I have been using Lawnstarter for several months and I'm completely satisfied with their service. If you have any issues they are resolved in a timely manner. For me, communication and affordable prices are important and this company has both. Chris handles my lawn care and does a phenomenal job every time. His work ethic exceeds other lawn care providers I have used in the past. If inclement weather is on the horizon, he lets me know ahead of time if he has to reschedule. I am definitely happy that I made the decision to call Lawnstarter!

I use the LawnStarter app for my primary residence. It has been easy way to communicate desired services with my lawn crew. I can adjust service due to weather or seasonal changes. I can book additional services as needed, such as mulching. The app and my assigned lawn crew communicate directly through the app of the upcoming schedule and my booked services.
I also use LawnStarter for my single-family home rental properties. I add the additional properties to my profile and just turn on and off the service as needed for those properties. This has solved a once frustrating problem. The flexibility allows me to start and stop weekly service for a short period when a house is in transition from a move-out and I need to pick up the services temporarily. I also advise my tenants of the app when they ask for references upon move-in. I have used the app to book extra annual maintenance of beds and trees that the tenants aren't responsible to keep my properties maintained.

Awful. The "pro" we matched with said they would come Thursday. Didn't show. I messaged him and asked if he would come Friday. He said he would be here first thing in the morning. Didn't show. I messaged at noon to see if he would come at all. He said he would and he had several jobs in our area. At 3pm I get a message from LawnStarter stating our "pro" canceled the job and couldn't service us anymore but they would be getting us a new crew to service us. I have no faith they could find someone at 3pm on a Friday to service us that day. Canceled our request. No use dealing with people who can't do what they say they're going to do.
