My husband really likes his new boots! He broke his foot in a motorcycle accident and needed a firm-soled boot once he was able to wear a shoe again. I wanted the steel toes to protect the 5 toes he broke. : It's always been hard to find him boots he likes, that are comfortable and not too heavy, but these got his seal of approval right away.
These seem to be a good boot. Didnt take very long to break them in. I ordered smaller than usual due to some reviews saying they run large, but I had to send them back to get a larger pair. Very good customer service.
They're comfortable for riding and sitting at a bar. They seem well made. They are a bastard to put on hungover.
I love the boots. Buy your normal size. Some reviews suggest buying 1/2 size smaller BUT you don't need too. Cost me $18 to send back boots that were to small. Leather up could do better on the return shipping cost. I'll think twice before buying clothes from Leather up do to the fact of the return shipping cost!
Very good looking boot. I have had the boots for a month and while they make a good riding boot, I bought these as an every day work boot. After 10 hours on my feet I am looking forward to taking them off. Hopefully after wearing them a little longer they will be as comfertable as other have sugested.

I ordered these boots as a replacement for my Harley-Davidson steel-toe engineering boots. They are nearly a dead-ringer for the H-D's design. They aren't as durable as I would have liked. The heel guard leather inside the back of the boot wore through and rolls down each time i put the boots on. Other than that, they're still in good shape. I did go back to my old H-Ds for my everyday use. As a side note, Leatherup has a fine system of prompt shipments and excellent customer service. I will continue to buy from them (but probably not these boots).

I bought these boots just for riding, but found them so comfortable I am using them for daily wear. Ordered the 9 1/2 size I normally wear and the fit was great with my 3/4 leangth winter knee socks.. No binding in the steel toe box, easy on and off. I haven't had them long enough to really rate the durability yet. In the past few days I've already gotten several comments on how nice and durable the boots look and as to where I purchased them. May purchase a second pair while the sale is on!!!
I just received my boots, one week from the day I ordered them, not bad for shipping from CA to ME! I was skeptical ordering my normal size 9-1/2 after reading many of the reviews. When I first put them on, they were uncomfortable in the area of the steel toe, but after wearing for an hour or so and tightening the strap a couple holes, they fit and feel awesome. I have to wear steel toe footwear at work so being able to throw on my boots, ride to work and not have to change from riding boots to work boots will be nice. Very pleased with the service and pricing at LeatherUp. I just ordered my wife a pair of the Flame Harness boots that she has been looking at for awhile. Great boot! Heavy-duty construction. Steal toe engineer boot at its finest! Order this pair for my kid, probably order another for myself!
While you are waiting for your boots to arrive go buy some gel insoles. The boots come with no foot bed cushioning just a rock hard pc. of thin foam.The shaft is unlined so your white socks may be a little black from rubbing. The lenght is sized true but the width at the instep and heel run large. You have to tighten the instep strap to keep your toes from sliding into the steel toe cap. The toe cap is sized to a meduim. I can see me adding another hole in the straps as the boot stretches. I know they aren't a high end boots but for my application they will do fine.The leather is very soft. I would suggest buying them if what I just mentioned isn't a issue to you. Leather up are good people to deal with. Sasko Buffalo ,NY
