The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Great gloves..... they fit well also. The only issue is that I've already lost them... and they are good enough to reorder them. Don't know about the waterproof deal..... but I'll be testing them on a trip to the West Coast later this summer.
Seems good...Jury still out...has not had much chance to use yet..fit and finish are good

It is a good glove in the rain and temp no less than 40 F I tried it one day in a very short trip 6 miles after 3 miles 32 F 40 M/H speed the pain in the tipes of my fingers was unbeliveble I had to stop to keep going. If you want to buy just for spring times it ok.
Ive read the reviews on these and decided to buy them, they keep you warm until about 45 degrees and the wind chill of about 70 MPH (ridin down the road) after that my fingertips were numb, but on that note I have a pair snowmobile gloves and they are not much better. I will have to invest in heated gloves, heated grips or use hand warmers. Over all though they keep your hands dry (lots of ridin in the rain) and are comfortable. I wish the gauntlet was a bit bigger though, I fight to get them over my jacket, but for the price these are great gloves for cool weather riding.
Have used them in 30 degree weather and weren't quite as warm as I thought they would be but I am overall still happy with them. As usual shipping was quick.
Wore these on a 7-day tour, in occasional rain: warm (caused sweaty hands, in 70 temperatures), but absolutely waterproof. The cuffs were easy to pull over our jacket sleeves, and the velcro on the glove cuffs made it very easy to secure them in place, sealing out the wind from our jacket sleeves, keeping our forearms warm, and dry. Gloves performed perfectly, other than they are quite warm in Summer temperatures. Would buy them again, without hesitation; have already recommended them to friends who ride: waterproof, and warm; easy to secure over your jacket's cuffs, to seal out the wind, and the rain. Price and quality are superb! Cheers!
so far good warm gloves. just have to get use to the difference in the thickness.
Good pair of glove for the money, they are warm but on 20's and low 30's weather, cold gets in the tip of your fingers and spect them to get very cold. Perfect in between 36 to 55 degrees.
these are comfortable and kept my hands warm on my first test drive in mid 30's degree weather.
Gloves are perfect for weather 40 and below. The reviews were on spot!
Thanks Leatherup for another great product!!
got these because it was about the only option for gloves to go with rainsuit. not alot of waterproof options. used them this week rode from richmond,va to laconia on fatboy. gloves preformed well
Tay are great. Very light weight yet feel very stong in make. Go get some.
It was 32deg this morning and my fingers stayed warm, great price, took a while to break in. but now are fine.
great glove.
Not Water Proof / Took me two days to dry them out after getting caught in a down pour... other then that, very nice gloves for the price keeps to hands toasty Size Chart was right on ...
They do run small. Wear a Large or XL normally. Bought XL and meant to buy XXL. They were a little small but didn't have time to send back before our trip. Bought them for the waterproof factor but actually used them on a cold morning ride in Sierra NV ride and worked for what I needed. Can't beat the price.
I was riding in the morning through the lower tip of the Great Smoky Mountains in late November and my lighter gloves were allowing my hands to start getting cold. I soon stopped about 15 miles into the ride and switched gloves to these. My hands remained toasty comfy through the duration of the ride out of the mountains. I'm confident these gloves will get me through the winters in northern Georgia.
Looks good on the bike. The plastic back has a cloth type backing to prevent scratching on the windshield. Will write more after a little use. Had to trim the holes to fit my 2012 FLHTK. Deliverly was on time, I have ordered hear before and will again.
Purchased this windshield bag for my HD 2012 FLHTP. at this point in time, I have to give the unit 5-stars all the way; looks good, feels good, concept is great but due to cold weather I haven't taken time to install it yet. I can not give it a bad score due to timing and short duration of ownership.
I feel at this time it is worth the money and will be more than usable.
Maybe I will be able to give a more complete review at the end of 2015.
bit pricey for the product... but I like it overall
Great product, very well constructed and fitment!!
5 Stars!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
