I have never used this company nor do I have any idea what it is and have a $537 charge on my credit card right now. There is no way to contact anyone on their website. I've let my bank know and am disputing the charges. Very strange

Shipping sucks!

I've been using thrive for 4 months now. I love its all natural. BUT I still have 3pm crashes. I still feel stressed, I still feel groggy half the time. I don't drink caffeine when I have my DTF, shakes and pills every day. Which is EXPENSIVE to maintain. 215$ exactly.

I order on 5th with auto shipping.
ANYTIME I've ordered it it takes my money right away but says "processing" for 4-5 days after my purchase. Then it takes 6 or more days to actually ship to me. I've ordered my husbands at the same time his is also pending for a few days but it ships out and gets here in a couple days. EVERY month I've ordered I've had to drink coffee while waiting for my shipment. Im always out of my product by the 10th of my "month supply" I'm starting to think it's a waste of time and money.
There's no link where I can get a number to talk about my shipping issues.
Also you can only get vanilla shakes when you buy a package deal. If you want any other flavor you have to pay 44$ plus shipping for 15 shakes! SUCKS considering how expensive it is you should be able to select your own flavor.
This will probably be my past time ordering from thrive.

Credit Card Fraud?!

Someone "happened-across" my credit card # and ordered a SIGNIFICANT amount of whatever this company sells. I want my stolen $$$ back as soon as possible so I don't have to call the Attorney General and the B.B.B (Better Business Bureau).

Thrive is a genuinely good product, but the customer service is so bad (unless you are one of their sellers)that for the price,$150 PLUS shipping costs for 16 shakes, 60 pills, and 30 patches(Why not free shipping?)it is not worth the hassle of their service.On top of that, they really want you to become a seller(where they treat them great). If you have no intention of being an employee, I would stay away. A solid "A" for the product itself, an "F" for Customer service.

I have been 'Thriving' since May 2015, I was skeptical, I don't normally buy into the hype of trends, but saw results in a friend. I've been overweight for years, still am, but I have lost 80 lbs since adding Thrive into my life. I'm not tired all the time, like I used to be, it's helped with different aches/pains I've dealt with for years - shoulder, feet, back, head! I'm not saying I never have any aches - but they are tolerable and I would continue to take thrive for that reason alone!
As far as the skin issue with the patches, I have skin allergies/sensitive skin, but try to avoid putting the DFT in sensitive skin areas.
On the charges - it is cheaper to order on autoship and you can easily pause your autoship after you order, you have control of your account. If you don't pause it, you will be charged and your order will be shipped on the date you chose.
If you've had trouble you should also reach out to your promoter! I'm here to help my customers have the best possible Thrive experience - but it's up to them to follow the simple 1, 2, 3 as directed.
I felt it was only fair to tell my Thrive experience.

Credit card information stolen and used at this company. Unclear whether any product was purchased. An investigation has been launched. Noticed other reviewers were also victims of credit card fraud related to this website. People should find it very disturbing that there is no way to contact this company. Fraudulent transactions does not make a reputable business. Here's the update, My number was stolen and used to purchase a bunch of their stuff, $259 to be exact, and delivered to some guy in Wisconsin. Turns out the company will answer emails and pick up the phone when a banks fraud department calls! I'm assuming this happens a lot! Buyer beware. If a product sounds too good to be true as in it's going to change your life, then it's up to you to apply some common sense. In my case, I shouldn't have used my credit card at the gas station pump. Always go inside to pay to ensure your cards information doesn't wind up in a skimming device inserted into the gas pump payment slot.

Amazing product

I just gotta say I feel amazing, I was skeptical and I went ahead and tried it and I've never felt better.

And I'm really confused as to why some people say it "didn't work" for them. It's vitamins and minerals prebiotic probiotics... things everyone needs in their bodies...

This is not some weight loss miracle... thrive does help you lose weight or gain weight depending on what your body needs!

This is recommended to be taken along with a healthy life style! Because thrive is a lifestyle not just some everythromycin day supplement you can buy at freaking Walmart geez.

Reaction to the dft (or patch as most call it which it's not!)
May's be the adhesive, which means your body should also break out when using bandaids just saying.
Next up the shellfish, yes it is there and yes it's on the label, now if your allergic to that of course your prolly going to have reaction! If that is what stopping you from continuing thenot great news we have Thrive k now and it can be taken in place of the capsules which contains the shellfish.

Horrible horrible

Had a reaction to products, sent back for a measly $44 dollars after spending over $130 plus a $40 credit which was supposed to be returned. Surprise I only got the money and the promoter took the $40 credits. During which I got locked out of my account can't access communication between company and oh so conviently it's no longer available. As well as they basically made it sound like it's all my fault for getting extreme nausea, rash at patch site and feeling over wound up.

I ordered their product and started using it, with in an hour I felt itchy from my lips to the bottom of my feet. Well I used the product for almost a week all the while in an allergic state. So I sent the product back per their instructions. I am only get back on the open product 1/2 of what I paid for and then a 10% restocking fee, unopened I don't know what I will receive? This is not a user friendly company they have no customer support phone number only an email that they use to communicate with.

I will not be recommending this product to anyone due to my experience with this company.

I was sent a box of product when someone fraudulently used my credit card. I sent an e-mail to the company since this is the only way to contact them. They replied the e-mail can only be from a customer. I e-mailed again and explained again I was not a customer. They said I could return the product and they would send a return label. It has been over a week so I contacted them again about the return label and they again said they don't respond to this e-mail account unless I am a customer. I finally found a phone number and called it only to be told by an automated machine to contact them by the e-mail address I have been using. Obviously, this is not a legitimate company. So frustrated!

I have been using Thrive Since August 2015 and loved it, and all of the sudden My shoulder feels like I just got a Tetnus Shot, And I have a red square mark where my patch was yesterday. Too bad, because I really liked the energy it gave me. But I'm stopping Thrive officially Today. :(

I tried the product several times. I did not get the results everyone was talking about and I couldn't justify the monthly cost for something that I didn't feel the benefits of. I've heard many people who really like it, it just wasn't for me. Perhaps it works better for people who incorporate a healthier eating and exercise plan.

Total CRAP-Read This.

Ordered samples, received a box full of items instead. I logged into the "Cloud" and cancelled my credit card info through their 3rd party payer Pioneer. Yet they charged me $302 on auto debit AFTER I Cancelled my account not once but twice. They capture your CC info and once they get it its theirs to use how they wish. I had to cancel my card and order a new one. As far as the products, they are total CRAP. At first I tried samples through a promoter and thought I had more energy, so much that I could not sleep. Then I learned that I had rashes and high blood pressure. When I asked the promoter what was going on he told me it was "ALL IN YOUR HEAD"... well, now it is ALL IN THE TRASH! Don't waste your time with the MLM SCAMS- Countless FB posts of promoters lying about how great they feel and how rich they are... they are not getting rich folks, they are promoting poor health choices... like the poster says above, get out and exercise, smell the fresh air, save your hard earned money and dump these clowns.

I've read the above posts and personally the vague and lame objections seem like paid protestors from another company. I've done my research and tried the product. They inform you of the ingredients and the company is growing fast. Over 600k likes on Facebook and 3mil customers and counting. If you understand the human anatomy the product makes sense and even if you don't the results speak for themselves. I have had the experience and witnessed friends and family do the same. I liked the product and the people I dealt with so much I decided to finally become a promoter. There's nothing better than feeling great and helping others do the same. I tried samples of the product & loved it. I placed an order & realized I forgot to order the patches. Within minutes I realized my error. The only way to contact this company is via a "cloud" by submitting a "support ticket", no phone number. They responded within a few hours and it was too late to stop shipment, they claimed. Had I ordered the correct package, I would have saved $50. Now, I was forced to order the patches separately, thus incurring more shipping charges. I explained to them that I could not have acted any quicker than I did. I also explained that I have no problem signing up for autoship on future orders & asked for a $50 credit as that is what I would have saved. There was no negotiating. It's clearly a business that is not interested in customer satisfaction. Had they offered a phone number, the situation could have been remedied promptly. I asked to escalate this to management as surely they would want to retain a customer on an ongoing basis. I was told the decision was final. It's a shame that such a good product is administrated by people who do not value their customers. This is very disappointing for a "quality" company as they claim to be. Customer service should be an absolute priority!

I have been using the DFTs, shakes and pill packs for almost a year and then all of a sudden this past month my body decided to not like the patch any longer. I have 5 patch rashes and all I can do now is wait for them to go away. It's a shame because before the rash, I absolutely loved the energy I got from the patches so I was so good about using everyday. So I am not really complaining about the company but just that I know I am NOT detoxing and that's why I have rashes. I also cleansed the area well before and after application and did not wear for more than 8 hours. I am sad because like I said I really liked the energy. I do think there is something more to the rashes than what we are being told about "i't's only detox and that's a good sign." Then why didn't I have those rashes when I first tried? Just weird. Just not for me I guess. But if this review helps someone else, then that is why I posted. I know there are more out there who have the rashes but don't know where to post. I found this site by googling! LOL

A member who is selling your products, Connie Jo Roberts is not only $#*!ty, but thinks it's cute to throw verbal threats saying "I'm gonna punch you in the face" or be disrespectful and call people "A bunch of low lives" I find this highly unacceptable and clearly has no customer service experience. And if these are the type of people selling your products, I'm no longer interested. I believe as this is a business selling products, you take action. Because the more this continues, the more customers you'll be losing.

I have tried the products on 2 different occasions. My friend gave me a 3 day supply and i thought the product was great. I felt like I had more energy and felt terrific. Before the product, I was eating right and exercising regularly. I had reached a plateau in my weight loss journey and thought the product would help. I took the product for 4 weeks religiously. I ate right. I exercised regularly. I felt jittery and nauseated. I GAINED 15 pounds. I stopped taking the product. Immediately I started experiencing strange symptoms such as depression, irritability, joint and muscle pain and became extremely sensitive to touch... my skin and hair were painful. I chalked the symptoms up to a viral illness. Two weeks ago I started taking the supplements again. I thought maybe the first round was a fluke. I was wrong! After 4 days, I had to stop taking the product because I was having heart palpitations. Again, the symptoms appeared immediately... nausea, mood swings, joint and muscle pain, sensitivity to touch. Only this time symptoms were much worse. I consulted my physician who said I was experiencing symptoms of stimulant withdrawal. I will recover. My symptoms will improve. I will be miserable for a few days or weeks. So please beware! There are 6 stimulants listed on the ingredient list, but no where does it say how much of each one the product contains.

This company is in business for one thing--to make money any way they can. I purchased a one month supply of Lev-el to try knowing that they boasted a '30 day trial'. I discovered I was allergic to the product pretty quickly, so could not use it. Turns out that the 30 day trial starts the day the order is entered (not the day you receive it), so it's more like a 23 day trial. Then, if you decide not keep the product, you only get a full refund if the product is un-opened (how can I try it if I don't open it?). So, only a 23 day trial and a 50% refund. And, this is a cloud based company--so, no phone number/person to be able to talk to--email communication only. Once I cancelled my account, I no longer had access to log in and view anything, trying to find a back door way in to communicate with them took me 3 hours. Then, when I finally emailed them, they initially were fairly responsive. When I asked them to look at my order and tell me exactly how much I would be refunded, they stopped responding (despite 4 attempts). They had their money and my account was cancelled, so why bother trying to have good customer service?
