I had a lawn crew stop showing up after they were switching owner's. I search for a local business and came upon LawnStarter. They asked I few question's on my need's and wants with a mowing scheduling/pricing. A few hour's later I was put in touch with a lawn company. Unfortunately, they had to cancel and I was immediately sent another company to consider. The follow up with both LawnStarter and my lawn service company is amazing. Thanks!

The LawnStarter platforma and their providers are incredible. Marcedes is my provider of service and I got a text from him 15 minutes prior to arrival. I was able to put my large Mastiffs in the house and block the dog door as well as unlock the gate. He was in and out in a flash with a great looking lawn! He even locked the gate back for me! Great Service!

I am in the process of moving from one house to another and needed a lawn service to help me take care of one of my properties while I recovered from foot surgery. LawnStarter has been great to work with. They always communicate about upcoming appointments, send messages after the job is complete and I have been able to do it all on line. Great service!

I think Lawnstarter is Awful in many ways. They're intro (first mowing) was supposed to be $19.00 They debited $50.00 from my account. I called to tell them that, was only able to leave a v. mail and 24 hrs later, have not heard from them. Also, technology wise, they're Very difficult to work with. You have to call one phone #, be transferred and even then they either don't understand what you're asking for or can't help you. I even called the other day to cancel the next mowing. They transferred to another ext. And all I got was please rate the employee I was transferred to. I called twice to make sure it wasn't me. It wasn't. I got the same recording. This is ridiculous! You're just a lawn service.

Not only did they not show up 4 times, but customer service never returned my emails and calls. Secondly they charged me $44 each time when my old lawn service was $20 (since the lawn is small.)
