This company is a big joke. I signed up for their $19 lawn service for the first mowing. I was aware that they would raise the price based on seeing an overgrown yard. During the course of this request, I was given about six different dates that they said they would be doing the service. After almost a week, they told me the first service would be $158! At one point, I looked on my account and they listed $46 for the first service. Then I kept asking them when they will schedule it, and the dates kept changing, I received at least 10 different communications in the forms of email and text. Then when I didn't immediately accept their new price, they canceled my account so I couldn't even message them again. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy the nightmares that I have experienced. I also noticed lots of negative reviews here on better Business bureau. Again, do not use this company!
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and never use these people. They cancel service that has been scheduled in advance week after week.
They call their Landscapers Pros. They are far far from being any type of lawn care pro.
Mainly people who cant get a job and just go buy a lawn mower.
The customer service department is a JOKE as well.
Try getting someone that can speak English is impossible.

I hired Lawnstarter several months ago and they are good at keeping my lawns mowed. It is nice to know I am not looking for someone to mow them and worry they won't show up. They mow, edge and clean up after themselves. Peace of mind and the price is reasonable.

This company did an amazing job. The crew always showed up on time, and always left my lawn looking great and clean. Very easy service to use with their app as well, and crew members respond quickly. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

My service started out a little rough, but after reaching out to customer service, Kristine and Dynelle went above and beyond to make things right. I requested a new service provider and when he took care of the property, I was ecstatic! Nickoy is my current lawn service provider. I can't say enough good things about his work and attention to detail. He's also VERY responsive to messages. If you need lawn care service, I HIGHLY recommend this company... especially Nickoy! I reached out to find a regular lawn service a few months ago now and could not be more pleased with the services provided by LawnStarter. I was connected with Kelvin and he always responds to any message sent and shows up when he says he will. You get reminders of when they will be out to cut the yard and if there has ever been a delay due to inclement weather, he reaches out right away. He goes above and beyond with also if there is something that needs attention in the yard. I highly recommend LawnStarter and Kelvin's services!

They have not failed to come out and do a good job for over 2 years. And when I request to skip service for some reason such as grass has not grown since I don't water my yard, they always skip and then come back when the next service date. I have not had any problems with billing. Has saved me a ton of grief for arranging services myself.

I'll admit that I looked at the reviews on several sites and saw so many people talking about how they don't show up when they're supposed to. Well, I signed up with this service anyway thinking it wouldn't happen to me and it did! They did not show up at all and didn't even give any type of reason or notification. I immediately canceled my services with this company as they are not dependable nor reliable. I seriously recommend everyone to fully research this company and look at other review sites especially the BBB site and Facebook before signing up with this company!

Service is incredibly easy to schedule and cost of services can't be beat. Many services are available for your lawn/exterior. Would recommend anyone giving them a shot - you won't regret it.

Overall, I have been pleased with LawnStarter mowing service. It is reliable, no-hassle, and, particularly, reasonably priced. The website is clear and easy to navigate, and Customer Service is excellent. Fidel, of my mow team, does a really good job and follows any of my requests as to what needs to be done. I recommend this company.

He puts up with having to move my hammock stand every time he comes to service my yard. I really appreciate it. I have to put bricks up to keep my puppy from escaping making it difficult for him to get his mower in the backyard. I'm sure it's annoying but he's been really great with these extra little inconveniences.

Answer: This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.
Answer: I have spent nearly $200 and my yard still looks like trash. Find someone else to do your yard. These people charge for work they never complete!
