The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I went on a road trip and decided to wear chaps for the first time, It was middle of April I crossed New Mexico and Arizona. I was surprised that your shins accumulate as many bugs as the windshield, I just used windshield squeegee at the gas station on the chaps too. Leather Up has good products at a good price and these chaps match my Mustang seat and saddlebags.
What a great product! Heavy, well constructed, definitely recommend.
I had some doubts about Leatherup and all the 5 star ratings but after receiving these chaps I am very happy. The bang for the buck is excellent!
To help some trying to figure out sizing, I am 5'9" tall, weigh 172 lbs, have a 32" waist and ordered size 34". This was a perfect choice. They fit well over jeans and I don't need to cut the length as they are long enough to cover the Short Harness Boots I bought with them but not long enough to drag under my heals.
I have not put them to hard use yet so I cannot comment on durability but they look well enough made so I figure I will get at least a few riding seasons out of them.
The zippers on the thighs are nice to make a tight fit and I am guessing these will stretch a bit with wear.
I recommend these to friends.
I bought these for my sweetheart for his birthday. He is pretty particular. These were a HIT. He loves them. They fit great and they are very well made. A definite good purchase. We live in Wyoming and Spring comes when it darn well feels like it...so, they are a great purchase. As soon as I can, I am ordering a pair for me.
Love these Chaps!
I just ordered this pair of chaps and live in Montana. The temp has been in low 40s still in May! They are perfect and warm. The size was spot on could not be better and fixing to buy a pair for wife!
these chaps are awesome all leather up products are excellent quality but don't follow there size chart it is hard to determin sizing some stuff its a size up some 2 sizes I have gotten thing that run regular size
Love the chaps, will extend my season a lot. Went by sizing for thigh and belt size. I wear a 36-32 jean and have a 24" thigh, so I bought the 40. Since the belt goes over my jeans belt and the back is adjustable. I suppose also it depends on how tight one likes clothes to fit...me not so much..I like a looser fit. Great value, which is why I have found all the warm and cold season gear at Leather UP.
Am very thank full for Leatherup for replacing an order that was never received love the chaps they will be great for our HOG Rally this Oct will be breaking them in now that the weather is getting cooler they will be a welcomed item on my rides !!!!!
Great chaps at a great price. Ordered my pants size and they fit perfectly. Wore them every day for a three day ride in the mountains of NC/TN/GA in mid October. Hard to believe that the quality of this chap can be purchase at this price. Could see paying $150 if I was able to try them on in a store. They will extend the riding season well into December here in NC. Thanks LeatherUp. Will be back to shop again soon, due to the great value and quick delivery from the west coast -arrived in four days!!
Great deal for the price. I find that chaps are the hardest thing to purchase and size online. As far as fitment goes, go by your thigh size first and then waist size second ( waist will expand). I actually bought two different thigh sizes because I ride all year and layer up for winter riding with wrangler relaxed baggy pants and one for spring wrangler pro-rodeo pants for the rest of the year.
I really have to echo the sentiment on these chaps! Just WOW! The fitting chart is spot on if you don't know a thing about chaps. These have been one of the hardest items to buy online for my wife and me. This site has it down pat. The fit is great, the quality is great and they look awesome! I would highly recommend these chaps to any rider out there serious about their safety.

Just got my jacket and wanted to give my review. Nice, thick leather. Heavy duty zipper. Perfect fit. Leatherup strikes again. Love it!
These are great! I ordered the size according to my pant's size and they fit perfectly. Thanks LeatherUp!
I ordered these chaps on 1/3/2018 and received them on 1/6/2018. I consider that to be excellent shipping service. I am very impressed with the quality of these chaps. The leather and hardware quality is great. I have not had a chance to ride with them yet but I expect them to be very durable. One tip for anyone considering these chaps, definitely order one size larger, waist, than your jeans size. I did that and they fit perfectly! Excellent product!
i was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in less than a week and the fit was right on the money; the legs were too long but a quick snip fixed that
A great jacket for the price. Sleeves fit tight but mobility is improved with vents opened. Colour wasn't quite what I expected (brown is SO dark as to appear nearly black) but I am very satisfied with it overall.
I was looking for a cheap but durable and well-made leather jacket to wear to work every day, and this was basically the best $85 I've ever spent. Perfect!
Good jacket for the money. Very stylish. Not the toughest leather and not armored but I think its adequate for a moderate cyclist. I haven't used the liner yet but it fits well and seems like it would keep you warm in all but actual winter conditions..
This Jacket is nice thick leather but is not so thick its hard to move in. Well made! I am 5'10 and 185lbs and the XL is good on my shoulders but a little big on the gut. I have a rather large rib cage front to back so I may not be the best reviewer for the average body type.
i'm 5 ft. 9 in. and 180 lbs. the large jacket fit like a glove. very well constructed with the zip out lining is just perfect for cleveland ohio weather. very stylish and comfortable.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
