The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Good fit, excellent quality, these gloves provide great protection. I paid $39 for them but it was money well spent. The only down side, in my view is that they were made in Pakistan.
Had a slight issue with my first pair. Contected customer service and they sent a replace pair with no hassel. Very nice glove, they fit well and allow good ventilation also.
I too bought mine in 2009 at $24.95, and finally after 7 years of year round riding the Velcro has finally given up. I plan on buying the same exact pair again. Too bad it went up so much :(
excellent gloves!! Exactly what I was looking for and my son loves them!
Nice-fitting gloves. I haven't put a lot of miles on them, but they wear well, and any tough seams are tamed with a touch of leather conditioner. I appreciate the wrist closure being able to go over or under the jacket.
And the customer service people are world-class. In a world that mostly makes one feel ignored at best, snubbed at worst, the LeatherUp staff is like dealing with an old friend: you know there won't be any problem.
Nicely made. I like the Snug fit so pay attention to the size chart. Decent protection with clear plastic over the knuckles. Perforated for cool riding in warmer weather. Good grip.
Decent gloves, haven't tried them in the cold yet so will see how warm they are. Fit is good and they seem very durable. Would order again.
great quality glove. comfortable and warm. definitely only for cold weather, as liner does pull out when removed from hands if they are wet at all ( have to squeeze tip of middle finger while removing them to prevent liner coming out). have only use them a couple of times, can not speak of durability, but they do appear to be well made.
The fit and finish of these gloves are excellent. They are indeed well ventilated, and fit true to the sizing chart. They secure in place with a velcro strap, and I was initially over-tightening them and would get uncomfortable impressions on the radial aspects of my wrists after wearing them for prolonged periods of time, but I haven't noticed this since I started strapping them on less tightly. I have been wearing them for about a month so far and I'm very happy so far.
like these gloves. my second order. but the price is kind of high.
These gloves run snug. I've used them to go to work when temps were in the teens, although I have only about a 20 min commute on Pennsylvania Ave in DC to the Capitol. As with any glove, fingers start to get cold; and these are no different. Insulation is thin and the tight fit of the glove makes them more agile when accelerating and using the clutch and brake levers. The toggle tightening clasp around the wrist is a distraction and I'll probably cut it off eventually, but I usually zip the cuffs inside my jacket sleeves so really no problem. The gloves sometimes seem moist inside when I put them on so wondering if they are sealed so tightly the lining doesn't breathe? No bad smells yet and frankly I love these gloves because they are great looking and very responsive when riding, unlike some of their bulkier counterparts.
I was a bit skeptical when I got the gloves about them being waterproof. Finally got a chance to ride with them. Was half expecting rain but not heavy rain so I threw these gloves and a top part of a rain suit in the saddle bags. Before I left the skies opened up and it POURED. I was soaked completely from the waist down, but my hands stayed dry.
The gloves are a little bulky but not bad for fall/rain gloves. In terms of looks they are pretty good. Fit though, it is a real pain getting my hands into them. Especially when they are already wet. That's the big and only downside to this glove.
The best price and the fastest shipping on anything before. Thanks
Great gloves! Comfortable and well made. Lining like to stick when removing them but it's not a real problem as long as you're smarter than a glove. When or if these wear out, I'll likely order another pair!
I bought this for my wife. Had looked at several rainsuits at our local businesses and on the internet. After receiving her new rainsuit form Leatherup, we decided that this was superior to the one's we looked at, both in person and on the other internet sites. The quality is as good, if not in fact better that the others, at substantially less cost. She has not worn it in the rain yet, but if our experience with several other Leatherup products we have ordered in the last year, we fully expect this latest product received will be as good as represented.
Greta suit. Comfortable, and looks good. The ONLY fault I can find, is that it has no pockets on the jacket. Great suit though, great price and keeps me dry and warm.
This rain gear seems to the be highest quality I have owned yet. It is quite heavy and bulky to pack but if it keeps me dry I can accept that. The quality looks to be top notch. Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to use it in the rain as yet. Living in FL and riding to work everyday I get plenty of riding time in the rain. No other suit out of 5 I have owned has been up to the task of keeping me dry. The rubberized seat panel really grips the vinyl seat of the bike; there will be no sliding around there. I ordered a large and it is quite roomy; I might have gotten by with a medium. Hopefully the roominess does not translate into excessive flapping and contating hot spots on the bike, but I know I can get these over anything else I am wearing.
It weights 8lbs..says its packable?? Haven't worn it yet, sure its quality protection but dang..need luggage bags to carry.
This suit is heavy and shielded. Keeps in warmth and rain out. Would be a bit better if sleeves were just 1" longer
The fit is good, we have not used them yet, but I think there going to work great.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
