Relentless and Constant, anything you purchase higher that $50 dollars in LAZADA you are shooting urself on the face, your purchase will most likely will fail. One thing you can not bring back is your time wasted, considering you are to go thru the trouble of sending a crappy unit or ordered goods. Go somewhere else. Customer care my behind.

Their courier is so slow and unreliable as $#*! so as their stupid mother $#*!ing customer care bull$#*! which is operated by bots. I ordered my items for about 2 weeks ago and now still no damn feedback on where the $#*! is my order! I tried contacting their customer $#*! support and got no feedback, good job mf!

They took the money on something they dont even have no refund at this time working on that. They should only charge me when the item has shipped not before

Warning to customer not to order from Lazada
Purchased and paid my order online o 2 July 2019, supposed to be delivered from 7 to 12 July 2019. Eight days Entrego stating that my ordered has been delivered although I am still waiting for them to deliver the Hello Baby Stroller that I've purchased online.
Called, text message, email message, even contacted them through live chat but nothing happen. Entrego phone number unreachable and uncontactable.
I want my money back!

Got cheated by the online seller in lazada on my first purchase. So, I only uses lazada once. The seller didn't even response to my bad review.

Timeline
1. Placed an order 29-06-19 for 3 items.
2. Two items delivered without any issues.
3. Last one which was a canopy tent arrange thru XDE logistics.
4. Posted status on 04-07-19 of failed delivery when they have not attempted at all and no calls receive. Then again 05-07-19 they posted delivery attempt failed again when there was again no attempt at all. It was Friday late evening when I came to know and tried to track.
5. Raise a complaint 06-07-19 and waited for Monday for update but none and receive an email from Lazada that the order is cancelled just like that. Raise a complaint again on online chat around 11 am today 08-07-19 if not mistaken and my household receive a call from logistics which was answered by my son and where he confirms that someone will be receiving and apparently they asked him if authorization is available for he answered " he is not sure " but the order should not be cancelled and definitely someone will be receiving the item. Kindly take note though that I have already advised the Lazada customer agent of the availability of the authorization as I am out of the country. Why then in the status posted today that order is to be returned as "customer is not reachable and customer not at home" my son spoke to them and I confirm on my online chat all the details required. This is a prepaid order ( paid by international CC) and I refuse for it to be cancelled because it such an inconvenience to us to so and this was not our mistake.
WHY DO LAZADA ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO EXPERIENCE THIS BULL$#*! FROM THEIR APPOINTED FORWARDER. I WAS INFORMED BY THE SELLER THAT THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING COMPLAINTS ALREADY OF THE LOGISTIC COMPANY. WHY THEN IT WAS NOMINATED TO DELIVER MY ITEM?
This should be look at and ensure that it will never happen again and that I will be expecting the delivery of my ordered item immediately.

It's nice in lazada but sometimes more of the seller in lazada was gave a not good item. There's have a lot of fake seller they give a damage item to consumer i hope before lazada accept seller they really know if it's good or nice seller

Lazada acquires merchandise for online selling also from questionable sources not issuiing government approved sales invoices/official receipts. Lazade also delivers a substitute brand item with a lower price and if not contested at the moment it was delivered, you can be sorry. Items offered can be defective or incomplete or discontinued/expired and re-dated, or without original sealed boxes or used or sometimes a 2nd class product.
A safeguard is to pay COD after 1 minute inspection and 2 more minutes for operation/start-up for a gadget, if okay.
A delivery charge is imposed per item. So if you order 2 identical items same order, you have to pay double the delivery charge.
Questions via chat are often ignored or given an ambiguous canned reply or not truthful.
Feedback with positive rating are retained for a long time but negative ratings deleted.
I have ordered many items through Lazada and was very satisfied with the service, but lately Ninja Van has delayed my items three times, before Ninja Van tracking would have my item in Cauayan City one day the next it would be delivered, but the last three times the items seem to get lost in transit, or be stuck in Cauayan City for one week, if you ask them for an address in Cauayan City the say Ninja Van does not like people collecting items from their hub (very strange). I have asked Lazada not to use Ninja Van for my deliveries but Lazada continues to use them, so i am no longer going to buy goods from Lazada to much headache.

Seems like no one ever gets refunded when they return a defective product, still waiting for mine. I returned it right away, they received it on their warehouse and it's been sitting there for 2 months, their customer service sucks and I just got told they will follow up for the 67th time.

My package never arrived but it was tagged as delivered, and there even was a proof of delivery but it's not my signature! My order was paid via cc. I also heard that some people had the same experience as mine.

Never ever order from My Choice Beauty because they always ship incomplete and incorrect items. There is no option on their website for missing items, it will only give you options to return the item which is cliche if you did not receive it in the first place. Their refund process takes forever and they dont really care once they got your money. I experienced being refunded partially then i had to follow up for 5 times and receive the same response from their Customer Uncare group which happened from May29 up to present and guess what? I still havent received my refund. They will just tell you to wait for 24-48 hours and theyll get back to you but they NEVER EVER DO!

Delivery is so slow. Package arrived in the Mandanue hub but 2 days passed it was not yet delivered. The hub is 30 mins or an hr away from my shipping address. Very disappointed. Customer service chat is a joke.

I tried to order product through Lazada online apps but when it comes to payment, I'm unable to pay through my credit cards. I tried to open a Lazada wallet and that failed too due to "Security" reason. How am I going to order? My last order I made using PayPal but now Lazada has stopped this method for payment. There is no number to call the staff for help... only your help line through email. There are all those preset questions which are not related to what I want to ask.

Kahit ilang beses pa mag chat sa live agent, the fact is, your concern is not heard by the LAZADA. Same pa rin. Para bang ang purpose nang agents ay para ma entertain ka yet your problem with their system like using a specific courier is not solved. Isa pa, may agent na bastos. Yong mag end nang conversation agad hindi man lang itanong kung may iba ka pang concern. Keep it up Lazada.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
