First two times they didn't mow my entire lawn and did not blow the trimmings off of sidewalk and driveway. Last time they charged me a long grass fee when they had just cut my grass a week prior. SCAM, would not recommend

Derwin absolutely pulled through when he cut my lawn. I let him know that it was overgrown and he told me not to worry. My yard looks great now. I would 100% recommend Derwin to anybody.

I made the mistake of using this service even though they had horrible reviews on yelp. The 1st mowing service was fine, then it went downhill from there. 2nd mowing, they mowed, but didn't do any edging. When i contacted them, i was told, "my weed wacker broke". I was still charged the full amount. Then my next service, no one showed up. Then one day, without notice, she showed up expecting to mow the lawn. I declined since it was 7:00 in the evening & we were settling down for the night. I rescheduled, it was cancelled due to my "crew" had an emergency, i rescheduled, it was cancellled again for unk reasons, rescheduled & it was cancelled again. All together, it was cancelled 4 times till i finally said enough is enough & hired someone else to do the job. So frustrating. I guess they done care about their business. Good luck to anyone using this service.

Lawnstarter did a horrible job cutting the grass. Looked more like a 5 year old cut it, missed most of it and the parts they did get you could barely tell they did anything. Then on top of that, after they did a horrible job they have you in for a contract to do a 3 cut min. So, now we have to pay for 2 more bad jobs and want to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I get my front and back lawn mowed every week, I can push mows when i need to, my crew is always communicative and when i ask for extras and give my budget they always stick to it. (I don't ask for extras more than maybe 2x a year, coming off of a bad injury to my leg)
They blow and edge everything (saying a lot as i have a swing set, shed, three flower beds, a planter box, trampoline and a deck) and it hardly ever takes more than 30 minutes.

1) CONSTANT cancellations from so called "Tier 1 Pros"
First crew cancelled on DAY OF with NO notice
Second crew accepted work, then at 3:30PM DAY OF, claimed that the services would need to be rescheduled... HA! WHY would I trust you to come later, when you couldn't come when you initially agreed to do so?!
2) Inconsistent communication and lack of response
3) "Pros" (I use the term extremely loosely) are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRESPONSIVE
4) LawnStarter doesn't KNOW these people from a hole in the ground... Don't have a clue as to the providers' true character or business ethics
USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!

Answer: This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.
Answer: I have spent nearly $200 and my yard still looks like trash. Find someone else to do your yard. These people charge for work they never complete!
