When we bought our house in April, we hired multiple people for lawn care and they never showed up. Communication was awful. I did some research and found out about Lawn Starter. The best thing about this app is, Someone Will Show Up! We got lucky and were paired with a great crew. We communicate through the app, or through text. When weather is too bad for a cut, he let's me know so we can reschedule. It's been awesome. And I work from home, so I know the crew is as quiet and respectful of my neighbors as they can be!

Love the service! Can choose and control the schedule as to when lawn service is needed. A crew is always available. Have not had any bad experiences with LawnStarter or any of the crews sent and my yard stays cut on schedule.

Dependable, good service. They are quick and efficent. I've been pleased with their work. I recommend them.

I was charged for a full yard mow for several months on a house I manage remotely, only to discover that the back yard was never mowed. Clearly they have no control or visibility on these random crews they assign to you. After that, I had been trying for more than a month to get another LawnStarter crew to mow the back yard. My back yard grass got very high and despite explaining this to customer service many times, it never seemed to be communicated with the newly assigned crews. Multiple crews were assigned and none of them came through. The customer service agents were all very polite in their responses, but none actually took the responsibility to follow up with me and the assigned crews to ensure the job got done. I was not asking for specialized or custom service... I just wanted my lawn mowed normally from the beginning! But instead, they ripped me off by charging for full yard service, which I never got, and were incompetent in the one thing they should do best... finding someone to mow my lawn! Is that asking too much from LawnStarter? Have since deleted my account so that they can't charge me for any more nonsense.

Kip is wonderful. He edges my yard, weed eats/ trims and then mows. He is so polite and efficient. I can't even just mow in the time it takes him to do all he does. My yard has never looked better and I couldn't be happier!

I hired Lawn Starters on a whim... I needed someone to complete the lawn maintenance on my mother's former homes we prepared for it's new owner. The previous team had for whatever reason completely stopped their work and I quickly needed to find someone. After a Google search I came across Lawn Starters and opened the website. I began filling out the info there and before I knew it I was scheduling a crew.
That coming Tuesday I found Kyle and his Crew doing the lawn maintenance. They were fast, effective and missed nothing. They trimmed and edged, and if I hadn't seen them myself I would not have known they were there, they cleaned up thoroughly. This Crew was well beyond outstanding, the have been first class, top rated the whole time. Everything they approach is treated the same way, with their full attention to every detail. They were better than pro, they were the best, unexpected surprise I've had in a long time. Their professional and friendly manner, attention to detail, online personality, efficiency and cleanliness has made me smile broader than I can remember. To Kyle and Crew, you took a load off my shoulders quicker than it had been placed and you did it with no fuss. Thank you for just being you! You've made a great impression with me and did it with such ease.

The first time my service was done the "professional" missed areas of yard, I expected it to get done the second time and it was not, I showed pictures of my yard and told the customer service line that I wanted to cancel my subscription and that my husband will continue to cut the grass, they apologized and said they would send the "professional" back out to cut the areas that were missed, I said that's fine and after that I still wanted to cancel my service, I was still charged a third time and when he came back out to fix the mistake fron before it still was not completed correctly. Still in the process of trying to get my third payment refunded but they keep giving me the run around. Worst company service ever, would not recommend them to anybody.

LawnStarter has been a dream come true! I started having my lawn cut by a professional in my neighborhood when my time became more valuable to me than $50 bucks it would cost per a cut.
Then I realized that it was just as much of a hassle to deal with setting up my lawn service, coordinating payment, and calling about "no shows" when my lawn didn't get cut. LawnStarter changed all that!
Set it up once and it just happens! I couldn't be more pleased!

The service provider they sent out left my lawn undone with rubbish all over my sidewalk. He said he would be back in the morning and never showed. I called them twice to have it done being it is an emergency my lawn looks horrible. They told me someone would be out Saturday mind you the first person came Thursday. Saturday rolls around no one. So here is my lawn from Thursday until who knows when someone is supposed to come. What kind of business is that? Professionalism? From the beginning I was skeptical about it but needed my lawn done so I went around my better judgment and this is what happened. I am so upset about my lawn. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THESE TYPES OF BUSINESSES AGAIN once they do the very first service because it is OWED to me. They want you to put your card on file and a 3 cut rule but I can't even get a first cut done correctly. NEVER AGAIN! I wish I knew the person as well so I can expose them too! I wanted to upload photos but it won't let me.

My lawn person is Isaiah. He always does a great job! He does everything they say he should. Communicates well. Better than I do! Highly encourage anyone to use their services. Great company, great employees!

The first crew never showed up. I was only assigned another crew AFTER I reached out to customer care. The second crew showed up 3 days early to only half complete the job. Even left my gate open and my dogs escaped. I reached out to have someone come complete the work and was told someone would come or I would be issued a refund. No one came to complete the job and I was still charged full price. I cancelled all services on the app and it says it will cancel after the 3rd cut. I am not giving these people one more cent or access to my property. LAWNSTARTER... TAKE NOTE: if ANYONE shows up here I will call the police for trespassing.

Lawnstarter is great with the care of the lawn the time line is kept. And Shane is very polite and uses his time wisely.

I just bought a house and was skeptical about this service. I figured I'd try it since there was a first time coupon, and I am so glad I did. I could not be happier with this service. David goes above and beyond my expectations everytime. It's such a relief having a reliable service that does such a great job! I highly recommend!
