Great gloves, very warm but not too thick. I haven't had them in the rain yet, so I cannot verify that they are waterproof. But this was a GREAT DEAL! Well worth the price.
I got them for cold weather riding. Little to thick for me. I ordered another leather pair I liked those better. Felt ok but just not what I wanted. Sold them to my friend. Quility was good. You are right the shipping was the best. Quick!
Good gloves for the price. Had mine about a week and the stitching is coming out on the thumbs and they don't seem to be as warm as I had hoped. Still worth it though.
Perfect!Just in time for the 15 degree riding weather. I bolt on a sidecar and ride all winter. I have tested these gloves under some extremes and so far consider them one of the best gloves in 40 years of riding.Warm and relatively flexible to operate switches.Only possible weak point is the "velcro" stitched to the softer cuff material.Repeated pulling may separate the connection. I leave the cuff open wide to slide over my winter jacket sleeve so it's not a problem for me but may be for some. Hard to beast for the price.
They have kept me warm so far over the past month. It takes a bit of getting used to having so much glove on your hadn as opposed to the warm weather gloves that I normally wear, but my hands would freeze now if I wore those. Haven't had em in the wet, but they certainly keep out the wind and cold.
havent had a chance to use them in the rain yet but they seem to be warm on a cool day
Great product great price, Very nice for cold weather ride.
Love this gloves, very comfortable, lightweight but yet it handles the coldweather keeping my hands warm. Definitely order another one when this one goes...but it'll be awhile. Thanks leatherup.
Excellent gloves. Not as waterproof as I expected, but I can treat them. Also the velcro tab for adjusting the cuff is awkward with the other glove on. Just learned to open it first.
Was a bit worried that warm gloves would be too thick but these aren't. Ideal for 60 to 40 degrees. Back of glove is big enough to cover your jacket sleeve and keep wind from blowing up your arm.
Great pair of gloves. I'm using my scooter every day to get into D.C. It's been in the low 20's this week...I won't say that my fingers are warm but they aren't completely frozen either. I've tried three different pairs and these seem to be the best. They do run a little small though.
The shipping time was great and they do keep ur hands warm and at a great price, keep up the good work guys n girls!!!
Great gloves but not for temperatures below 40 degrees. I like the way they are contoured to fit up over the coat sleave to keep the wind out. Good craftsmanship so far.
bulky, cant feel anything.
extra-large is more like large.
These gloves are great for the price. Large was a smidge tight for my hands.. but I think XL would have been too big. (6'1" / 155lbs.) 45 minutes at 40 degrees F at 75mph and my fingers do still get too cold. 80 F and my hands are sweating.. which makes them tough to take off because the liner wants to turn inside out. Very comfortable, and you don't notice your hands are sweating until you go to take them off.
Well-made gloves and I've tested them with daily use in rain and windy weather and on long rides. Works better after wearing them for awhile to make them more flexible.
Excellent quality. Possibly too waterproof and airtight. My son complains of sweating inside of them. They appear to run a little bit small.
I wore these gloves for a trip from Cleveland Ohio to St Louis MO in mid-April. It was 42 degrees when I left northern Ohio and my hands stayed toasty for the trip. I recommend these, a great riding glove for cooler weather, well insulated for the price.
These are definitely waterproof, as advertised. I've worn them in a torrential downpour, and my hands stayed dry. However, in the humid air the lining stuck to my fingers and turned inside-out every time I took them off, and I had to fight with them for four or five minutes to get them back on. Every time I stopped at a toll booth it was a rest stop while I wrestled with the gloves. If you're just wearing them back and forth to work where you only take them off at the end of the ride, they're a bargain at the price; if you'll be wearing them on longer trips, look for something else.
Haven't been on a long enough trip to really wear these, but they are very comfortable and fit right to your hand. They aren't too bulky to wear your fingers can't move or do anything. The Tri-Flex material they are made of is amazing. I haven't tested them in the cold or rain yet, because I just got them. They seam to be very good quality however and are the next best thing to leather! And for the price, if you didn't truely like them, they would be an excellent glove for anything else. I definitely recomend Leatherup because of their fast-paced shipping and great deals. Wether you get these gloves or a different pair, shop at this site. I've bought a few things from here and am very satisfied. Will buy from them again!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
