What a great jacket. With the vents and the zip out liner, this could be a year round jacket. It's gets above 105 during the summer here, but there is no way I'm leaving my skin exposed in case of going down, went down once, and even though I broke a lot of my insides, but I lost no skin, thanks to leather jackets. Leather up has the best customer service staff that takes care of issues instead of passing u around. Great prices, great C/S staff and great product. By the way, shipping is faster than fast, and do order one size up.

You would be very excited to purchase this jacket but for one thing. The chemical smell is so bad you cannot wear it around anyone. I sent mine back and am in hopes that the exchange will come without that overpowering smell. I hope someone here can do something about it if they do not. I did order a 3 xl ( I usually wear a 2x) but have the exchange coming as a 5x. I think this is a great place to purchase leather goods, but Some of you will care very much that these are made in china. I don't think Harley brands are, but the price difference is huge and my budget could not take it.

Jacket was shipped promptly and when it arrived I was surprised at how heavy the leather was and the quality of the leather. The liner however was missing a large part of the thread that was supposed to be creating the quilted look. the holes were there from the machine needle but no thread. I contacted customer service and they gave me the option to send it back or get the liner tailored... I opted to get it fixed and they refunded me $25 Thanks LeatherUp.

I was very surprised at how much I like this jacket! I was a little skeptical but my wife talked me into getting it. Ordered up 1 size and it fits perfectly. I am 6' tall and 178 lb, 35" waist, 42" chest and 18" across the back shoulder tip to shoulder tip. The XL fits just right. I normally wear a large. The jacket had no chemical smell at all. Have rode a couple of hundred miles in 65-75 degree weather without the liner in jacket and was very comfortable both temperature wise and fit wise. Great product, even more so considering the price.

Looked really hard to find just the right jacket.... And this one was it for me.

The vents work great for warmer weather " and it's hot here in Texas " and I always ware my jacket and helmet.

Jacket is made with very high quality in mind. and is made of heavy leather.

as everone else said you do need to go bigger in size. Im 6' 185# and a little slinder but still got a 2 xL and it fit just right.... Oh. and the gun pocket is a plus !!!!!!!!

First of All: DO NOT get a BIGGER size than you normally wear, if you wear the standard sizes for other jacts from the store. I ended exchanging my 2XL to the L that I normally wear for regular jackets.

Now onto the jacket : I can't get over the fact that I got such a high-quality leather jacket for the discount price LeatherUp sells it for.

The Jacket leather quality is top-notch, this jacket is easily worth twice as much.

Th fit and the finish of the jacket has to be graded A1. The fit and the look is unvelievable, mine fits perfectly and I look just as good as the model sporting the jacket at this site.

I have to make the point that the LeatherUp customer service is unequivocally "EXCELLENT".

As soon as I realized that the jacket was the wrong size I contacted them and they fixed my issues in a heartbeat.

You can't go wrong with LeatherUp, I needed the jacket right away and could not wait for the refund of my return and then buying it, they shipped me my replacement even before I mailed it back....Just because of that, I plan to do a lot more shopping here ......

You won't go wrong buying this jacket from here...or regret it ...just make sure you have identified the right size before you buy it ....

Picked up this jacket for riding. Great prices. Great product. I read the reviews before ordering. I'm 6'2", 195 pounds. Figured a 2XL would do the job. Ended up getting the 3XL. And it didn't feel overly big on me. Maybe I'm just bigger through the chest, arms and shoulders. They were great about the exchange. Use the sizing chart. I think they do fit a bit snug. Great quality for the price. Can't beat it. Cooler months are coming along in my neck of the woods and I'll be using it more.

I ordered a size larger than normal and it is a tad on the large size. However, in order for the vents to function there needs to be some area for the air to flow. I took it to work on a morning with 48 degrees (with the vest in) and rode home in 95 degree weather (with the vest out and vents open) and found that I had the sides tied too tight for good venting. However, I was not overly hot. We get different weather in Green Valley/Tucson, so this will make a good fall/winter/spring jacket. After 45 years with a traditional jacket, I needed more room but liked the style.

I am 5' 9" 210 lbs., well built. I took everyone's advise and ordered one size up - the 2 XL fits perfect.

I have owed many leather jackets in my life; I'm 54. This one is the is head and shoulders above all. I am in awe of the price, quality, features, and style of this jacket. Good heavy jacket, you will need a wooded hanger; the wire or plastic hanger will not hold this jacket. :)

I like the inner and outer pockets and vents; the left gun pocket is a great size and looks like it should hold up well. The brass zippers and snaps look great with the "Double Rider" style, especially on this jacket; I personally do not like chrome hardware on buffalo leather.

Whoever designed this Double Rider did an awesome job!!
