I've order a tripod on Dec 19,2018 Order # ************** for me to use it during the holidays, nothing came. I tracked the package and only to find out that it was "Delivery Failed" indicated there that it was return to sender due to multiple attempts, no one came, but still it was tag as multiple attempts. Anyway I've reorder the same tripod but from different seller Order # ************** hoping this time I can get my package, but it taken too long to process, still haven't gotten my package. I ordered last december 18,2018 but until now my order didn't deliver in our address. As per checking in tracking website of LEX the last update is dec 22,2018 saying "Your parcel is being prepared for return to sender by LEX PH Bulacan Hub" and i'm expecting it to be cancelled due to fail delivery and also I submitted a cancellation form last jan 2,2019 if i'm not mistaken upon submitting it said wait for 24 hrs and it will send something on my email or mobile number but until now I didn't get. Hope I can get response to lazada customer care.

This transaction was paid online via debit card. The funds was taken from my account as quick as lightning. Now, this transaction was cancelled for some reason. Lazada system instantly auto-generated the cancellation and the refund process. I received a cancellation and a refund notice saying "Refund Issued". I did not get any money back to my account. Also, from the notification I got, the total fund taken from my account for the two TVs was 7,190 but the refund notice is saying 3,595. They split the funds into two. It doesn't make sense. This information is very confusing and misleading. I contacted my bank and currently disputed because lazada did not credit the funds back to my account. Every time I contact lazada chat support, all the agents I've talked with were very incompetent and stupid. They don't how money movement works and they keep telling me the same thing. They probably don't know what they are doing.

My order was never delivered due to wrong address? There was a person who went to our village and asked where I live claiming they were from Lazada. My neighbors told them that we are just 5 houses away from where they were at that time. My neighbors were leading them the way but this stupid $#*!s declined as they told our neighbors that they are not bringing the items we ordered. So what do you call this? Plain stupidity? I had ordered previously with the SAME ADDRESS and it was delivered RIGHT IN TO MY DOOR STEP! You could never imagine the stress, the humiliation I got because 1 item from that order was supposedly my mom's dress for Christmas for CHURCH SERVICE! I deserve a better reason rather than that LAME EXCUSE LAZADA PEOPLE. No one even bothered to call me up to tell me that they are attempting a delivery like they used to do. In short, you guys messed up and did not anticipate how many people would be ordering since it is the HOLIDAYS! In short, ANG TATANGA NYO! I will make sure to tell other people your BAD ATTITUDE and the worst experience I had with you STUPID PEOPLE. You are worst like a DUMB $#*! who promotes your service is good! I am very disappointed with Lazada. I have been an active customer for the last two years. This is the second time this has happened and there will not be a third time. I ordered an item three weeks ago. I received a confirmation email that I paid for it out of my wallet credit and the item was shipped. A couple days later I received shipment on the wrong product. When I contacted Lazada by live chat they told me to go on line to make the return. Four weeks later they still have not contacted me on my product I paid for which is still not delivered. I have since found that there are other more reliable online companies out here. Lazada has lost my business and many of my friends as well. I have shared my new online shopping find with them and will continue to do so.

I ordered a yi lite action camera on lazada originally priced 6500 pesos since it was on sale 4999 na lang sya via cod. I waited 5 days for the item to be delivered on my doorstep until it finally arrived so binayaran ko na yung item and immidiately i noticed that the receipt i should be signing upon receiving the item was already signed so dun palang nagtaka na ako. Immidiately after receiving the payment umalis na rin ung courier (lbc) i was exited naman to check out ung inorder ko so i opened yung plastic pouch wrap ng lazada (which looked ok naman walang signs of tampering) nandun yung box ng camera na nabalot (half) ng carton at packing tape na may obvious signs of tampering doon na ako kinabahan and i immidiately opened the box. To my surprise nakita ko na lang ang isang what looked like maliit na sanga ng kahoy wrapped with foam wrap and taped with clear scotch tape. So i took photos of it and immidiately pinuntahan ko yung branch ng lbc para mag reklamo. Very thankful naman ako sa lbc staff at ibinalik yung pera ko after ko gumawa ng certification stating what happened and whats the condition of the package when i received it together with a photo copy of my ID. Napakalaking abala sa akin ang ngyari i was even forced to travel 45km just to try and refund my money which they did naman agad. The staff of lbc told me im lucky i was able to reach him in time before the order was about to be marked received or else it wouldve been imposible for me get my money back

They send wrong item and they let you pay and wait for weeks to return the money. A modus in which they use your money on my opinion. This happened to me twice now.

Lazada is the worst I ever experienced in online purchasing.
I chose the option COD to make sure the item I will. Pay for is correct and in good condition.
A number of deliveries for a number of items were scheduled by Lazada for purchases amounting to labout P5500. 00. 1 of the 1st batch delivery I opened was wrong item inside but correct item on the envelope name. I did not pay. I made an incident report. Then they cancelled all the succeeding deliveries because I refuse to allow their NO OPEN POLICY. If they deliver the right item all the time, why would I not accept the items and pay? THEY CANCELLED THE REST OF THE ITEMS in my orders because I insist on open first, pay if ok. Not my loss. LAZADA, THE WORST! DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Placed on 25 Nov 2018 05:42:53 for trampoline for my son. Two weeks past then I get email saying my order was cancelled because of automated system--what ever that means. Anyway I received no text no call. I used a USA Visa credit card for purchase and the international charges where added. They refunded me in 3 days but I'm $24 dollars short now. They didn't refund international charges back to me and its not my fault. I spent over $50,000 PHP in last few months with Lazada and had a few communication problems with my orders but received all of them in good working order. My complaint is Lazada does not communicate with the customers and we are the reason you survive in this online business. Don't know how I could ever deal with this company again. I say good luck to Lazada because with your business practices you will need it.

I bought a tv last nov 15 and delivered on nov 19 and it get stop working on 23 and i fill up the form for returns they response its been a week now and nobody is picking up my items and i spoke to their 4 live agents they just playing on what theyve said its all same what they telling me. And nothing happens lazada sana wag n kyo mag sold ng defectived items and sama bilisan ang aftersales service

I had the worst buying experience from Lazada and its supplier, Maharlika. I did not buy a small item, I purchased a big item, an executive office chair ORDER # **************; for a family member who has a medical condition. We ordered this on 11/11/18 and we did not receive the item till after 2-1/2 weeks way past the date they promised. When it arrived, we wanted to inspect and open the box to make sure everything is ok, but the delivery refused us to open it in front of them They said it can be returned in 7 days. Long and behold, when we checked the item, there were missing parts, so we were unable to assemble the chair. Thereafter, it was an ordeal. I communicated with Maharlika and requested for them to send the missing parts instead of sending the chair back an forth. It took another number of days before they responded and said they will send them. Then another numerous days have past, nothing happening. I sent messages but it took them so long to respond and all promises, till yesterday, they are insisting the parts must have fallen, etc etc. I am tired of diffferent excuses, all I wanted was a resolution so we can assemble the chair for which we paid more than 6K, php in CASH.
This time Maharlika said it was the last chair, and they cannot replace, and they are not expecting the parts bto come till another 1-1/2months. Now they are telling me to just refund. It is not easy to refund. It is an ordeal to refund. They will not give you the cash, for the same cash you paid for the chair.
I cant even say it you have the worst customer service, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NADA! This is a complete horror miserable experience, when all I wanted from the beginning is to get a chair for my family member so he can be comfortable in it, since he has a medical condition. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND LAZADA AND MAHARLIKA. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had in my whole life. Never again! I am trying to upload 2 pics, but your system wont accept both.

Everything in Lazada is worst. Shipment, delivery and especially refund. Once you returned your items they never give your money back. They never check the items they selling few times I recieved wrong bad quality and item not same on description.

Since they have updated their delivery scheme, it caused nothing but inconvenience. Can you imagine ordering a diaper worth 2k+ and paying for delivery for 2k++ which more than half of what I am actually purchasing. What Lazada has done is make it impossible for provincial places to access of use.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
