The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Love the look and feel of these boots! Great price for heavy duty full leather boots. Looking forward to years of use!
Second pair of boots from Xelement and Leather Up. I could not be happier. they are comfortable and stylish and work really well out on the road. order about a size smaller and you should be perfect they run big. I will be a long term customer.
Have only wore them 2 times fit great seem to be well made
My 3rd pair since 2008 and I wear these all the time. Excellent boot and a great value.
First time buyer. Boots are great and comfortable right out of the box. Great quality and the price is unbeatable. Very pleased with product quality!
These boots are amazing. I love the fit and feel of them and definately will be buying from leatherup.com again
Over all, I have to say that these boots are so comfortable to wear that they feel like they are already broken in for you!
Only bad thing I can say is the sizing!.
I wear a size 10 1/2 shoe and I purchased a size 10 1/2 boot.
Too big but with some heave socks they'll fit.
I think a size 10 would fit perfectly.
GET A SIZE SMALER THAN YOUR NORMAL SHOE!
Leatherup... Love you guys!!
Hope this helps...
Cheers...

I dont usually do ratings as i have almost no time but i truly had to, these boots arrived so fast but the best thing for me is the durability, wore these for over a full year, thats 1 full year wearing them day after day, ive put them through some severe beatings and they are STILL weareable, truly an impressive pair of boots to rival my first pair of harleys!
Well constructed and it seems the leather is very good quality, but not soft at first. I will take a couple of wearings to get the uppers broken in. The seam between the upper part of the boot and part at the foot is right at my ankle so it's taking a little extra time for my to break them in. Be warned, however, that the dye inside will rub off on your skin or socks for awhile.
All in all, this was a very good purchase and a great value for the price.
I have owned American made Harness Boots from Chippewa, and Harley (made by Double H). These boots are from China, and if you've ever owned a quality boot you will realize that these boots are somewhat lacking in quality, that being said, these are not the best quality boot, but are a good boot for the money. They fit me true to size (I wear a 9EE, and thats what I ordered and they fit good). I replaced the inserts right away with better ones. The boot leather is much thinner than my others, and the soles are not as heavy duty...BUT this makes the boot lighter, and seemingly comfortable. I've worn them everyday now for about 30 days at work (factory environment) 9-12 hrs a day and they do pretty good. THE only problem I have had in the short time owning these boots is when I stretch my legs out and rest my heels on the highway bar of my cycle, the back of the boots (Leather part above heels, caves / dents in easily), and sometimes takes a bit to pop back out. Overall not a bad boot, but my next pair will be Chippewas again.
Have bought well over 50 pairs of boots in my riding days to present. These are the best by far! Quality, tough, soft, top notch leather. Classic look and feel. Put them on the first time and went shopping with my wife. After only 1 hour they were completely broken in, comfortable and fit to my feet. The shopping went on for three more hours and I was amazed at the comfort. I did not take them off until bedtime, a total of ten hours the first wearing. Leather up is a great company to deal with as well...5 Star. The wife and I have our eyes on some other items and will be ordering from Leather Up again soon.
My boyfriend had a pair of Harley Boots that were getting pretty worn out & his birthday was coming up so I shopped around for the same pair but the price was a little too costly for my budget. I found this pair that was almost identical except for it didn't have the Harley eagle on the front of the boot nor the same kind of soles. My boyfriends jeans however cover the eagle emblem & people weren't going to know that they weren't Harley boots. My boyfrined loves them & says the soles of the shoes will last longer that his old Harley boots. He says they fit perfectly & are very comfortable. For the price & the look, it is a very good deal. But most of all, my boyfriend is very happy with them.
thought these boots would be stiff and be a tough break in. But they weren't. They are quite comfortable in fact. Knew I'd like them when I first put them on.
I would give 6 stars but the meter doesnt go that far. Great product, great price-thanks Leatherup.com!
Everso slightlyt oversized but not enough to warrant dropping a half-size. Good boots should be snug and neither loose nor tight. The leather isn't as high a quality as I expected but when run up against the cost - it was a fair price for quality trade. Is spite of being critical, they are nice boots and fairly light in weight. I would likely buy again and Leatherup Service was quailty with timely shipping. Doing business with Leatherup is a n0-brainer and look forward to my next order with them.
Just recieved these boots. I'm pleased with what I got for the money. Size seems to be consistent with U.S. sizing. Finish is a dull oiled finish but, they seem to be well made. ...J.D. Hesperia, Ca.
Overall very pleased with the boots. The fit was good and the quality is definitely there.
Good quality boot and price is right. BUT - Size 10 1/2 is no way a size 10 1/2 on our side of the ocean. Last 3 pair I bought, only one pair fit. All were same size on paper, but not when putting feet in them. If they get the sizing right, I'd be much happier. Last pair is now returned and I'm waiting for refund. One major complaint is that return shipping is on customer, even if size varies as it does. Probably doing business elsewhere after last experience.
First time buyer and I have to say, best experience I've ever had. Great boots, I want to wear them all the time and very very comfy. Looking forward to my next purchase.
These are grear boots. They are a little large but with thick socks they fit perfect. I would buy them again.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
