Order made, three items = three shipments. First everything went okay, second one early this morning (saturday) received a notification that the item was out for delivery. Stayed at the delivery address all day long plus there is receptionist 24/7 at that address. At around 1.30pm received a notification from Lazada saying my item was delivery. Inquired in the reception and nothing was there. Checked the app, and there was a proof of delivery, someone working for Lazada faked my signature.

Later received a txt message from a random number saying that my item would be delivered next tuesday!

So I try to file a complain in Lazada app, filled up all the form until it asked me to upload screenshots from their own app. Which didn't work. So I tried by chat... and agent Arnie T. End the chat without even read my concerns. Tried again the same thing within 5 minutes they ask the same thing "are you still there?" multiples times, you keep answering them and they ignore what you write until they disconnect you because you are not answering.

Use lazada in stores that the handle the shipment themselves, lazada shipping and customer service are very low quality and unprofessional.

They only care about their profit and faking signatures and their stats.

My first experience in online shopping is in lazada. All i can say that its very useful and convenient website where you can buy a lot of things. With lazada, you can avoid the hassle of looking and buying for something. They offer COD option too. I love lazada.

I waited more than a week for my order. I placed the order on the 18th April and till 25th of April i still had not received it. I tracked the order and found that it is being delivered on the 25th of April. Their delivery partner is ninja van. They told me that they only received the order to pick up the item on the 22nd of April. I then called Lazada and someone from the philipnes pick dup, a guy named jude who refused to give me his full name. I asked why did lazada not work on the delivery between 18 and 22th of April. He said cause there was an earth quake. Then he put the phone down on me. I called in again and the lady named Marj took forever to understand. Both of these people refused to give me their full name citing that they dont have a full name
Lazada operates in singapore but there is no one in singapore to help. Its an absolutely disgusting and horrifying experience. I have a flight to catch and could not get my gift on time. I will never use their service ever again.

Recently there has been a major scam involving products purchased through Lazada. Many customers are not receiving their correct orders and these orders are being stolen and substituted by wooden bead necklaces. Though Lazada has known about this scam for more than a week, nothing has been done to warn or protect their customers. Lazada is quite happy to let it's customers be scammed!

Order #**************. I preordered a mobile phone that is yet to be launched to the market yet (at the time of order). Paid it in full with a known good and verified Credit Card. Take note: "PRE-ORDER". Loosely defined as an act that a consumer does to make sure that they get to avail of a commodity before the general population does. Fast forward -- days passed, no updates on package status. Phone model was already launched to the public and all malls were selling accordingly -- still no updates. Chatted many times with Lazada's Customer Service (ref:_00D7Fxllz._5002v2JVtUT: ref), no help provided. Escalated call, no help provided. An arrogant manager named "Ron" who I wonder where he learned his basics of customer service came from spoke to me on the phone, no help provided. Next day, after making me wait for 13 days, ORDER WAS CANCELLED. Reason being as per rep: The package that was received by the sortation team was poor. THE HELL! You make consumers wait for an order which is supposed to be a priority then after almost two weeks, you cancel the order from your end?! If the received package was poor, why was it not replaced by an unacceptable one? Is the package very limited that only one was produced in the world that no replacement can be sought out? RIDICULOUS! Poor service. Haughty managers. Terrible communication. Very disappointing.

I bought 3 water-spray guns on line for $28. Nothing delivered till 1 month later I had a message from Lazada saying that they will refund me $9 for the order. No explanation /apology on non-delivery and no response to me why there is a loss of $19 on me just because I dealt with Lazada!

Bogus Charge

Never heard of Lazada PH, but a $43.00 charge appeared on my credit card yesterday. MasterCard is treating this as a fraudulent charge. It pays to check credit card charges on a regular basis.

Courier: GREENSTAR

I placed my order last 1/29/19 with a fully set of sofa going to Davao Del Sur, i was expecting that this second re-delivery of my parcel will go through straight to my location because my first order same item they return back to the seller failed to deliver so i contacted straight the supplier why what happened to my order totally cancelled and never ever attempt to deliver my location so the supplier told me to re order again so i re order it again and waited for days to come after 10days they email me to failed to deliver again, please lazada this GREENSTAR IS NOT TRUSTED COURIER of your company very lazy to deliver the customer order especially those leaving in province area! Very pissed off on this courier which is GREENSTAR

I've been a satisfied customer before, now I am starting to lose trust in Lazada, and may just cancel my account or escalate this issue further (DTI or whatever org) if this issue is not going to be fixed soon.

Na hanggang ngayon hindi pa dumadating. Maayos akong humihingi ng assistance o tulong na sana ma deliver na yung in order kong gamit.
Nagbayad ako ng cash onset ng order kaya nakakadismaya na hanggang ngayon hindi pa dumadating yung order as promised by Lazada/Ximex.
Marami akong nabasang complaints tungkol sa XDE at sana maisaayos naman yung case ko. Pinag trabahuan ko po, pinagpaguran yung pinambayad
Ko at sana patunayan nyo na hindi kayo scam. Nag antay yung buong pamilya ko ng buong araw pero walang dumating kahit nag text kayo ng 3 am ng umaga
Na out for delivery na yung order.

May mga nabasa akong complaints na nakarating hanggang DTI pero ayoko sanang dumating sa ganun kaya humihingi ako ng tulong sa inyo. Nagtatrabaho ako ng maayos at nagbayad ako ng maayos sa inyo sana naman may puso kayong sundin yung
Terms and conditions sa lazada at maayos na delivery. Kung hindi po ito maisasaayos o kung walang sasagot sa email ko para ako ay tulungan walang pag aatubili na hihingi ako ng tulong sa kahit anong organisasyon o DTI man yan para maipalam yung malaking issue na ito tungkol sa serbisyo nyo.

The delivery company: Rajiv Ramasundran claimed that they came over and failed to deliver. Then why never bother to call if can't find or deliver? The delivery driver got our contact number what! That will be mentioned on the paper.

No calls at all to inform and apparently they didn't deliver or come over, and they just lied they did. PLS LAZADA! SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! SHOPEE IS MORE RESPONSIBLE THAN LAZADA NOW!

I bought a G-SHOCK watch from Lazada ON 27/03/2019. I have been informed that the order will reach me on 05/04/2019 to 07/04/2019. But till today (15/04/2019), I still have not received it. It has been more than 2 weeks since I paid the full amount by credit card. What the hell is going on?

The delivery company: Ninjavan claimed that they came over and failed to deliver. I have a full time maid at home all the time and my other family members are at home too. How can it be? Then why never bother to call if can't find or deliver. The thing is my place is just 5th floor of the condominium at very convenient location near the junction of River Valley Road and Mohammad Sultan Road. The Ninjavan sms me to inform they can't deliver and Lazada emailed to inform me to reschedule a time for delivery. I replied immediately to reschedule a delivery time and I personally waited at home for them for 3 days but they didn't show up at all. They emailed me the time and date as promised but they just never deliver.

I am staying just right along the main road and there is no way one could possibly miss my building. No calls at all to inform and apparently they didn't deliver or come over, and they just lied they did.

I emailed Lazada 3 times to inform but received "ZERO" REPLY from them - they just completely ignored all my emails. How can a hopeless company be allowed to do such thing in Singapore, a country that is believed to strict laws. LAZADA is really hopeless and I would cancel my order after 2 weeks of waiting, Should they fail to refund, they would expect to receive my letter of demand.

I SWEAR I WOULD NEVER EVER SUPPORT LAZADA AGAIN AFTER THIS INCIDENT. SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER WHICH DOESN'T DESERVE CONSUMER'S SUPPORT AT ALL.

Further to my lawyer's advice, the best way as a start to deal with it professionallybefore anything else is to write an official complaint email to "COMPETITIVE AND CONSUMER COMMISSION OF SINGAPORE" at *******@cccs.gov.sg about our encounters. Please must indicate title as "COMPLAINT". All of us should seek authority's intervention so our consumer's right would be legally protected.

Just sharing in 3 of my purchases in last Lazada Bday sale. There are bogus sellers trying to con buyers, 2 of the 3 bogus sellers were confirmed by Lazada Customer service specialist to be bogus BUT what they cannot explain is why the items I ordered have updates in Lazada tracking system. Lazada tracking said that on specific date my orders left HK, the arrived in Philippine, then cleared Philippine Customs, then transferred to Manila sorting, etc. Meaning an item is moving thru different stages of delivery and the item's barcode is being scanned by a barcode reader to update Lazada tracking system OR an insider is updating Lazada system to look like the items ordered are passing thru different stages of being delivered. Then at the last stage of delivery, there will be an update that "multiple delivery attempts have failed " and your items are being returned to shipper when in fact no attempt of delivery was done.
These incidents were confirmed by Lazada customer service specialist, they accept that they cannot find the items being delivered and that the sellers and their items are all no longer active in their website (example Drastic Waters).
My suggestion: if you have not yet built trust on a seller, and you really want the item he is offering, do not pay in advance, chose COD. It will be hard to get back your money...
