I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. The products are outrageously overpriced for what they actually offer. I initially tried them through a friend and decided to place an order, which ended up costing nearly $200 per month. Without clear communication, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription with no reminders and no easy way to cancel.

Their customer service is non-existent—everything is handled through impersonal forms, making it clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. When I attempted to return the product, I was hit with additional costs, including a return fee and shipping expenses, adding to the frustration.

What's most upsetting is that despite following all their return procedures, it has been over a month, and I have yet to receive my partial refund or any communication from them. This entire process feels like a scam, leaving me with unexpected charges and a complete lack of accountability from the company. I regret not researching them more thoroughly, but no legitimate business should operate this way.

I stayed on it because I felt so good and it was high in caffeine and it gave me ability to stay on my feet for 11 hours working
Unfortunately my blood pressure was too high because the product is full of stimulants. So good good luck to thrivers that are on this. I spent $6800 for nothing.
Get yourself a good multivitamin from a vitamin Shoppe and work out and walk every day and stop taking supplements and put patches all over your arm. That does absolutely absolutely nothing.
Don't forget every time you buy your promoter gets money this is an MLM company so watch out

I ordered from a holiday special, as I always do. I noticed that the fiber content in the chocolate shakes (which used to be 2g) went up to 5g. I was excited and ordered them, as fiber is one of my main issues with health.
Unfortunately, Thrive (Level) sent old product with the 2g of fiber. When I made them aware, they told me I would have to ship back at my expense and accrue a restocking fee.
They lost a longtime customer with this decision, and I won't go back. I've spent quite a bit with them and have friends who buy because I recommended. Not anymore.

I love thrive I wanted to return my order as thought I could afford it but something came up and I could not go forward and afford it. Thrive gave me a false address and scammed me. Used 2 couriers or returned the order back to me. I googled the address and wrong area it's a made up address, now they won't answer me on support for me to get refunded. I am a single mother who cannot afford to lose the £178.00 pounds.😢😢

I was sent a three day trial by a Facebook friend. I was at the time in the middle cleaning my grandparents hoarder house and trying to regain custody of my child from the state. This company almost RUINED that for me. I had to take random drug tests for court. And I tested positive for methamphetamine. I have been sober months before getting pregnant with said child. They claimed to sue me if I said anything but yall should know those ingredients... the metabolize into methamphetamine. It's sick.

If you wanna end up diabetic then this is your product plus the pyramid scheme used to climb the ranks. Every person I know who sells this is uneducated and very pushy of this God awful product. Stick to the basics with vitamins and actually put in the work. This product should be banished

I have lost 75 pounds using the Thrive Elite products. My energy and mental clarity is amazing too. I highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately, the number posted won't give you a live person to speak to. It is a support ticket by email only. I tried to cancel my auto-ship the day it was processing (not shipped yet). I was told I couldn't the day of but could return the product. I understand that, however, I asked to update the shipping address because I just moved. I was told they could not update the address even though it had not been processed and shipped yet. I told them that I couldn't return an item if I didn't receive it, but they still refused to update the address. I kept getting the same response on how to return the product. READ your tickets! Just save your $300, not worth the hassle.

The sales reps are fast talking, and kind of tricky. I got put into auto ship, but when I only wanted to try a few things out. Talked into $189.00 worth of "stuff". Shakes, patches & vitamins. The vitamins made me break out, they're encased in shellfish (glucosamine) capsules. Sales rep told me to open the capsules up, and take just the powder. That was gross. The shakes are nicely packaged, but horribly overpriced. Those patches don't do anything. So I ate that $189.00 Fail. My bad. But got hit for another $189.00 before I could get a chance to "go online" & cancel. Pretty impossible to get any customer service. Can't call. Only online. The website won't come up today. Well I canceled online, but there was still a number 1 in the cart showing!
Man, I don't know how they get away with this, but I had my bank put the 2nd charge into dispute.
I won't be buying a damn thing from them ever in the future. It's a shame, coz they could have had a customer (me) to buy a few different items from time to time. Was interested in a different flavor of shake. But, oh, no. You can't even get any help at all. Like, no system to call or text or now I can't even seem to access their website. And customer service quits at 5 pm.

I didn't realize an order was pending until 7 p pm in the evening

Now I have to pay another shipping fee to return. Then get charged a restocking of 10% and this is unopened plus minus shipping. $168.98

I started my thrive journey 6 months ago and since starting thrive I've changed so much for starters my skin actually sparkles and being 58 that's amazing as elk I can actually feel my dft working.I never felt my vitimins working in the past but I sure do now.I've got far more energy focus and mind clarity it's like someone turned my light on.I've lost weight I sleep better I am re-building muscle and have a far happier consistent mood and can handle stress far better.I believe I will be thriving forever

Thrive helps control my appetite, gives me energy, keeps my mind clear, helps me sleep all night.
I love it. I don't sell it. I just really think it has made a huge difference in my life. I'm 61 and felt 75 before taking Thrive, now I feel about 50ish? I wasn't looking for a magic pill, I didn't believe anything like that existed. But after getting a 4 day sample (free), I am now ordering monthly supplies and loving it. It's not magic, but good science, that gives me the vitamins and supplements my body needs.

Thrive has changed my life for the better. I love the ritual of the 3 steps and the salted caramel lifestyle mix. I usually use black label DFT. This past month I have tried the new Thrive Elite product. I have been on it for 2.5 weeks and lost 7 lbs! My order was delayed because the wear house was out of shake mix and they credited me 35 dollars. My skin feels so soft and my hair has stopped falling out. I can get up in the morning and stay awake which is a huge deal for me as I am recovering from brain tumour removal surgery and suffer from chronic fatigue. Thank you Level

I started the program with good results in losing weight and energy. With a healthy diet and walking every day I list 25 lbs and the Thrive program helped me on the start of my journey. After 3 months I began to have skin break outs and anxiety.
So I stopped the Thrive but continued with healthy eating and walking every day. I lost the last of my weight of 30lbs on my own.
I feel great. I recently purchased the elite Thrive to see if I could lost 5 more lbs quickly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ELITE.I could not sleep at all and horrible.
My recommendation is this.use the program for 30 days to help you get a jump start on weight loss.
It doesn't matter what weight program you decide on...you still need to eat healthy and exercise to get your desired weight.
Thrive was a jump start that I needed but I do not recommend it long term.

I loved the energy when i first started but I built a tolerance quickly. Then I actually gained weight and it was strangely in my stomach area. Typically when I gain weight, it goes to my legs and butt. It wasn't a good look! When I told my promoter that I was quitting for this reason, she tried telling me that I'm taking it wrong, (Dumbest suggestion I've ever heard). I told her there's no way I'm taking it wrong, then she tried pushing new products on me to see if it would help. I couldn't afford more products on top of what I was already buying. It was hard enough spending $175 a month. And another beef I have is they don't cut breaks for loyal customers. I mean NEVER! The only people who benefit from your loyalty is the promoters. Then they suggest you become a promoter so you can get your products for free off the backs of two innocent people. It's a demented way at looking at things. And lastly, the entire Thrive community is very cult like. It's like their drug, it's all that matters to them.

On the 4th day taking Thrive I became extremely sick; headaches, fast heart, high blood pressure, foggy brain, shakes, vomiting all day, dizzy spells. I tried different methods to contact the company, no one answered back. This product is LOADED with caffeine,,,to the level that is extremely dangerous.

I can't go a day without the vitamins (aka as step 1).I have seen great results, Since quitting my night shift and on my postpartum journey. If you use these products make sure you drink lots of water. I'm not sure how you expect to see results or feel better without having the proper water intake. These products work! No more store bought vitamins of any kind for me.

Tried this product and I broke out in rashes with the patches. This is a known adverse effect and they will not give you a refund per their policy. If you have sensitive skin save your money!
