This is by far the best helmet value I have ever run across. I purchased this helmet for my girlfriend for a road trip from Fl. to Calif. We are in Irvine, Ca. now and it has exceeded our expectations. I plan on ordering one for myself when we return home next week Jerry H. Ormond Beach, Fl.

as always leatherup is a gr8 place to order from. This helmet is very light weight and fits good. I replace the D rings with a quick disconnect, cut and sew the strap ti my exact fit, so long strap doesnt concern me. I did notice that the finish is very fragile....I wore this helmet 3 times and never dropped it, still it had dings on the finish from bug hits....also looks like the carbon fiber look is just a paint on design..under the dings where the finish is gone the pattern is also.
Helmet is Ok. Wish the liner wasn't so thick. I have a BIG NOGGIN and with the thicker liner it tends to ride high. Can you say Gazoo? Outlaw really needs to toss this chin strap. Who developed this thing. I mean I would have to be "Ballchinian" to use the length of this thing! I mean come on. Fold the thing back and forth for a quad thickness then try to snap the end in the little button thingy? Who put this strap in service? Get it out of the assembly, PLEASE! One last comment: I assumed, uh oh, that this helmet would have the weight similar to the Daytona Carbon Fiber Helmet. I don't think it is. On a scale this model only weighs 1/2 pound than my full open face helmet. Why get Carbon if it is still carrying that much weight? Just my opinion. Good/dry/safe riding to all.

Looks good, works great, and well priced. The sizing chart was spot on. The only downside to this helmet is the length of the chin strap, but not a deal breaker. Worth the money.
This helmet fits and looks great. Get compliments all the time. No helmet rise at high speeds. And on long rides does not wear any hot spots on your head. Will but another one when the time comes.

I've had this half helmet now for 350 miles on my bike, 25 to 45 mph wind gusts, 0 to 85 mph on spedometer, no helmet rise at any speed or in windy conditions. sun visor keeps the high sun from entering your riding glasses, comfortable fit as I expected from other reviews, sizing chart was right on. Chin strap was un noticeable, as for lenght of strap when buttoned back also un noticeable at any speed. Easy to take off and on due to length of strap, just loosened it up with out taking it through D rings then putting it back on and a pull from strap and WA LAA, the other riders I ride with were still fiddleing blindly with their D rings, Good looks, lite and easy on/off, thanks LeatherUp, gonna order a riding jacket and gloves now from you.
Fits very nice. Great helmet, and a great price. With the visor slightly raised off the helmet, it doesn't catch the air and has less wind resistance.
i bought it for myself , but my wife said the colors matched her bike better so I guess I need to order another soon .

I love this Helmet!!! it looks great and it's a perfect fit!!! This is the first helmet that has no lift at all....even at 70 MPG. The snap on Visor does whistle a bit, but it also lets the wind through which helps to eliminate the lift at high speeds. It's also pretty light and feels very solid. I agree with others who say that the helmet noise is minimal, my Harley helmets have tons of wind noise which this helmet does not have. As for the mushroom thing, i think that's the trade off for having a helmet that will really protect you head, a trade off that i think is well worth it.
As for size my head measures 56 CM and i got the small.....perfect fit!!!
Nice helmet chin strap is to long for me. Other than that very happy with it.
