Being a new rider, I wasn't sure what to expect from my first pair of riding boots, let alone ordering without trying them on. I read other reviews, and felt confident that I was getting a good product. I have to say, I am not disappointed! I love the boots! I was first attracted to the look--they look great and have the details I was wanting--I only wish they had a side zipper to make on/off easier, but the lacing goes quickly. The size is true, so I was worried for nothing about ordering without trying them on! I was a bit afraid that they would be stiff and clunky, but the leather is softer than I thought it would be, very comfortable, and they aren't "heavy", so they don't clunk loudly when I walk on the floor!! Also, on the bike, they feel just like my hiking boots did--not too big for the shifter and brake. Overall, I am very pleased with these boots, and the price is very good! I will order more from Leather Up!!

These boots amazed me. I really would rather be barefoot than wear most shoes. I'm a new rider and the thing I dreaded most was wearing heavy, high boots. That said, these are some of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. Although admittedly a heavier shoe, the comfort is surprising. They gave me an inch or two, enabling me to actually reach the ground from my bike. As I have thick calves, these boots are the perfect height to offer support and protection. I've had no trouble shifting and feel a bit braver and more competent when I put these on. I've even forgotten to take them off on occasion!

I actually ordered the other style boot first but when I received them they were missing a rivit plus I did not like the strap at the ankle. The exchanged my order for free because of the defect for this style boot. I think it runs about 1/2 size large which is fine for winter socks. I love the comfort, no break in time. When you put these boots on you feel 10 foot tall and tough as nails! I am short 5'3" so the thick sole is great and realy GRIPS the road when you put your feet down. I defiantly recommend these boots. Plus a great price I am sure you can't beat!

Most comfortable boots I ever had right out of the box!!! It is very hard to buy any kind of shoes for me without trying them on, I have high arch and lase up shoes usually a problem. I worried if it will fit right and would be comfortable to wear. I should state that I didn't need to break it in, boots fit me like it was made for me. Size is right on. And, can't miss to mention that my girlfriend have "harley" boots that look almost identical, that cost her "arm and a leg", she couldn't believe what I paid for it. I have been wearing boots for 2 months now riding my bike, and highly recommend it. Good quality, perfect fit, comfortable riding boots. You won't regret it!

These are very nice boots! Really cool looking! Got a compliment on my boots right away....from someone that wasn't even a rider. Excellent quality! The leather is thick & high quality. The sole is thick & sturdy. Excellent riding boots! The heel height gives me enough of a boost to put my feet flat on the ground at stops (I'm short, so this is always an issue for me). The padding at the top keeps the boot from digging into my achilles. I was concerned that they don't have any wide width boots. Thank goodness these boots run a bit wide, or I wouldn't be able to wear them (I usually need wide width). I just ordered a half-size bigger than normal, and they fit fine. The strap looks cool, but prevents unlacing beyond the strap, so for that reason, I do wish these boots had a zipper, so I wouldn't have to unlace every time I take them off, but it's not a deal-breaker. I have to use a sturdy shoe horn to put them on (again, because of the strap). Other than that inconvenience, the boots are great!
