I've been buying from Leather Up for a few years now. I had a recent purchase that went on sale a couple days after I ordered. They had no problem with giving me the credit for the sale price without going through returns and exchanges as I've had to do with other on line retailers. They have always been great in helping me and respond very quickly to any questions I've ever had. I would highly recommend Leather Up for your motorcycle needs!!!

I bought this jacket for my son for Christmas. I am freaking out because he is 18 and just bought a motorcycle against my wishes. I want him to be safe. This jacket is affordable and when I got it in the mail, it is very heavy , good quality leather. It has some armor in the elbows and shoulders I believe. It looks very sturdy and attractive. I know he will love it when Christmas gets here. Some people have said that it runs small, but it appeared plenty big to me. I ordered a large for him and it actually may be a bit big. He is tall and slender.

Overall I really like this jacket. I've been shopping for a well ventilated leather jacket with a simple look and this fit the bill. I have a hard time finding a leather jacket that fits me they way I expect and I took a chance with this jacket guessing, based on the look, it would work for me. I guessed correctly however I had to exchange my XL for a Large. FYI I'm 5'10 and 215 pounds, but I don't have a big bear belly. I wear a size 46 or 48 in suits and usually an XL Moto jacket. I have 2 leather sport jackets that fit me like a glove and both are size 46 (Alpinestars and Joe Rocket). In a textile Jacket an XL is usually correct (Joe Rocket, Cortech, Tourmaster, Firstgear). I've owned a lot of jackets and several of some brands. I tried on some really expensive leather jackets and found they were not comfortable. Some jackets were too tight on my forearms, some had too much belly room and would bunch up sitting on a bike. This Jacket works. I would say my shoulders are wider than average, my chest is 49 inches around. If you look closely at the sizing chart you will see the difference between the L and XL is the waist and chest. The shoulders, arms, and front length are the same. With the XL I had too much belly room and the chest was about an inch too lose, I could pinch the front and get a lot of material. So if you are about my size consider the Large. XL if you have a bigger gut or chest.

this is the first purchase ive made from leather up that i actually havent been overly impressed with. the quality is good. its a well made and sturdy jacket, and it looks even better if you take the zipper pulls off. but when i lean forward to grab the handle bars, the jacket rides up and exposes my lower back to the cold and the pavement which isnt good. the back of the collar also goes up to about halfway up the back of my head which looks and feels ridiculous. im assuming you have to have special riding pants to be able to zip them together to prevent that. which would have been good to know beforehand. but the quality of the jacket really is impressive for the price.

This is an incredible jacket for such a low price point. HIGH quality materials and construction will allow this jacket to last a lifetime and then some.
The pocket locations are excellent as well as the zippered venting system on the front and back. The zippered and snapped wrist closures offer
versatility for the weather conditions encountered when on a ride. I can't say enough positive about this jacket! Thank YOU LEATHERUP for a
