Alvin and the crew are super quick and do a great job. I've had them do our front and back yard a few times and also trim down a bush that was growing onto our neighbor's property. Will definitely use them again.

Our lawn guy Branden at LawnStarter has been cutting our yard for over two years and he is amazing. He is always on time and never missed a cut and it's great having a reliable person to keep our grass looking so nice.

My husband broke his ankle and this is the first time we've had to use a lawn service. This was our second service with LawnStarter. Jay was here first thing Saturday morning. He did a fabulous job, he's fast, polite and professional. Jay is definitely our guy!

This is easily the worst lawn service I've ever dealt with.
It's been over a month since a crew actually showed up to mow my lawn. I've been hounding lawnstarter, but all they do is say "Sorry we'll schedule another crew." That crew never shows up.
The Customer Service is completely useless. Lawnstarter is a third party booking company that has no crews of their own. So when you call with a problem, it's "out of their control".
After a month of pro. Osing a new crew will come tomorrow, I came back from out of town, and my grass is a full two feet long. My neighbors are thrilled.
The CS reps don't follow up when they say they will. The emails with expected arrival tes that they promise never actually get sent.
The crews don't even like lawnstarter. They just take a cut of the crews fee while being completely useless.
Find a local landscaper, deal with them directly. Lawnstarter is just a bad, incompetent, middle man.
If you do happen to use them, you will get emails every time your lawn gets mowed from Ryan the Co Owner. He really wants you to review them. Well here's my review sport.

Mr. Rodney and his lawn care crew were awesome, they were professional and efficient. We recently had trouble with our lawn mower, warranty repair was expected to be 6-8 weeks. Imagine the length of our grass in 8 weeks. Mr. Rodney saved the day.

You're better off finding a guy to cut your lawn and negotiate with him if there's a problem. Lawnstarter starts out cheap to get you in then look for ways to get your money. There was a small area around a back porch and around the mailbox that they said was over 6" which meant a $39.99 high grass fee which was about the cost of the entire lawn. When I complained they said they'd cut the fee in half. A 4x4 section of high grass isn't worth doubling the prices especially when he didn't cut it on schedule. I brought that up as well. Lawnstarter didn't care!
