't order up, and calf area is large and accommodating for jeans or leathers worn inside if you'd like. I've added additional punched holes to tight the front and back straps and they feel more secure. The side zipper allows for ease entry while keeping my new adjustments just right. Sold well constructed boot

This is the first item I ordered from LeatherUp (ordered two more leather jackets and two pairs of gloves) and I really like the style and fit. Perfect for warmer weather but less than 40 degrees F and it's not quite enough even with all the liners. Ordered 3XL and I'm short and round at 5' 9" and 280 lbs. but it still fits nicely, again snug with both liners. Fine for light rain but not a thunderstorm. Like others have mentioned the "Road Warrior" shoulder guards can interfere with your range of motion with a full-face helmet on but I'd rather have the extra protection. Love the fast shipping and return policy. Two thumbs up for LeatherUp!

Had this boots for a week and like them, but there are a few things I should note. They have a very strong dye smell out of the box that seems to be getting better over time. They fit me true to size. Easy on, easy off with the zipper. The shifter pad actually makes shifting more difficult because the pad reduces space between boot and shifter, requiring me to flex my foot toward flat to ensure a clean shift. Heels are tall enough to scrape in sharp leans. Boots are very comfortable and I expect them to provide good protection.
