I have purchased two of these Jackets in the last two months as gifts. I will first start by saying these are well made and very comfortable. I've seen jackets similar to these in retail stores for four times as much. And the best thing of all is these are made right here in the USA. I will highly suggest if you are looking for a good leather jacket for either yourself or a loved one, you won't be disappointed with this purchase. The leather is not cheap, and fairly thick, but soft.

One thing to be very aware of is the sizing. If you usually wear an XL, you may need to get a XXL. Also, if you plan to wear sweaters or other clothing under this jacket, then take it up yet another size. I am purchasing another jacket for myself, and usually wear a XXL, I will purchase a XXXL.

Top quality product at a super price! A jacket you'd expect to pay hundreds more for with features you'll love. My only reason for rating this a 4-star instead of 5-stars was that the size runs small. I've already returned it once for a larger size and it was still a bit too small. Using the chart you really must order three sizes larger to ensure a proper fit. I was too frustrated and impatient to exchange the jacket once more ... even if I wanted to LeatherUp.com neglected to send me a return label. I've come to realize that it wasn't only this item that ran small but my first jacket I ordered also ran a couple sizes small. Again I read the reviews and ordered a larger size accordingly only to still receive a jacket that ran small. This is my only complaint however because other than the issue with the size of items the quality really is top notch.

Love this jacket. I ordered per chart knowing it would be slightly tight on this gut because I ordered the same size in a riding jacket just a couple of months ago. I'm 5'71/2", 195 lbs. but went by chest size and ordered the small. I am completely satisfied with fit, look and comfort. If you are going to wear heavy sweaters or sweatshirts under, go one size up, but you won't need them. This jacket is warm. Been looking for a reasonably priced bomber style and this certainly fits the bill. Get lots of compiments. The quality is excelletn and I'm one happy camper. I have helmets, jackets and boots from leatherup and I am never disappointed. No. 1 fan of Leaterup.

Fits the bill. comfortable. looks good .

Normally wear a L or XL so ordered L. Fits well. The sizing chart seems to be written by someone on acid.

Particularly like the flap over the zipper.

only thing I would change would be put zippers on pockets

only gave it a 3 on durability as it is basically only a month or so old . Probably will deserve better, but sure don't have a clue as of today.

I am a guy with a gut, so it is hard to find a leather jacket that fits well on me. I am normally between a 2x and a 3x, but closer to a 3x. On the advice of the reviewers I got the 4x. I am glad that I did not get the 3x as it would not work for me. With the liner in it is quite snug, but will fit. Without the liner it fits perfectly. So I will use it without the liner. Nice jacket, especially for the price. If I loose weight I will put the liner back in....yeah right!

PS: I can't upload this review it is telling me until I rate for durability. SO I will give it an arbitrary 3 stars since I can't really answer the question now.

The jacket itself is beautiful, however it was SUPER small! I ordered a 3XL and it fit like an L. I was so disappointed! It was for a Christmas gift, so needless to say it went back! It seemed very soft, and durable but that really didn't matter in this situation. I hope it was a random freak thing but my husband that wears a XL said he didn't want to keep it because it was too tight. It seemed a very nice jacket but no cigar this time. I have purchased 2 other jackets in years past and had absolutely no problem with fit!

This is the third jacket I've ordered from Leatherup and the sizing continues to baffle me. I really liked the jacket but a Large was way too big for me. I'm 5'10" and weigh 185 and the jacket didn't come close to fitting me. Last time I ordered a Large from Leatherup (different model jacket) the fit was perfect - go figure. I wound up selling the jacket to a friend, rather than returning it, and have ordered a replacement in Medium, so we'll see how that works out. Leatherup sells great products at a very reasonable cost, but their sizing continues to be a problem.
