Purchased these boots because the Male version does not come in size 7.5. Tried a Women's version in a 9.5 and they fit well. They are exactly the same specs as the Male version, so I have no reason to believe there is any difference whatsoever.

However, these boots are motorcycle boots, and therefore, they are meant to be up on the pegs. They are not "all day" boots that can be worn to work, the store, etc. After a few hours walking around in them, they are dismally padded. I might expect this from a motorcycle boot -- any other motorcycle boot, that is, except one that has "comfort" in the name. They are a far cry from comfortable, if you're going to be standing on them. They're comfy up on the pegs, and they have a good grip in the sole for those times you have to put your feet down, but don't expect to ride to your favorite hiking spot and go for a trek with these on....

However, that said, I pulled the liners out of my Wal Mart Herman Survivors, and these boots regained some of that comfort they should have had from the factory. If Wal Mart can do it for half the price, you can do it, too, Xelement.

Good looking boot, nice features, well made -- but dismal in terms of long-term foot comfort.

Bought these to replace the Vigilante which is discontinued now, these are not as comfortable for 12-14 hours on concrete as the Vigilante which I wore daily to work, to ride, and even for a 1K Fun Run. These are heavier and stiff but on the upside, when caught in a sudden ice storm I had to ditch my car and walk 3 miles through the woods home and my feet were both warm and dry and I maintained my footing while others were not so lucky. The fit is true to size ( I ordered smaller and the rivets were VERY uncomfortable) and they seem to be very durable so far.

I've got two words for these boots...BAD $#*!! Super well made, Xtremely comfortable and a perfect fit, they're actually built for riding instead of just looking the part...but they do look really cool as well...and all at a great price point. I'm so glad I found this site! This is my first pair of Xelement Boots and I'm really impressed, I also purchased the brown harness boot and love them too! I'd like to buy the one's that are like these but a little taller and they're sold out but on my wish list for sure.

These are the best boots I have ever had. I love them and will always have a pair. From the 1st time I put them on they fit and felt great. I love riding the bike in them and walking in them is no problem even the first day!!! Will always have a pair of these boots!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!! They are true to size and have the best support for your ankles and the bottoms are great for gravel areas. You can let them out or tighten them up if need be if your ankles swell.. I love them!!!

Great fit and style right out of the box. I wanted a solid, shorter boot and received this the day before embarking on a desert vacation, riding hours every day. Fit was perfect with a heavy pair of socks like I use in hiking boots. The laces are certainly more time-consuming than my taller Xelement zipper boots but I love the added style. This is a great brand true to regular shoe size. Comfortable enough to stroll around the small towns, too.
