There is no way to reach someone over the phone. I paid for and was promised product that was never sent. I have submitted several questions online only to have my problems ignored. This company should be shut down.
Why doesn't the Le-Vel Company have a customer Support number, as other companies do? This is frustrating to only deal with an e-mail service! Thanks for being honest about this?
Wished I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed my first (and now only) order two nights ago. Was supposed to get a free item which I placed in my cart. After submitting & processing the order their system automatically added the feee item therefore charging me $32 for the one I placed in my cart. Tried to contact them immediately. There Is no way to contact a live person. You have to submit a request online. There answer was it was shipped before I messaged them. I clearly can see via FedEx tracking # that I contact them approx 12 hours before package was shipped. So my option is to pay the extra cost or to return the box & pay 10% restocking fee. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will no longer be doing business with them.
I also found out the hard way that they "say" it's a month, but let's do the math. It's how they force you to purchase more.
Thrive Changed my life in more ways than I can count, I feel like it might just be bottled happiness, and motivation. I have been buying my Thrive for over a year now. It makes life so much better, and is super simple compared to all the other health plans out there, and that was what I needed, I am a busy mom! My advice, find someone who sells it, and TRY the 8 week experience, you won't regret it!
I love my thrive. It helps me everyday. You take your shakes every other day. Drink plenty of water. I have never had an issue with them. I order when i am ready and my customers love it too. I don't know how every one here has had so many problems.
I love the product but the customer service is horrid. I placed an order on January 5th. The autoshipment of the same things I had ordered were set to happen on Feb 5th. Somehow the order was sent on January 15th and charged my card $276. I emailed support, which said they can't do anything about it since I set it up to do that. I did not set it up. They told me I would have to pay the shipping to return the large and heavy box, then they will give me 90% of the money back, but not the shipping that I had paid in the beginning. I didn't bother with spending $60 to send it back only to get a portion of my money back. I deleted all my credit cards and all my autoshipments. I told them I would never order from them again. I received an email today saying my order had been shipped. I log in to my account, and there it was. One of my credit cards and an autoship account. I deleted it again and contacted customer service, who was rude and told me in an email that I hadn't deleted anything, and that I requested this autoship. I was also told to pay to ship it back and receive 90% of the money back, excluding shipping, of course. I am done with this company. I had them delete my account and I've had to turn off my credit card, as I am unable to stop the charge because it was a college credit card and they do not allow stop payments on credit transactions. This company is a ripoff. They don't care about their customers, they just care about getting people's money.
I drank the shake and used the patch and felt like I was crawling out of my skin. My heart palpitated. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
I also researched and found out there is an artificial sweetener AND Stevia. Why both?
Is there an EASY way to cancel? Phone #? I am trying to cancel my monthly order HOW do I do this? I tried the phone # and it brings me back to support help But cant seem to get any one to HELP me do that? Any Ideas?
Can anyone please explain me, we have just ordered the first thrive couples pack. As I understand it should last for a month, 30dtf 30caosules each, but why there is only 16 packs of mix shakes each? Is it only for half of month or you have to divide one pack for two days? Thank you

Someone signed me up to sell for Le-Vel. I've never even talked to anyone about this and got a welcome email. I've tried to call - no phone number listed on their web page. Email - got a reply that says they don't check this email even though it's listed on the site. I'm assuming this is a scam. I'm frustrated, obviously customer service is not their strong point. I'm told they are having a contest right now and by signing up people they get more points. My identity is stolen! How is this ok with a reputable company? If anyone has an idea how to remove my association with the company I'd appreciate knowing it!
I started taking Le-vel at the suggestion of a trainer. When I got the product I was very excited to start the program. After a couple of days I noticed I was getting an upset stomach almost immediately after taking the shake. Upon further investigation the product is chalked full of milk products but I was never told that before starting the program. I decided to stop and try again in a few days and again the same reaction. I stopped the program and gave the remainder back to trainer to use. I then get a second shipment and my account was deducted for $250. I could not find a customer service number anywhere. The company is set up to not have to deal with customers one to one. I finally got information from the trainer on how to return product but it's been 2 months and I still haven't been reimbursed the $250. This company has very shady customer service and will not provide ample contact so you can speak to a representative. I think that is by choice. If you are a promoter/seller of the product you better make sure your customers know they will automatically get billed on a month to month basis or when they get billed the next month they will not be happy with you!
Thrive by Le-Vel is hands down my favorite nutritional product! It really puts a pep in my step during the day and I work a full time job where i'm up on my feet all day so the DFT, shake and the capsules really do it for me!
I've been a Customer for over a year now and the Thrive products truly are amazing! I especially love the vanilla Thrive shake! They taste so good! I have never had any issues with this company! I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
I've been using thrive pills, shake and patch for 2 months and I really like them. The shake is my favorite as it fills me up and keeps me from eating a bunch of carbs for breakfast. No product is going to make you lose weight, but when you combine with other healthy habits, you will see results. The products are expensive, but they are high quality.
I really believe that the products work, but never sign up for autoship. Twice they sent me more than one order in a month, then claimed that I had set up more than one autoship, which I had not.
I received an alert of a $200+ charge to my card from this company. I have never heard of them nor interacted with them at any point in time. Seems very strange others are also experiencing this same issue. After visiting their site, looks like a crap product with just as crappy reviews. Card has been cancelled and charge disputed, hopefully this company falls apart.
I ordered as a first time customer because they were offering free products with purchase. I ordered at 10:30 pm and They said I didn't order in time and I needed to order by midnight EST I didn't see it anywhere.
I asked if they could make an exception? NO
I said I would like to return my $230 order and they said there will be a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping.

Answer: This happens alot and they totally screw u on the refund. Check out the 199 complaints on BBB site. It's listed under LeVel Thrive. Promoters say they have no complaints and share some link to BBB for Thrive but the word thrive is not what they list as. Its a big scam. They say return the stuff fraud stuff that shipped and then still charge u shipping to send back, restocking fee, and take a percentage off so u get like half of the fraudulent charge. If card was charged and nothing came in mail they won't help. They keep saying it says it shipped send it back over n over.
