Exactly what I needed. I couldn't decide between a full face and a half helmet. I love the fact that I can enjoy the wind on my face but have the option to close the visor when I have had enough. The fit is comfortable with enough room for headphones. The visor gives me a clear view. I am not a huge fan of the tinted visor, I find that its a little short for my standards. I wear sunglasses. All in all I love the helmet, even if I do look a little bobble headed.
I was happily surprised at the comfort and versatility of this helmet. For the price, its great!! Great fit! Quick release is awesome! Overall a great helmet! Very happy thus far!
I wanted to give an truly honest and open opinion of this helmet. When I got this I had recently started riding some track days but mostly rode on street and in city commuting to work. Weekends as stated spent some track but mostly highway and twisties. First this helmet is utterly cheap and that's awesome though not necessarily incredibly well constructed.
I actually crashed in this helmet, and while it still functioned afterwards, no breaking lid, no cracking, I did suffer a minor concussion (low side at 30mph) hit from behind by another rider in turn. The padding inside is very very minimal and while I never felt incredibly at risk with this awesome looking (minus the lame skull and crossbones pistons which was quickly matte rattled can over) helmet but after I did crash at a speed which didn't look like I should have had a week of dizziness with minor helmet contact I knew it was time for an upgrade. To make an update version of this helmet with thicker and removable liner, better graphic logo, and maybe a little stricter snell rating would be worth it at an extra $50.
Since though I've upgraded to the Italian made Nolan N44. Twice the price but assuming at least three times the value as what you're getting here. Cheers!

Great Helmet and a great price. I watched a video about the helmet before I bought it and was prepared for the odd visor issue. The drop down Shades brush the tip of my nose just barely so there was a minor adjustment to be made in the padding to stop that, but the cool part was I could do that and didn't have to take a dremmel to the Shades. All in all I am very pleased.
What a great value! Versatile and fits like a glove. I bought a second one for my wife. No problems with clarity on either visor like other reviewers.
Great helmet, sizing chart was dead on for me. I am able to close and open both the visor and the tinted interior visor easily with one hand, even at speed. A lot quieter on the highway than my last helmet, but still has good airflow. I guess it just doesn't flow by my ears as much as the last helmet. My only problem with it is that with the locking mechanism on the visor, if you drop the helmet like I did, instead of simply snapping the visor shut when it lands, it cracks. Don't drop it!

Very good helmet at a great price. I like open face helmets with a wide view when I'm on "scenic" rides. But also want a full face when on longer trips. Now I have both. The XL fit as expected. LOVE the way the large face shield locks open.
I finally found one that fit right! It was on sale for like $70 and looks like an awesome HALO helmet. When I first got it out I noticed a little piece on the bottom tip of the visor wasn't fully secured. A little bit of gorilla glue did the trick and it was as good as new...because it was. The helmet has a wonderful built in sun visor and easy detachable chin piece to convert it into a 3/4 face helmet. I'm most happy with how cool it stays in the heat, it has adequate ventilation to make the dark color bearable. Definitely recommend for a budget helmet...And it it comes in 2XL.
This helmet was just what I was looking for. The modular nature makes it really versatile and I like to wear it with the face shield up, but it's great that I can pull it down on chilly evenings.
The helmet is a decent weight and the fit is great and the visibility is wonderful.

I love this helmet and would highly recommend it. This is the first helmet I purchased and the features are awesome. The helmet is light weight, face shield is easy to operate and I didn't notice any drag when I had it up. I wear eyeglasses and found the tinted drop down inner shield not only acted as sunglasses, but also blocked the wind from my eyes. The size was spot on. Great buy for the money. My boyfriend actually purchased one after he saw mine and he has been riding since he was 16.
love this helmet. good fit and well worth the money. the 2 in 1 transition is great, good overall fit. the tint sun visor is great when i ride facing the sun in the early morning. I do recommend this helmet. I have been through 4 helmet and this one is the best.
I Bought this helmet (1) for it's economical price, (2) for the features offered... I'm quite surprised at the quality, the sturdy components and that all the features work as described. Good helmet! Sizing is accurate. There is some visual distortion while using the drop-down sun visor, but it's still a life-saver in a pinch. The primary face-shield is distortion-free with a full field of view.

Helmet is very comfortable and great to wear. The sun visor helps so you don't have to wear sunglasses and can go from cloudy to sunny without having to stop. Ventilation works very well...only problem is in cold weather you get a draft inside the helmet.

This is my first full face helmet. I am very pleased with it. True to size and comfortable. The pice was exceptional as well as quality. Love the modular feature. This not my first purchase from LeatherUp nor will it be my last.

Love the features on this helmet. I had to take out the cheek pads, they were too tight. Without them the helmet fits good. I bo ught it so I could ride in cold weather. I usually wear a half helmet. Great price. I received it in about a week. Thanks Leatherup.
Good fit and a great price. Helmet does tend to be a bit back heavy when chin guard is flipped back fully but I guess that's to be expected. The vents operate wel but a little too well for winter, the neck gets a little cool.
