Very easy to use! They are doing a great job at our rental properties! We never have to wonder if they arrived as they communicate their arrival and let us know when the job is complete!
Epically, biblically horrible service. Hugely truncated version: they last mowed on 8-15; they've repeatedly promised to be back but never actually have been; they actually charged me in mid-September for one of the missed services because (I'm told) the assigned crew just plain lied and said they'd actually mowed; they've made up utterly ridiculous lies and excuses for 'skipping' me (example: a crew allegedly was unable to 'access' the property - meaning, I can only assume, that they just couldn't navigate the never-has-been-locked gate that NonStarter had previously itself used many times to great effect before they apparently decided, without telling me, that they just plain were never ever going to cut my yard again). I could go on and on and on (mind you, this is the TRUNCATED version!) - but I finally lost all patience, banned them from even coming onto my property, and sent them a formal notice and demand letter under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Remember: friends don't let friends hire NonStarter. Trust me on this one, people

He's done weeding, garden bed cleaning, mowing, blowing, and general yard cleaning at my place. The LawnStarter app is easy to use and the guys are quick and efficient.

I am using them from last few months after getting frustrated with individual lawn mowers ghosting me. Lawn starter seamlessly replaces the individuals and makes sure that the lawn is taken care of. The individuals also do a very professional job.

Daniel is a very conscientious worker who takes very good care of my lawn. I'm a guy who likes to mow my own lawn but a recent hospital stay made that impossible. Daniel did the job that I would have done if I were doing it myself with my lawn and that couldn't make me happier

In an age where communication, follow through and quality lack, Manny and his team are the exception. They always come when scheduled and do great work in a quick timeframe. They always notify me when they are on their way and when they're finished. I would recommend this company and Manny specifically, over numerous other competitors in the area.
