The courier did called me once but cancelled it because I was on the meeting. They don't even text or notify me that it's was the lazada package.

Both were failed delivery due to 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts while, there was never a delivery attempt from them. Not even calling me, while I was always receiving orders from other sellers... This is so upsetting because I always track these everyday. I tried to find from the lazada app ways to contact the customer service but there is no way. I thought that there is a scam about the seller because my friends orders have the same status. I want someone to talk to someone from Lazada to clarify the issues.

Since mid 2020, LAZADA is no longer my preferred online shopping site because 1. CANCELLATION no longer allowed, even before shipment and even for reasonable reason 2. Movement of the order is much delayed and lacks update as shown on tracking.

I try to buy a split type aircon. No dealer is willing to deliver to Dipolog, only Manila area. The shipping cost are shown and I can check out the order but then I get the message that is no delivery to my location. I have to cancel the order. THATS UNFAIR!

I ordered 3 bathing suits they claimed itll be a little longer than expected to get my order as they have a large amount of orders and when asked for specifics on where my order is or when it will arrive they give no information other than they have a large amount of orders and to be patient. Currently cancelled my order and now to see if they are going to refund my 55$.

I was asked to resubmit my review because I gave them one star due to nearly expired product. Bought on July 26 of 2018 and will expire in August 2018. The seller should have indicated the expiration on the description box. How would other know the state of the product if you are going to filter all bad reviews? If I knew it beforehand I am not going to buy it. (HealthandBeautyph is the seller.)

My order was cancelled after 10 days without notification and despite follow-ups. I called and they said that it was "system default error" and no agents can explain exactly why my order was cancelled. Unbelievable!

They will accept an international billing address and International credit card on the order but then immediately reject the order

I am used to the freedom of speech when reviewing things on Amazon. So when I started purchasing stuff off of lazada, I was somehow expecting the same level of freedom when it comes to expressing appreciation or disapproval of a product. But boy I was wrong.
My review of a particular product was tagged as abusive even though it wasn't even remotely negative. If at all it, it was more of a passive positive neutral. That was the only thing I could think of. And it was not even as harsh as some of my other reviews considering I could not decide whether the item I bought was fake or not. There are some really dumb people in lazada that evaluate reviews.
Update: It took me a while to read the response of a Lazada representative. He/she said that it was not Lazada that evaluates the reviews but rather the sellers themselves. This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever heard in online retails.
Why would Lazada even allow this? Of course the sellers themselves would only want to hear good things about themselves, wouldn't they?
This is so disappointing.
Lazada should seriously change this policy. It's just pure laziness on their part.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it is way beyond delivery time. They won't give updates and won't issue refund. I have wasted time chatting with their CS but no help is guaranteed. I guess when you pay and they mess, you are the only one at a loss because their customer service is not really Reliable. They just give false promises and time frames which are never followed. I don't know how many times they escalate but, really they don't care about customers, they have your money but they seem to treat your concern as a joke and really do not care.

Since writing my original review, Lazada have replied saying 'could I contact them'. I have contacted them every single day for the last 36 days and they have done nothing, now because I post a bad review they want me to contact them again, WHY so they can tell me they can't do anything and are keeping my money again.
Their so called 'help line' is a joke, just lies and more lies to get you off the phone. You are never allowed to talk to anyone in authority, never allowed to talk to anyone in the payment/refund department and no one ever contacts you back.
Every day for the last 36 days I have been told that my case would be referred', 'coordinated' or 'escalated' and everyday nothing happens. I call the next day and get told the same thing.

I placed an order mid-December and paid with my credit card from a UK Bank. The order was not delivered on time and on December 26th Lazada cancelled my order. Now 24 days later I'm told that they won't refund the money to my credit card only to their e-wallet. The card was the original source of funds and the refund should be made to that. I am not in the Philippines and cannot access the money that they say is in the e-wallet and even if I could how could I then put that back to my UK credit card. Why can't Lazada just refund to my card? They are effectively keeping my money.
Express delivery is a lie. The inconvenience lazada ph has given me is ridiculous. I've been continuously contacting every agent just to recieve my order. Their updates are slow and delayed. My schedules are being canceled just to recieve my order which has not yet been delivered to me. Lazada Philippines is unreliable.

I ordered washing machine last jan 5 2019 and didn't get the item, now already January 19 2019. Ximex delivery express pick up the item last January 15 for shipping. Where's the washing machine now?

Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
