Great looking boot at great price. I took the advice of others and ordered the 1/2 size up. When the boots arrived I thought no way are they the right size.... If you have a high instep (top of foot) you will struggle to get it on. Once past the instep there is good fitting room with no pressure ponts. Getting caught in a major down pour these boots and socks and feet were soaked. But will say after a couple of days putting them on and off has broken them in nicely and they now slip on easily. I also like others swapped out the inserts for gel pads. Suggest applying a water proof gel and these boots will become a favorite. Going to order another pair just in case they quit making them.

I received my pair of Men's King Harness Boots last week. I am going to agree with Leatherup customer, Steven S from Stony Brook, New York. Like Steven, I also wear size 11 and purchased that size. Although most people recommended purchasing 1/2 size larger, I went along with my regular size since this recommendation was given by another wearer, who also wears size 11. They were a bit snug at first but they definately loosen up after a few wearings. As I am writing, this is my fourth wearing. I almost forget I have them on. I would like to comment on a statement made on the label that was attached to one of the boots. It stated, in part, "The most technologically advanced Work-Boots." They look like they are definately up to the task of a work boot. However, they look very dressy and, are very comfortable, now that they have loosened up. I will be wearing my pair business casual with khakis and a blazer. As far as sizing, everybody is different. If you have a pattern of buying 1/2 size larger, as most people recommended, buy this style 1/2 size larger. If you buy true to size and that works for you, expect the boots to be a bit snug for the first few wearings. Thereafter, the leather will stretch.

This is an excellent boot for the price. I ordered my regular shoe size and when the boots arrived they fit snug but not too tight. The first full day I wore them they began to loosen up. Now I have had them for about three weeks and I wear them everywhere! I have never had a pair of boots I liked so much. They aren't too heavy and they loosened up enough now so they fit perfect! I wear them to work where I am walking on concrete all day and my feet never hurt. The only negative thing I have found about them is that they do tend to get warm on the feet and that may just be me. Either way I love them and would suggest anyone to order these boots from here! Excellent Product!

Very impressed with these boots.

Really hard to get them on the first few times, and had to persevere, and use thin socks just to get them on.

They are quite tight at the ankle and getting your foot past this point took some effort and persistence.

Once I got them on, very comfortable.

I was a bit worried that given how hard they were to get on, that I might be buried still wearing them, but they come off a lot easier than they went on.

I wore them around the house for a couple of days to break them in and rubbed some really good quality leather cream into them to help soften and water proof.

They are coming along nicely and are really comfortable considering only worn a couple of times.

Terrific value for money.
