Runs a little small, but it just means I have to put my hair in a ponytail instead of leaving it out. :) Great features that even my boyfriend who's been riding for years was a little jealous of (sun visor).
It's my first time buying a helmet online and I LOVE this helmet. I got a medium and it fits perfectly (I guess I'd say I have an average sized head; I'm 5'9", 170). Good soundproofing without blocking out the world for safety. The built in sun shade was a nice surprise. It's also my first full face helmet and first modular helmet. Couldn't be happier. I only wish it came in white or something more reflective for visbility.

Just received my helmet. Shipped very quickly, looks great but, the fit is very snug. Every helmet I have has been a size (L). Measured and ordered according to the size chart. Hopefully after I get some miles in it will loosen up enough so I can wear my glasses with it.
Would recommend to anyone to order a size larger when ordering.

I had purchased one a few months back and i slipped on an oil slick
got thrown off the bike and i came out of it without a scratch on me
that helmet held up great but it got stolen in nyc this is my second purchase of the same helmet
Good product, great price. Everything works smoothly and easily. Interior visor isn't dark enough for me, doesn't go all the way up when raised and has gaps at the outside edges that allow light in. Chart said I needed medium, ordered large and it's snugger than any other helmet I've had. Hope it will conform to my head as I use it. No hot spots or headaches yet, just pressure I'm not used to having. It is BIG looking when I have it on, more so than other modulars I've had.
Don't know about durability yet but had to give it a number to complete review.
Great helmet, perfect fit. I made the mistake of buying a helmet off of ebay, and when I got it it was too big now I'm trying to get a refund for it. Excellent helmet! Dark visor slides down, no need for sunglasses, just as easily slides up. Has very firm fit. You want to order one size bigger than you need and it will still be snug. Definitely recommend.
This is a very comfortable helmet. The sizing chart was very helpful in making my decision. The tinted shield is really easy to operate. The helmet is quiet too. I like the front vent as it works real well. Great helmet.
Very pleased with the the Helmet.(Especially for the price) I spent a lot of time reading reviews to help me chose the correct size. I modified the helmet with some padding in the sides,(having a long narrow head) XL and it fits perfectly.
I also bought this Model because it is Modular, (Very easy to remove and talk to others), has a removable, cleanable liner and the pop down sun shade is Great! It's not a Top of the Line Helmet, but it's a good helmet for the money. You won't be disappointed.

This Helmet was purchased as a helmet for my wife. So doesn't ride much so I wanted an affordable modular. The helmet looks really good but the fit and and finish of the padding is mediocre at best. The fit is true to size. I was disapointed to see a all plastic latching mechanism. The helmet is extremely loud also. My wife had to use ear plugs on the return ride. You get what you pay for with this helmet.
I received this item yesterday and have not used it yet BUT I wanted to rate what I see at ths point. I now have 5 modular helmets ( all different brands and have used the other 4 ). I like the features the helmet has and it looks good. Really like the size of the drop down internal shield and how the latch for this works. Air vents look like they should work nicely. The face lift latch is hard at times to open the helmet and when the front is locked down there is movement to some degree (I hope this is not a problem when I use it). The weak part of the helmet is that the internal pading is very poor compared to my other helmets. It is still a good buy at $70 and I only hope it work well when used. Would have liked a chin guard for wind.

at first i bought 2 white an black ones for myself ,i was very happy with the way they looked an they were very comfortable i wear a half helmet all the time but i like the way these felt, showed them to my son an son-in law they both fell in love with them so i bought 2 more for gifts for them . very pleased.
This is one of the best helmets I hAve bought in years it's so versatile that you can wear it the chin and visor up going down the road and shut the visor and keep on going it's very well built also

I have been riding since 2003 and this is the 6th helmet I have bought from LeahterUp. Everytime I get a new bike, I get a new color coordinated helmet (yes, on my 6th bike- a Piaggio MP3 500, and no I didn't crash them...just like riding different bikes every few years...maybe next a red CanAm Spyder). LeatherUp has a great selection of helmets with great value. This one fit me perfect and I like the styling and finish. I prefer modular helmets because I wear glasses, but in the near future I will have finished cataract surgery in both eyes and will no longer need glasses which tend to fog up while riding during the cold mornings.
