I wear between an 11 and a 12. I ordered the 11's. They arrived in a week. Boots look to be good quality, but they were WAY too small. I should have ordered a 12 or a 13...! So, I filled out the return form, asking them to exchange them for a larger size. A week and a half later, I get an e-mail that they are refunding my money because they do not have the larger size in stock. I found that to be almost unbelievable, so I go back to leatherup.com's site and look up the boot again. No, the larger sizes are there... They just increased the price of the boots by about $9 since I'd ordered (about 2.5 weeks before) and they didn't want to "lose" that extra $9, so they claimed they were out of stock. Well, if they were out of stock, why could I order them right then and there? Very disappointed with leatherup.com's service on this order. Gave this boot 3 stars, because they were well made, but the sizes are WAY too small, and leatherup.com wanted to screw over a customer over a $9 price increase...

I have owned a lot of riding boots. Normally I will get the Harley boots but was looking for a change as they are pricey. Leather Up had great prices and I love the style of this boot. Riding boots are supposed to fit snug.. you don't want your boot slipping off when your in trouble. I did have a hard time at first getting into the boots and the break in took forever. I had a pain on the top of my foot where the top buckle/strap dug in. Once I got past the break in, they fit, wear and last nicely. Much better than the harley boots except for the painful break in. I will order again but may go up a 1/2 size. I always get 10 1/2 for anything... so next time an 11.

I bought these in July 2010. Rode over 10k miles in and have worn the almost every since geting them out of the box. They are not water proof, my feet got wet going through Ohio. My feet never really got cold because I have never been in winter weather since I got them, i live in Hawaii. They seem to be a little on the wide side. My feet slide around in them fairly well. The size was perfect when i got them and stretching maybe due to getting wet and then walking in them for a while. Good price, great delivery and a good solid product. NOT the best best boot have ever worn but a GOOD SOLID boot.

Recieved these 2 weeks ago. I took my time before I rated these boots. Break in was simple, boots look awsome. They ride comfortable. I am not a fashion type guy, so I am glad that the chrome stuff on the fron and sides came off easy. These boots have to be the best pair of bike boots I have ever owned, especially in the price range that I paid. The buckles made it so that they were a perfect fit. The cleats in the soles hold the foot pegs well, and are non maring to my chrome. The estimated date that I was to receive them was on a Monday, 4 days after I ordered them. I recieved them on Saturday 2 days early. Pleasently supprised. I put them on went out for a 150 mile ride, and have enjoyed them since. Thumbs up to Leather Up for a fiantastic job. Now on to find the wife a new pair. She is jealous!!!

These boots replaced a pair of GBX four buckle boot, which I loved. But are no longer available. The X-element four buckle is an excellent boot. Well constructed, and craftsmanship is of high quality. The soles are sturdy, however they do leave marks on the floor. Only a minor drawback though. If I had one suggestion it would be to thicken the padding over the front shin. As well as the inner tongues. But overall an amazing boot. Fit is perfect. Breakin time was minimal.I woul recommend x-element boots to anyone! Especially for the price! And leatherup was lightning fast in processing and shipping my boots. I will be coming back to both x-element and leatherup. A great partnership for sure.
