LawnStarter has been a tremendous help for me. I just recently moved to the Winder area and under our HOA rules, lawns must be well kept and maintained. LawnStarter has exceeded our expectations. They were great the first two times they cut our lawn, the third time they ran over and broke one of our septic pipes. Accidents happen so we were OK scheduling them for another service but they cancelled and tried to reschedule FIVE times, meanwhile our grass grew to be a foot high! We cancelled our service and went back to our old company.

I had a small lawn service dealing with my lawn, but when the owner died the business fell apart within months. After that I hired various local men in the neighborhood who mow lawns for a living, but I could never rely upon them to show up and then I always had to have cash on hand to pay them.
When I finally got very frustrated I looked online and found LawnStarter. The relief it has brought me is wonderful. I can pay online or have the payments automatically deducted and I know my lawn will be mowed every 2 weeks on Monday as arranged. The price is reasonable and I know that if the gentleman who mows my lawn now ever quits, LawnStarted will arrange for someone else to pick up the job.

This company allegedly says that it maintains your lot. But in reality bills you for work not done properly and then after months hits you with a long grass fee when a new worker takes over. This has happened to me over 4 times. I am an out of town property owner and rely on the hem being honest. To complete the work I pay them to do. Biweekly. But. Obviously they cheat you, because when a new lawn mover starts, they send me pictures of a lawn that looks like it's never been cut! This happens every 4 month sand all along I've been paying for a biweekly cut! Fraudulent company. Have complained so many times. And it keeps happening. Do not use this company unless you are at the property to see with your own eyes what is happening. If you are an out of town property owner trying to maintain your lot, go elsewhere they will rip you off guaranteed!
