The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I purchased these boots about 2 months ago, and they seem ok. However I am having a lot of trouble keeping the side zipper to stay up for longer than 30 minutes. It seems that the slightest movements walking in them causes the side zipper to go down. Even on motorcycle rides, they seem to go down and I need to pull them back up while stopping at stop lights. Rather annoying. I've come to the point of wrapping the tops of the boots in electric tape on rides to keep the zipper from coming down. Probably could use a buckle or strap to secure the zipper from coming down. But other than that, these boots are very comfortable and durable, and have that rugged biker look to them with solid tread and thick soles. If only I could keep them on longer!
I wear a 11.5 pretty regularly, but opted to go with the size 12 since they are not offered in 1/2 sizes. They were a bit big. I had to buy some inserts like another reviewer to get the to fit more comfortable. I am 6', 205lbs. Another issue I ran across is the dye in the boots have bled onto my socks each time I have worn them. I am guessing this will go away as I wear them. I would say these boots are worth about $60 a pair. I would not pay more than that. I can not comment on the log term durability since I have only had them a couple of weeks.
excellent boot and quick delivery. never disappointed
I was afraid they would not fit since I take a wide shoe but I ordered a 1/2 size bigger and they fit perfectly. they are very comfortable will recommend these boots to everyone
Excellent value, great fit, comfotable, very good protection, nice looking boot, very happy with the purchase.
While the boots are sufficiently satisfactory, I found LeatherUp's "review" overly zealous. I tried the boots on for ten minutes and walked around indoors. They claim to have found scuffing, grass, and dirt on the boots, indicating them as used, and as such, my exchange was rejected. Product is well designed, but the company is woefully lacking in customer service and support, refusing to budge.
Love these boots. I've had them for 2 months now. Great value.
These boots are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. I do suggest a pair of gel innersoles as the original innersoles are a tad hard. The boots are nearly as comfortable as the Navy flight boots I used to wear. I previously had a pair of the 6" XElement boots that I literally wore the soles off as I wore them everywhere. These boots are true to size and break in in no time. Very well made boots. The price cannot be beat!
I don't get poor quality merchandise from this organization and I have made over seven/eight purchases of different items. Just a good place for quality motorcycle apparel once you get the various sizing picadillos figured out, however the boots were ordered in my normal size and they really fit well.
I realy like my boots. I like them as soon as I put them on and it gets better day by day. Know regreets. Love them. THANKS
The boot fits great!! All though the heel is a little to high takes some getting used to....
Awesome boot, true in size, comfortable and looks well made. Very pleased with these boots and for the price you can't find a better deal! The only issue I have is the zipper, it does not go down far enough for you to be able to slip your foot out.
I have never ordered boots/ shoes online. Because of the sizes are never the size they say they are. I read a few reviews. People were saying to order the size you normally wear. I got the boots, put them on and wouldn't you know it. A 12 is a 12!!! Thank you! They feel great I got them just in time for Memorial weekend/ Rolling Thunder and wore them for the 3 days, comfortable. Durability I gave 4 stars. I just got them they seem very well made. I am sure they are worth everybit of 5 stars! Yes you should buy these! ADD TO CART!
Love them! Good arch and ankle support. Wish the zipper was a little longer so I wouldn't have to unlace and unzip...
Good boot for the price. Broke in in just a couple of days. Only a couple issues i have are that you must unlace and loosen up the laces even with the zipper on the side, also they broke in and now seem very soft and i would think a boot would stay at least fairly firm
These boots are a very good value for what you get. They break in quickly. I wore them around the farm for a morning and they were good to go. No blisters.
Been wearing these for A month now. All day every day. Good fit. Comfortable, No sore feet even the first day. They still turn sox black. Not A problem for me. Look to be very durable,
Nice boots! The quality and price are typical LeatherUp. The nice thing about the inside zipper is you don't have to unlace the boots to put them on or take them off. They look great, too!
This boot is extremely comfortable to me with no insoles needed. I had a pair of paratrooper boots that are now collecting dust in the close and these are my wear everywhere boots now. The soles are well attached with both stitching and screws. I was worried about the leather quality since I lost some toes in an accident before due to cheap leather, but stopped after trying on these boots. Sizing is spot on for me (13). Some reviews are upset about not being able to take off the boot with the zipper alone, it's true that you can't, but I consider that an asset. The easier it is for you to pull boots on, the easier it will be for the road to pull them off. I'm reassured that my boot will stay on my foot even if the zipper fails in an accident.
Solid boot. They wear well as an every day thing, and the break-in period was only about 2 days. Size is exactly as it said on the tin, and these things last. This is my second pair I've bought and I'd gladly go in for a third once these ones wear out.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
