The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. Really like these pants, I usually wear a 33 waist so I ordered the 34's. They are a little loose but a belt takes care of that. As far as length I had them hemmed and glued 2 1/2 in. shorter.
Outstanding!! Great pair of leather pants. Always wanted some but the price kept me from owning them in the past, then I discovered LU. You cant beat this company, I did order one size up, glad I did. A perfect fit and the deep pockets are a plus. This is nice leather! I also ordered a pair of lose fit leather pants for cold weather riding. Sweat pants fit great under the leather to keep the cold out. Thanks LeatherUp. I"ll be back.
Very nice pants! Ordered 1 size larger than my typical jean size and was a bit worried as they were snug, after a couple hours they fit great! Now every time I wear them they fit like a glove and feel/look awesome!
Normally wear 34's but ordered 36's fit good but wish they were a little longer. I am 6 ft. 3 and 210lbs.
Should have listened to the comments and gone with the next size up! Had to return for larger size, cost me a small fortune, maybe if the web people saw I was from Canada they could have redirected me to the Canadian site, might not have cost so much. Cost me about $75.00 to send back and almost $40.00 for duties again. Pants are great, the cost left me scratching my head.
Bought pants for myself and for my wife. We just completed a 2,025 mile ride. We both love the pants. Not too hot, great fit, and wearable all day long. Highly recommend.
I normally wear a 38" waist and 32" length in jeans and I ordered the 40" leather pants. Perfect fit on the waist. Lining was a little slippery so a good belt is essential. I understand that the lining stopped below the knees probably because of the boot fit but I ride in cool weather in Seatlle and bringing it all the way down could help the warmth. That said these are so much warmer than jeans it's not funny and good looking enough to wear inside a reastaurant if you're not too particular. Don't worry about the long length comments. When you're wearing booots and riding they are just right and they stack on your boots for walking around. Great pants!
I am 6' 1" and 175 lbs so I ordered 32x34. I normally wear 31x34 for jeans but the fit was just right. I really like the pants and they are high quality. I will order another pair size 34x34 for colder weather so I can wear thermal underwear underneath.
Purchased a pair of the leather pants as I hate chaps but wanted extra protection from the elements. I followed the suggestion of ordering a size larger than the normal jean size, and found the fit to be perfect. The front pockets are deep, which is an added benefit as I do not like anything in my back pockets when riding and have no worry about anything accidently coming out of the pockets. With a proper belt, CC is not a problems as the belt loops are sufficient to support the extra weight. I liked the pants so well, I ordered a second pair for me and a pair for my lady. She loved hers as well. Highly recommend.
These are excellent wearing leather pants I plan to buy one or two more just to have them. I wear 38 and I purchased 40 waist the length is perfect for my height at 6'4" with runners long legs.
These pants are what I have come to expect from Leatherup. Great texture, deep pockets, nice looking. I was slightly disappointed with the fit. I'm a 33 waist so I ordered a 34 as was recommended. Subsequently they are a little big. But as I wear a belt I just cinch that a little tighter. I would recommend this product. They are great for riding.
Nice leather that is smooth, soft and thick. It looks like buffalo hide instead of cowhide but that's okay. They seem to fit true to size but being leather may feel a little tight at first. I prefer a little tight because leather stretches and will form to the body later on if you give it a chance.
I like the pants a lot. They look good, fit good, and really keep me warm on cool nights on the bike. My only problem with them is that the back pockets seem to be a little low for my taste. I'll just have to get used to that I guess.
I normally wear a size 32-33 and I ordered a size 34 as recommended and they fit great over my jeans and look good too. I will wear them over my shorts this summer while traveling.
First pair of leather pants. Got one size bigger and fits good over my jeans or shorts. Like how the pockets are the same as my jeans and not covered up like jeans with chaps, easy to get your stuff out of pockets, unlike with chaps. ie: cell phone or keys. Had mine tailored to the floor with boots on, but jeans still longer. Which is a little bummer, but no biggy, time to hem pants from dragging ground and should be fine. They do look good though and are very well made and the price can't be beat! Will be buying more from LeatherUp.
LOVE my new leather pants!
The size chart was a bit unclear- it didn't figure in waist measurement... but the pants fit pretty well except they're a wee snug around the waist. Thank goodness for leather having some "give". In time and with some wear they'll be perfect. :)
these pants are perfect! i had expected to have to hem them when they arrived, but it was not necessary and the fit is spot on. definitely a repeat customer here.
Had these a few years and they are great. I got them as over pants so I went two sizes up. I have to use suspenders to keep them up now because I have lost a few lbs. since buying them. I think these would also be great pants if they were to be worn without jeans under them. They'll need to be hemmed most likely because they run long, but I just use velcro pant leg straps that the bicyclists wear. That way they won't' get hung up on anything or drag under my boot heels when I'm off the bike walking. Mine don't get little use cause I only wear them when in colder temps. At this rate if they don't meet the pavement they'll last me forever.
They look great. Soft but sturdy. Really like the zipper on the side that makes it easy to put on.Also the eagle is very detailed.
Quality was better than expected; the boots were soft and supple and the thickness was great. I would order 1 size smaller as they tend to run large
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
