The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. From the moment I opened the box 3 weeks ago, I could tell these were high quality boots. They are well constructed, very comfortable, and look great. I have had compliments on them already._x000D_

The color turned out to be a little more reddish brown rather than the dull, dark brown in the picture. That's a plus to me. _x000D_

The sizing is right on my size (10.5). These are just regular slip on boots (no zippers or straps) so they do take a couple of days to wear them in to where they slip on and off more smoothly. _x000D_

The only thing I've noticed is one string has frayed a tiny bit around the metal ring. I don't know if it was like that already or if it has happened since I've started wearing them. No big deal assuming that it doesn't fray any more._x000D_

In the end and assuming that last point turns out to be no more issue then I would say these boots are well worth the price. I wear them all day, every day at work and when I'm riding.
I am using this bag on a Hyosung gv250. It fits well, it's very solidly mounted with just the magnets (I cut off the straps), it's well constructed, it holds a lot of gear, and the backpack feature works well._x000D_

I don't use a GPS but the holder is well placed if I needed to. Overall I really like this bag.
This is a well made rain suit. The seams are strong and it is well made. My only negative RE: the suit is that it seems to be a bit heavy.
Love the boots; they're heavy, but very stylish and comfortable. High quality and great price.
Bolting these onto your bike are not for the mechanically inept. I assumed they would also come with directions and suggestions, however what was included was a mere diagram as to what direction the brackets should be pointed. . .no indication where, even though once you set them up near the fender, it's pretty evident where they do go, just not how. With these, you need to unbolt the top bolt to the shocks as well as the middle bolt to the rear turn signal bracket. I was hesitant in doing so until I at least had called a friend who assured me the bike wouldn't drop any more than about a 1/16". Once I unbolted the right side, it dropped more like 5/8" or more. I tried everything; tried lifting up on the fender to line the bolt hole back up, but it didn't happen. So one more phone call to my friend, and he suggested to undo the left shock, which pretty much was a mistake, because the left side dropped even further. What saved me was drinking a couple of beers and going for a walk to think. When I got back, I retrieved my auto floor jack, I set it under the tail pipe support, tried it, the holes lined up, I put the bolt in, and moved to the left side. That was a little trickier, but I set it directly under the fork of the swing arm and lifted the bike, being careful to steady it, as the bike was almost straight up and down. The holes didn't completely line up like the right side had, but I managed with little difficulty. I have no complaints on the brackets other than the idea they came with virtually no directions or degree of diffifulity, and they need to be unless you merely take the product to your motorcycle mechanic, hand them to him and reply, "There you go." The good thing is, they're not $100 brackets like you can buy from Harley-Davidson.
These boots are amazing! True to size, perfect fit and very stylish. They were delivered 24 hrs after I ordered them.
I truly love the duffle bag. Only problem no straps to.secure.it.to my 2004 custom sportster._x000D_

So it should state on the web site that there are no straps. But we have found away to.secure it.and I like the bag slot. Would recommend purchasing this item.
Good boots for the price only wish they had wide sizes but other than that good value.
I am no longer the invisible man during the daytime on my Suzuki Boulevard C50 with the Cobra Lightbar. I live in a major metropolitan area where the average automobile interstate, inner city speed is 70mph - while talking on a cell phone. I purchased the Firstgear Mesh Tex Day Glo Jacket for several reasons. One, because I was cut off more than once even with my high-beam light on, so I wanted the visibility. Two, because I live in the Southeast where Summer heat can reach into the 90's, plus have extremely high humidity. Third, I just wanted to have a nice looking mesh jacket that would provide the CE armor protection and great styling. This jacket serves all my needs for the Summer riding even in a light rain shower I was caught in just last week. The zip out inner liner is water resistant and kept me dry during my 20 minutes in the rain. Lots of pockets, great airflow and a well made jacket for the money.
Great looking boots and a pretty good fit. Room for extra socks or arches in my case._x000D_

I'm very happy with them.
Saw this boot as a rugged yet classier boot for the cruiser gang. I ordered a half size larger as recommended and completely agree with this. Next I purchased Blue Smartfeet (approximately $45) inserts because the insole is not removable, extremely hard and has ZERO arch support. The change in comfort is remarkable! However, this boot will require a break in period because of the thicker, better quality leather. I will not be polishing these boots but by the looks of the top grain leather it should hold a shine extremely well. This my second boot purchase from LeatherUp and I am completely satisfied so far and anticipate many years of use from these fine boots. Online purchase went without a hitch and delivery was way ahead of expectations plus it was well packaged. Boltz from Atlanta.
They are a fine product and produce a great tone with a slight uptick in throttle response. However, These mufflers are not allowed for use on motorcycles in California equipped with catalytic converters that are part of the OEM mufflers. Therefore they CANNOT replace the OEM part. It would have been nice had you had this information on your item description. This is not slight on the product and they will satisfiy anyone who chooses to purchase them for their bike.
Boots fit great, bought a size 9 men and usually wear size 8 1/2 shoe.
I just received them so they haven't been broken in just yet, but I do want to mention that with very thin socks (Coolmax ankle socks, if you are familiar) after about 20 minutes of wearing them around the house my feet went all tingly. I would expect a break-in period but I'm not sure that I would expect my feet to be strangled. They are leather so I'm not worried they won't stretch, I'm just not looking forward to the process. I Typically wear a 10.5 US because I have wide feet and a tall arch, usually don't have issues buying this size. So if you aren't wanting to deal with an uncomfortable break-in period, I would suggest going up a half size.
I had my winter gloves for 30 years and finally lost one, so I had to buy a new pair. Obviously, they were going to be hard to replace, but the River Road Women's gloves were perfect and actually fit better than my old ones.
Appeared to be good quality. However I sent it back. I was looking for a bag to set on the passenger seat. This is designed for a luggage rack.
day one got to use them, very nice, light weight, fit well, and do the job !
I found the saddle bags to be a great match on my fat boy didn't want the little bags you see hanging on some of them wanted a good size and good look they look great and have a lot of room for storage thank you
Arrived today, saddlebags come in a tote, pull'em out and really surprised. These bags look much better than the picture. 12 X 9.5 X 6 doesn't match what I see in the picture, it does match the bags I got._x000D_

The durability is unknown, but I suspect these bags will be around for a long time.
The vest seems to be ok, it is your company that I have the problem with. If I had to rate your company after buying this vest you would not like it!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
