I tried the product and decided it was not for me. I returned my auto ship and still have not been refunded. The return was in company policy as well. I asked for an update on refund and still have not been given a straight answer. It is ridiculous that you can only email customer support during certain hours. It is an email, there no need to restrict access. Terrible service. It is extremely difficult to find a customer support contact number. I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge. Do not buy from this company. You can get similar programs at GNC and be able to speak with a actual human if you have an issues.

It's only been two weeks and I was one of the fortunate ones that felt a difference the 1st day using Thrive! I experience extreme brain fog and neuro fatigue. This has really helped with that! I know I will never be 100% but I feel amazing after so many years of zero energy! For those who have a rash from the patch this is quite common, you should change out the area where you wear it daily and if still having an issue put it on top of your foot, you will do great with it there! Also some of you may not know that the capsules contain shellfish... I didn't either and I'm highly allergic, I had some breathing difficulties and spoke to my promoter and after removing the Thrive from the capsules and taking it an alternative way I no longer have the side effects, YAY! So I'm very happy I didn't have to give it up! I'm on several medications due to my illnesses and it does not interact with them. You do have to have a good promoter that guides you through the entire process and is always there to help, not just out to make $$. Mine is amazing! I have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks not even trying. I just all around feel more alert and alive! As far as the people having problems receiving product or canceling? I received my product in 2 days from ordering and I can go to my account and pause or turn off my auto ship at anytime. I have already done this for a friend who did not know how to navigate the system and hers was going to ship before she was ready, and I also helped update her billing information to change her payment method. This is not hard to do just login to your account and read! If you are only giving it a short time you may not be experiencing the full effects of Thrive yet, that's why they call it the 8 week challenge! It can take some people longer to reap the full benefits of Thrive, some a day or two, some a week, some two weeks some longer, but guaranteed you will notice it before the 8 weeks! And it's not like anything I've experienced before where the effects wear off within a few days or a week. So far it's just getting better for me and everyone I know that is using it correctly. That's my honest feedback for you!
If it wasn't a scam the customer service number would be available. They take your money and don't answer your claims. Ridiculous route of communication. They want your money above all. Any problems with the product go unanswered. Scam Alert!
I had order products to try it out and don't get me wrong the product is okay but it just didn't work for me, so when I received a new order because there is no way to cancel. I sent the products back unopened. This has been 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for a refund. I finally got an email from them saying their system had been updated and a check would be issued and this was on 6/9/2017 and I still have yet to receive a check for my money back. This is bad company policy and if I were you, I wouldn't order or do busy with this company. You can return the product but they will still keep your money. I am a real person that used the product and this is my real honest review and if you don't like it I don't care but this company is the worst and they won't give you your money back no matter how hard you dispute or write in to them. They even admitted that they have the product and yet they are still holding my money! SMH! BUYER BEWARE AS THIS IS A $#*!TY COMPANY!

I can't cancel. There is no phone number, no paperwork with products, no one to tell to cancel, no email, no account as they are saying. I got told 40 dollars and it keeps taking 178. I did not want it I asked for information and I would pay for for a trial run. Bull$#*! service do not even know where to send the $#*! back as it had no paperwork or return to sender address. 2 months and bank can't seem to cancel. I have even cancelled card and it still came out next month. I am now behind two house payment and owe my bank 100 in fees for missing house payment because of this idiotic twit company.
Thrive products work. You have to take them properly. Can't cancel? Full of crap. Log into your account and cancel, stop being lazy. Membership fees- nope never. Bet the company that person works for charges them. Made you sick? You probably haven't been used to taking pre & probiotics! Let your body adjust to it and drink plenty of water. Don't expect it to work if you're shoveling fast food and sodas in your mouth every day. Rant over. Find a current promoter to help you out if you are having problems or need help. Le-Vel promoter love helping other people. You won't find us online knocking other products that we've never tried!
In my experience with thrive I have been very satisfied with the extra energy but not so much with the patch. I have an itchy almost blistered rash where I have worn it. It's been a week already and it's not getting better?

Many of the negative reviews I see are due to improper communication with their promoter. Their is no contract to stay with the company, you can literally cancel with one click of a button, you do get a discount by doing autoship, the return policy is very clear about the restocking fee, if you are sensitive to meds you should only start with 1 capsule not 2, if the DFT makes you itchy, don't keep putting it in same spot or try a less sensitive place (such as your foot), the shipping I normally get my product in 2 days, if you got put on an email list (which promoters are not supposed to do) all you have to is contact *******@le-vel.com.
If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message LOL. Don't believe everything you see on the internet. Just remember the more like to post a review are the people who are unhappy.
I started taking it two years ago and it made me sick. I've had horrible stomach problems since starting as well as many other issues. All stopped when I finally stopped taking it. Every time I questioned whether it was the thrive, I was told what I was feeling was normal. Anyway, an autoship ran April 5th and I emailed immediately only to be told that even though it hadn't been shipped yet, they can't cancel me order. I was told that they had to ship it at my expense, then I had to ship it back and they would also be taking a 10% restocking fee. I still haven't received my refund. I had to message them two weeks after the products were delivered to their warehouse and ask for an update. Only then did they say that they would refund and the amount & I'm still waiting for one. Funny that Amazon and most other online retailers can cancel an order before it is shipped but Le-vel and all of their great "cloud" technology can't stop a shipment? The topper was the comments from the consultants that were offended by me sharing my less than great experience. Whoa! I guess it is normal to wait a month and a half & counting to get a refund on something?
I think people are bing mis-lead due to poor promoters. I myself have lost 42#'s in 12weeks! I don't promote it ether. I don't want to mess with the IRS. You can earn free product, everything has a loophole. People put your thinking caps on. I'm sure someone in your family would make up a coustomer profile so you can buy product and get the average amount of dollars spent to drop down on the 2nd of every month! AUTO-SHIP can be CANCELLED at any time after placing your order. I order, log out, log back in and cancel! It's under the "manage your account" option. It visibly says "cancel auto-ship". WORK LIKE A MIRACLE DIET! There is no such thing. After having a hysterectomy at 38 and thyroid issues I couldn't shed the weight for nothing! I merely spend my money on the Thrive rather than Applebees and Mexican/Japanese Restaurants. We are all guilty! I hate to see so many poor reviews when I have had such a great outcome. Yes, as I'm tapering off, wanting to snack has become and issue again, but like I said, miracles aren't being sent down to loose weight and never gain another pound. We have to take responsibility sometime for the things in our life we can control. Like, opening the snack drawer in the fridge at 10oclock at night. Come on people like I said, THINK!
Been on Thrive for almost 3 months. Had to adjust originally to the caffeine levels (which is not specified), was buzzy-feeling and light headed. Took two weeks to adjust and when I did, I loved it. Noticed weight loss right away, energy, better mood... everything they advertised. But I noticed my food cravings coming back, the energy is gone, I'm back to my normal tired in the afternoon and in the morning. I have tiny headaches once in a while, which is unusual for me. I don't feel like it works anymore, which makes me sad. Three weeks ago, I went to a doctors appointment and my blood pressure (normally perfect) was high at 134/90. I figured white coat syndrome. Then I went just yesterday to my personal doc (for my annual) and they clocked it at 143/95. I blamed it on the fact that I was in a rush to get there. Today (5/9/17) I noticed my face was redder than normal and I thought to use my bosses BP monitor to check it out. I admit I was a little nervous checking it, which could have added to the spike in my levels, but it was at 155/100. That scared me - for someone who has ALWAYS had perfect BP. I checked it several times throughout the afternoon today and it ranged from 132/120 to 159/110. That was enough for me, this is stroke territory. I took the patch off and will skip Thrive and see how my BP is tomorrow. I plan to cancel the order that just shipped out as well, although I don't have high hopes to get a refund, based on the other reviews. Bummed out that I couldn't handle it. Oh well.
I have been using the system for about 3 weeks now and enjoy the shakes. I do feel like I have more energy for at least the first half of the day.
I am experiencing problems with the DFT patch. At first I had no issues, but for the last 4-5 days I am getting aa itchy rash on the spot where the DFT was the day before. I follow the to a T and have still gotten a rash. I want to continue using the product, but don't think I'll be able to.

I ordered a month of this, not aware that it was autoship. After 2 days, I realized I could not handle this product, it made me really sick. Trying to get my money back has of course turned into a massive nightmare. At this point, they really need to be sued by a lawyer.
This drug made me feel great the 1st 2 days then I became exhausted. I returned it after only using 1 week supply and are only willing to reimburse me $60 on a $150 purchase.
Most of these reviews are either 1 of two things... They are either haters and for some reason want to tarnish the company's name or two were unfortunately just purchasing through a promoter that was not doing their job correctly... pics attached to reference the stupidity of responses to these "Bad" reviews!
These products are not safe. They will not let you cancel and once that have your credit card information you are screwed.
I was told by a promoter that I would receive a 25% discount if I signed up for auto ship, and I did not receive the discount. When I told the promoter that I'd like to return the unopened product, she tried to make me feel like I misunderstood her. When I received my product in the mail, there is no receipt or return address on the box, anywhere. I feel like I will not receive a refund if I return the product, so I'm basically stuck with it.
This company is allowing its "promoters" to bring in money, without reporting to the IRS or to the Attorney General, in situations where promoters may owe child support. Once of their promoters owes us over $30k in child support and court costs and she is able to slide under the radar because Le-vel does not report to IRS or deduct wages, per Court orders for withholding. I think it is pretty deplorable of a company whose motto is "Thriving is Surviving" to engage in preventing good parents to support their children. How is my child and family thriving or surviving when we cannot get the bio parent to address her financial obligations through employment?! This is something which has now caught on with deadbeat parents who are looking to make money under the table. Despicable!
Started thrive 10 days ago and by far the best thing out there! My energy levels have increase dramatically, my mental clarity is amazing! I find myself having more patience with my kids, more time spent together doing what they love because I'm not tired and grouchy! Answer: This happens alot and they totally screw u on the refund. Check out the 199 complaints on BBB site. It's listed under LeVel Thrive. Promoters say they have no complaints and share some link to BBB for Thrive but the word thrive is not what they list as. Its a big scam. They say return the stuff fraud stuff that shipped and then still charge u shipping to send back, restocking fee, and take a percentage off so u get like half of the fraudulent charge. If card was charged and nothing came in mail they won't help. They keep saying it says it shipped send it back over n over.
