Nice helmet at a good price. My problem was the sizing is not good. The size it told me to get was a medium. When I tried it on the helmet was to small for my head. Had to send it back and it was very expensive to return. Customer service was great about refunding my money. Reordered a nother helmet because the one I originally wanted was out of stock. I did find another one which I am very pleased with.

If you order a helmet and don't want a tight fit up the size.

I just received my helmets and they quite snug because of the padding inside the helmet. My normal size for a full face helmet is a large helmet. so i'm having to send it back for a larger size. which is okay but I have to wait that much longer now to get my helmets back. It's DOT approved so it's very safe for the road. I can't wait to get them back, and for that price and a bluetooth helmet you can't beat the price. but I'll let you know if the bluetooth is all it's cut out to be.

Wow, this helmet looks great and although it fits a tad snug, I'm sure it will loosen up a but the more I wear it (like other new helmets I had). The quality is quite surprising and just as nice as my expensive Bell one, but I got tired or riding with my cell in my pocket with no way to communicate. The in-helmet speakers and mic quality worked great when I tested it in the house bluetoothed to my cell. Since htis is DOT approved and has bluetooth, you really can't beat it! I even applied my $10 coupon code and it's even a better deal! I also got the shiny black finish (versus the flat) so it looks great with my black Valkyrie!! :-)

Very nice helmet for the price, it does run small. I suggest going up one size to be comfortable. The helmet has nice features, but the little cover that covers the area where you put the charger in comes out if you aren't careful. It can be a nuisance trying to put it back just a FYI. The speakers are loud enough when you listen to XM radio, etc, but listening to phone calls are hard if the shield isn't up a tiny bit. Battery life is sufficient, Bluetooth was easy to set up. The helmet does fog up some. Overall a good helmet

I have no idea why anyone says the sound is great ??? It is absolutely terrible "IF" you exceed 5 mph !!! The helmet is very noisy in that it let way to much sound in ... The faster you go the more sound ... Could not talk to my wife sitting 2 feet from me at any speed as the bluetooth is just plain china or whatever junk ... Everybody said get a quite helmet first then good a good sound system as these pre-wired helmet are made from the cheapest materials ... They are absolutely correct !!!

This product is super small. I measured, added a little extra, and bought the size listed that started at my new number...and still the helmet is way tight. Not worth the shipping to return as this was a closeout. Also hawk helmets only go up to an extra-large. If you have a head that measures at XL or more I suggest going with a Torc brand helmet and getting a XXL. Pairing instructions to another helmet were also vague and required about 40 minutes until I figured it out by accident. This helmet will be a back-up or passenger spare. Overall it does what it says, and for the price I did get what I expected. If the fit was better I don't think I would have any issue. Keep in mind it's not an O'Neal commander, nor does it have the cost of one.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The helmet is very stylish and the Bluetooth feature for the price is a good deal. It works very well at normal "town" speeds but when you get on the highway, the Bluetooth doesn't do much good...volume just doesn't go high enough at 70mph. The helmet fits great and is comfortable except for the chin strap portion of the helmet. Overall for the money, it is great deal, but if you plan on listening to, or making calls on the highway, this helmet won't take care of those needs.

These helmets are cost effective and are a good bargain. Blue tooth works great. I've asked people if they could hear my motorcycle while I was speaking with them and they said no, and that it sounded normal. The only issue you can have is make sure, like others have said, to order one size bigger than the measurement chart given. I called customer service and they said order the size the measurement chart states. Well, I didn't do that based on the reviews. I ordered one size larger than the chart was saying and it fits just snug. So definitely order one size larger. The inside material seems a little thin. Hope it holds up.
