Today my lawn was done by a new crew. Before the crew left, I went out to speak with the crew leader, Aaron. I told him everything looked great and he took the time to speak with me about what I might need or want to have done in the future. Aaron was very friendly, polite, and had a good sense of humor. I really enjoyed speaking with him. I look forward to seeing Aaron and his team member on their next visit and having my lawn once again look great.

This is the absolute worst company you can have the displeasure of working with. They DESTROYED our sprinklers and disappeared. Apparently the crew they sent came again to "fix" it but no one came back and DEFINITELY no one fixed the sprinklers. I get in contact with the "property damage department" (should have been a red flag they deal with so many property damage claims that they have a whole separate department for that) and 1 whole month later... nothing. NOTHING has been done. They keep asking for more quote, the quotes have to be written out a specific way, responses take forever. Let me tell you, sprinklers can be fixed by owners of small companies and they don't operate with "quotes have to be written this way and I'll let you know in a few weeks if it gets approved by the company that destroyed my sprinklers in the first place." They just do the work and get paid. This is a house that was on the market and I fixed the sprinklers myself since lawnstarter was so slow and useless. Absolute SCAM. RUN AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Lawn service was very easy to set up and the crew has done a great job each visit! Great communication if mowing needs to be rescheduled due to weather or anything. The app and notifications are very convenient.

It is always refreshing to experience great professional service. I am 81 years old and am forced to rely on others to provide lawn service and other services. I am very grateful that there are those willing to provide such dependable and above "the call of duty" service. I have not always that to be true of some lawn service teams. After a disastrous experience with a random company from Craigslist, I found Lawnstarter online. They were reliable, simple to book, professional and had very reasonable rates. They also use an app that's easy to use to schedule and keep track of services.

The title really says it all. There is a group of 3 that come to mow my lawn, edge all places that need it, and blow out the yard so that my entire property and the street are completely free of debris. I recommend them. They also give you different tiers of mows you might want or require and at the end of the mow, they ask you to rate the mow and give a review so that things stay the way they should.

I'm disabled. Willie at LawnStarter communicates very well with me. He lets me know when he is coming out to mow my lawn. Then he keeps his word. My lawn always looks nice after he is done. I don't even have to be home to have my lawn mowed. The app does it all. Since I'm disabled I really need to trust him to do a good job! Thank you Willie!
