Excellent value for the price. I was frankly surprised at the weight and thickness of the leather for such an inexpensive item. This bag will be more than adequate for my wife and I on our weekend trips.
Lots of room. One of the zippers was crossed when I received it, but I was able to get it to work. The strap keepers for the straps that strap the bag to the sissy bar are rubbing my passengers back. As others have reported, no instructions. Well worth the money. It didn't ship on time and I received it late.

The leather in the bag is very soft and seems to be of good quality. Being a new biker, I agree with other reviews that a few instructions or suggestions on how to attach the many included straps to the bike would be helpful. I also noticed that since the leather is so soft if you carry this bag empty or partially empty it collapses. I solved this problem by inserting a collapsible fabric drawer that can be bought at Lowe's or any office supply store. It gives the bag form and support.
Just received this bag and was blown away by the quality at this price. I have always been impressed by LeatherUp's products and this is no exception. Can't imagine buying my bike leather from anyone else!!
AMAZING! the desciption doesn't do it justice. The reviews played an important part in us ordering this travel bag. We packed this for 2 people for a 3 day ride and still had PLENTY of room left over. The bag is real leather and for the price can't be beat. Great bag for the money! First of all, it's leather which is cool even though all of the products from Xelement seem to be from Pakistan, which is not so cool in the present political situation. It's perfect for day or weekend trips. The roll bag, when attached to the front of the main bag, and stuffed with soft stuff, is a great back rest on a cruiser.

Great Bag!! Plenty of room for leather jacket,chaps,gloves,etc. Yes lots of buckles and snaps but all serve a purpose. Just take a little time and figure them out. Thanks Leather Up!!
I was invited to review this product before I've been able to use it, so this review is based upon my initial impression.
The bag is leather, so it's heavier than ideal, but as long as the zippers, liner and stitching hold up, it should last forever. I put the bag on my Sportster's medium tall sissy bar without latching it down just to see how it might work, and I think it will work fine. With all the lengthy straps, I should be able to attach a sleeping bag to it behind the sissy bar either vertically OR horizontally, depending upon which straps I use. Robert B. from Lawrenceburg, IN mentioned packing the duffel with soft stuff, attaching it to the front of the bag and using it as a comfy backrest, and that sounds like a great idea. Either that, or switch places with the sleeping bag.
I think I'm going to like this setup, especially since it's about half the price of a T-bag. The only thing that would make it even better would be if it had a handle near the top so you could grab it and carry it easier. I really am looking forward to trying it out.

This bag is perfect for my needs. I am planning a few long trips this summer and should be able to carry all my gear in this bag. Good zippers, lots of strapping options, great leather.
The item is beautifully made. After unzipping the collapsable sections the luggage becomes comfortably large. This way you can leave for your trip with the bags in the smaller position and expand them as you acquire souvenirs along the road. This was a gift for my boyfriend and I was actually jealous because these bags are much nicer than my nylon luggage. Also, there is a waterproof cover to protect the leather if you need it. I am very happy with this purchase.

Bags arrived right on schedule as promised. Bought one set for me and one set for my wife. The leather quality is heavy enough to withstand the elements. i have not had the oppurtunity for a test run as of yet. they will be tested on a four day trip to Laconia. The buckles and straps are heavy duty and numerous. Not to sure what they are all for, as time goes by i am sure they each have a specific application. A diagram or two showing their uses would be most helpful. i do not think you can beat the price for this quality. Cant rate a five without at least a test run or two.
