The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

great fit, rode in 50 degree weather at 70 mph and stayed very warm.good jacket for the money. very satisified. would highly recommend
Unbelievable quality for the price - excellent fit - just as described!
The Jacket was just as described, fits great.
if i had to nit-pick i would say i'm not all that pleased with the velcro over the zippers on the front pockets as it makes it quite hard to get into the pocket to fetch mints while riding :)... but all in all a very solid jacket for the price.
The jacket is just as described, fits a little snug but overall completely satisfied with the purchase.
Jacket has done as promised. 4 seasons and about 25K miles on it. Best out there? Certainly not. But I wasn't going to spend a lot on a jacket. NOT waterproof in big rain. Does a decent job with light weather.
Liner in does a great job in cold weather - have been out in freezing temps with liner and layers under. Feet and hands got cold long before I felt the jacket causing me any problems. Liner out and zippers open do a good job when warm with low humidity. When it gets real hot and humid, you feel it.
Never had to use the armour and hope not to. Like knowing it is there. Have been reasonably gentle on the zippers and so far, so good.
Ordered a 2xl based on reviews and normally wear L or XL - good fit. Nothing better for the money. and for next year, not looking for replacement.
Great jacket for the price. Got an XL, and in the chest, shoulders and arms, it fits fantastic. It's a tad short, but that's true for any jacket for me, I've got kind of a tall torso even though I'm not very big. Breathes well enough, decent amount of pockets. Overall, a good jacket for what I paid.
I really like this jecket. I'm a big guy, 6' 2" 300lbs, and the 4XL fits nicely with or without the liner. I've ridden it in 40F weather without the liner and it is warm enough for 1 hour rides. The quality looks good and as usual I had it in less than 48 hours after ordering it, thanks LeatherUp!
For the money it's ok....
Some threads have come loose, and i had to re-sew them. Some others we're ready to come loose so i put a drop of super glue on those before they came loose. Fit was actually a bit smaller then expected, but it works ok for as long as it last.
But at least i have some sort of protection when i ride now....
My first ever riding jacket. Compared to others at my local motorcycle shop it was an easy choice and about half the cost. Living outside of the Boston, Ma. area it gets chilly early in the year. The lining provides just the warmth you need early in the morning or at dusk. Add in a pair of nice "Tourmaster" pants and you got yourself a cozy riding outfit
Fantastic jacket couldn't be happier. Yet to try hot weather but from cold to fair excellent choice.
I ordered this jacket in January 2012. I really like the look and fit. The only problem I had was with the zipper of the inner liner. It broke so I cannot zip it into the main jacket. This has created a problem in keeping as warm as I would prefer while riding in temps around 35-50. That extra lining made a difference. Now, I have to wear a separate windbreaker under the jacket. But, for riding in slightly warmer weather, the main jacket if fine.

This jacket is great.Normally wear an XL got an 2XL fit just snug not tight, good for winter and take out liner and good for Arizona summer heat. You can't even tell the Armor is there. Friends I ride with like the jacket' I bought the Bell Pit Boss half-helmet two-tone checkered to match the jacket.

Just recieved the Jacket today, 3 days after ordering. I am 6'2" 265 pounds and usually wear a 2 or 3X. I ordered the 5X based on the postings I read here. The fit is great, I think I can even fit in some extra clothing for warmth if needed. I live at over 5000 feet elevation so it can get cold. I bought the jacket to ride this summer to my brothers in Michigan and then we are going to Maine. I hope to try the jacket out this Sunday on a ride through the mountains.
Jacket is excellent. I got into a accident recently and was protected very well. Had a light scratch a little down from my elbow but the elbow guard on this jacket held up well. Will definitely buy again.
This is a big, roomy and good looking set of bags. I did modify the mounting to my saddle bag supports slightly jist to keep them tight on my Sportster. (A few tie wraps.) For the very small investment you get a very roomy and good looking set of bags! I am very pleased!
Excellent value for the money--and completely waterproof....plus, it comes with a built-in gun pocket!
Bags arrived within 3 days! Very roomy and easy to install. We'll see how they hold up, but right now, I love them!
What a GREAT set of bags. They are very well made and have plenty of room for everything I need to put on my bike!! GREAT DEAL I really like them.
This jacket fits great and is very comfortable to wear.. I've only been able to wear it once out riding as the weather hasn't been very good here.. It keeps the wind out very well and even with the liner removed is quite warm.. This is the second X-element jacket that I've bought and this one actually seems better than the first.. Looking forward to wearing this a lot this coming sesaon... I know I'll eventually get a chance to wear it in wet weather at least once, so I will update this review once that happens.. More than worth the money spent.. LeatherUp has great prices, selections and customer service... Never any issues ordering from LeatherUp..
These bags are far better looking in person than on the internet. I have had so many positive comments from other riders. The bags are just great. I have room to put all the stuff I need. Even my lap top computer fits nicely. I have nothing but praise for the service your company gives me. Thanks!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
