Jesus is the person who keeps my lawn looking great every time. I'm at work when he comes so I haven't been able to meet him yet but his excellent work speaks volumes on his behalf.
Mark helps me with keeping my lawn looking great! He is very professional and helpful. I love that I get a text when he is on his way and when he is done. I love that I can trust them (LawnStarter) that I don't have to be there. If my garden hose is left out (my ADHD forgets) he puts it away for me. I would definitely recommend LawnStarter for Lawncare.

This review is for the app Lawn Starter. I was suppose to have my lawn mowed Oct 23. You took my money and never mowed my lean. On Nov 2. Almost two weeks after 20 emails of complaining you mowed my lawn. Then you charged me for that service! I am beyond frustrated as I have still gotten no refund and you delayed me two weeks. As of today, I have almost 30 emails to you all, charged $106.00 with my lawn mowed two weeks after the desire date and still having yo communicate yet again another email for my refund. Do you make calls? Maybe after 30 emails, you should pick up the phone and help an unhappy dissatisfied customer.

Lawnstarter services are great! The representatives are professional and do a great job. I've had my grass and bushes cut by them for a few years now. I even had my lawn treated. They've worked with me, even during my financial hardship, they stuck by me.

LS has come thru for us when we were in need. After my husband's illness he could no longer care for our yard. It was a constant worry. I will say, there was a period of back and forth to find the right lawn service team! But, with lots of help from the Customer Service team, we found Kenneth. He is so helpful and we have not had to worry if he would take care of things for us!

Much better to know and rely on someone that is constant than the average guys that aren't responsive.
