Really love this jacket, but haven't worn it much yet. Doesn't smell very leathery for some reason. It's loaded with all the features I wanted as well as reflective piping. Size runs large, I have a 40" chest, 5'8", 160lbs and ordered a medium which seemed a bit roomy, sent it back for a small and that fits great.
Nice gloves. Would be nice is they had the tab on the bottom of each finger to help in removal. Other than that, nice gloves, nice price. -Scott
Fantastic helmet. I've had mine for over 6 months and 5,000 miles of ride time. I wanted to test it before giving a review. I have NOT been disappointed. It's reasonably light, the Bluetooth work great, my calls are clear, and my music comes thru loud and clear. I have and will continue to recommend this helmet to anyone who asks.
Just received this new helmet and have used it on a ride today. Nice helmet, nice fit and look. It was a little bit noisy today but had a 30mph cross wind at 70mph. Really like the built in sunscreen. This will make my second Hawk ST *******. Good quality, good price. Would recommend this helmet to anyone looking.
I have tried several cup holders, and rate this one the best by far. Most will be top heavy with a taller bottle or mug and will tip the entire trip. This holder has a basket deep enough that will allow the drink to remain upright.
I mounted the Hawk Bullet speakers on my 2014 Heritage Softail and due to my windshield was limited to mounting below mirrors witch in fact is an excellent spot for putting sound right in your face. i like that the amp is in the speaker ( which are quit large ) because on my softail there is no place to mount an amp. the sound quality from these 4 inch speakers is outstanding, even at high speeds and with my loud pipes. i was able to run power cable under dash and below tank panel due to wire being flat, this made for an easy install and keeps wires away from hot motor. i highly recommend these speakers !!

I have this helmet from another company and love it. It 3was time to replace and I finally found it. I love this helmet. I like the option of having the face fully open. It is not as heavy as it looks and the fit is great. I wish that I could have gotten it in a red or burgundy like my last one. The only color listed here is the black. i like brighter helmets.
Helmet was nice with some nice features: Twin tabs on visor to raise or lower, quick release for chin strap. The built in visor is nice, was some wind noise on visor but not bad. Fit was spot on but cheek pads are way too small. Asked for larger ones and they say one size fits all regardless of helmet size, so I will look for cheek pads from other manufactures. Glossy black shows all smudges and finger prints. I would go with matte black if had to re-order. The helmet is not compatible with COM-2 in the bundle. The neck roll is not removable so unable to mount with supplied bracket. Called and they sent via mail some double back tape. I was expecting pre-cut tape, but instead got three 3" strips of tape sent. After some cutting and trimming was able to get device to stick on helmet but difficult to route wires and will eventually have to add RTV or silicone to get wires to stay in place.
I love the helmet. It fits even better than I had hoped. It does exactly what the description states. I really like the easy to use button on the side of the helmet to drop down the sun visor. So easy to use even while riding. Every now and then the chin button sticks. Leatherup I did have some issues with in regards to shipment. They ended up having to ship it overnight because for some reason it never got mailed. Other than that I love the helmet.
Bought two of these, one for me and one for my hubby. Was a little nervous about going off measurements and not being able to try them on but was pleasantly surprised. They fit well and the coms worked great. We were able to listen to our music individually but could talk to each other whenever we needed to. I will say it was difficult to hear one of the days when it was really windy and we were going 70 mph.
This helmet looks great and is high quality for the money however I have two issues with this item. First the size chart is a bit off. I ordered an XL based on what I have tried on in the past but I measure at 22.5 inches. The XL fits perfectly but based on the size chart I should have purchased a medium which would have been way too small. Second, and this is me being picky, I wish the tinted visor dropped down just a bit further. I have to tip my head head down a bit to shade my whole field of view, an extra half inch would be perfect. Other than these two issues the helmet is an otherwise quality product that I am very happy with. It's comfortable and quiet, happy with my purchase.
I own another Hawk product and figure durability on this helmet will be good. Product is as described and has plenty of functionality. Fit is a little snug but no so to go a size up. This is a full helmet and therefore it is expected to fit tighter than other products.
The helmet fit is good , used the sizing chart and purchased a large helmet which match the measurement i had of my head. I had to return the helmet because it had scratches on it, the Leather Up people sent me another helmet. This helmet comes with bluetooth, and sun shade that retracts into helmet. I could not find another place on the web with a better price.
Light weight helmet. Ear pockets are a little shallow for speaker placement, not uncomforttable as 3/4 helmet but ear area tightens up a little when jaw protection os installed. Other than hat it's a very nice all purpose helmet.
I love my helmet. Snug fit. Measurements are very accurate. Decided to go with the 2 n 1 to save me the need of buying two helmets. I'm happy with this purchase.
I got this combo about a week and a half ago. fit was good, I actually love everything about the helmet except the weight. It is a tad on the heavy side for a helmet, but I got used to it quickly so not a big deal. The X1 Bluetooth was awesome for a few days. It was easy to install and worked well. I use past tense because after its first charge it would no longer power up. I am very suspicious of the quality of the X. I contacted customer service via email, haven't heard a word from them. So far I seem to be stuck with a non working unit. So the 4 stars is for the helmet the X1 gets no stars!!!
Excellent, I use as open face with a shield, nice air flow. Shield provides great view and no distortion. I don't use windshield so the aerodynamics are important, I barely feel the wind on the helmet. Obviously designed by a biker. The sunshield slide on top was awkward at first.
Based upon reviews and research I bought 2 of these. Ordered one size larger than head measurement. Excellent helmets, great versatility, great visibility, and comfortable. Cant beat the price and value. Highly recommend.
