First company cancelled without warning after the date. They were able to help find another team to assist in a timely manner. They appear to have a good setup for app, overall user friendly.

I was gone when he mowed but everyrhing looked great when I got home. Perfect mow. The grass was mowed straight and all the fences were trimmed and weed whacked. Beautiful.

I was unfamiliar with LawnStarter but decided to take a chance. My first selection didn't show on the day they said. Admittedly, I got frustrated so I called LawnStarter Customer Service and they completely took charge. They got me scheduled with a new crew who showed up 48 hours later and went the extra mile on their service.
The site is easy to navigate and I just requested a new service through the app…it is so nice to have one place where I can organized all of my lawn needs. A+!
